Priortotheinstallationofpowersupplyfacilities,thestructureanddecorationofequipment

leakageorseepagemustnotbeallowedforroofing,interiorwallsandflooring.
Theflooringofequipmentroomshallbesmoothandflat,andthehorizontaldeviationshallnot

begreaterthan2mmpermeter.Thelocationsandspecificationsofundergroundtrough,reservedhole,
embeddedsteelpipeandboltshallmeettherequirementsforthefacilitiesinstallation.Thecoverplate

4.1Transformer
Installationofatransformershallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Thetransformerfoundationandtransformerconfigurationshallmeettheengineeringdesign

Theprofilesteelsinfoundationstructureshouldbeevenlyandfirmlyweldedat2pointsatleast

totheflatsteelsinearthinggrid,theweldsshallbetreatedbyusinganticorrosionagentandpaintand

notbewithoxidescales;
Asforthedrytypetransformer,itsprimarysideelementshallbeinstalledattheposition

indicatedintheProductDescriptionanditssecondarysideinstrumentshallbeinstalledontheeasyto

observetransformerguardrailorenclosure.Redundantsofttubesshouldbecoiledandfixedsomewhere
nearthethermometer;
Theresistancethermometerofdrytypetransformershouldbeinstalledinthedutyroomoron

transformersvoltageswitchingunit,thecontactsurfaceshallbeintightandgoodcontactcondition.In
theprocessingofvoltageswitching,therotatingcontactorshallstopatthecorrectpointmarked.
Incasethattheonloadvoltageswitchingunitrotatestothelimitposition,mechanical

interlockingmechanismandelectricinterlockingmechanismequippedwithlimitswitchshallbe
activated.
Thecontrolboxofonloadvoltageswitchingunitshouldbeinstalledinthedutyroomoronthe

controlconsole,capableofoperatingmanuallyandautomatically,withcorrectcablingandwithaccurate
indicationofthecontactorslocation.
Thetransformercablingshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Layingandconnectingoftheprimaryconnectingcable,thesecondaryconnectingcable,the

earthingcableandthe人人文库controlcableofthetransformershallmeettheengineeringdesignrequirements;
Neutralcablesandprotectiveearthingcableofthetransformershallbelaidseparatelyand

connectedtogetherattheneutralpointofthetransformer;insulatedcableshouldserveastheneutral
cable,yellowandgreencolorinsulatedcableshallserveastheprotectiveearthingcable;

Intheearthingloopofneutralpointforthetransformer,adismountableconnectingpointshould

bearrangednearthetransformer.
4.2DieselGeneratorSet
Forthedieselgeneratorset,thebaselinesoffoundationandthepositionandspecificationof
4.2.1
foundationboltholeshallmeettheengineeringdesignrequirements.Thefoundationboltshallbe

embeddedincorrectpositionbyusing"doubleconcreteplacement"process,theexposinglengthsofthe

boltsabovethefloorshallbeuniform;andthespecificationoffoundationboltsshallmeetthe
engineeringdesignrequirements;theembeddedpartsshallbecompleteandcorrect,andthefoundation
elevationshallmeettheengineeringdesignrequirements.
Theinstallationofdieselgeneratorsetshallbeinaccordancewiththefollowingrequirements:

Model,specificationandsparepartsofthegeneratorsetshallmeettheengineeringdesign

requirementsandfactoryconformitycertificateshallbeprovided;
Thefoundation,position,preformedhole,troughandcoverplateofgeneratorsetshallmeetthe

engineeringdesignandinstallationrequirements;
Thegeneratorsetshallbeinstalledsteadily,thenutsshallbeexposedwith3roundsto5rounds
3
ofscrewthreadaftertheinstallation;
Thefoundationoftheunitbedplateinstalledontheshockabsorbershallbepositionedwithanti
4-
skiddingironwares;
Oilpump,oiltankandwatertankofthegeneratorsetshallbeinstalledfirmly.Theoiltank
5
shallbeinstalledatthedesignatedpositioninaccordancewiththeengineeringdesignrequirements.The
fuelpipelineshallbeinstalledfirmly,straightlyandevenly,freefromoilleakageandoilseepage;
Powercablesandsignalcablesofthegeneratorsetshallbelaidneatlyandaesthetically;the

connectionofthecablesshallbefirmandreliable,freefromanyerror.Goodprotectiveearthingforthe
generatorsetshallbeensured;专用
Thepowercableandthesignalcableaccessingthegeneratorsetcontrolpanel(cabinet)shall

bebandedregularlyinsortedbundles.ACpowercables,DCpowercablesandsignalcablesshallnotbe
bandedinthesamebundle.
Processingofthepipefittingsandinstallationofthepipelineshallmeetthefollowing
4.2.3

Thepipemodel,pipediameter,pipewallthicknessofthegeneratorsetshallmeetthe

engineeringdesignrequirements,andthespecification,model,andquantityofvalve,flange,teejoint,
elbowandconcentricreducerofthegeneratorsetshallalsomeettheengineeringdesignrequirements,
freefromanydamage,deformationandcrack;
Incaseofbendingasteelpipe,thebendingradiusshouldnotbelessthan6timestheradiusof

thesteelpipe.Thebendingpositionandangleshallbecorrect,freefromanycreaseorunevennessskin;
Incasethatthesteelpipeisconnectedbyusingpipeclamp,thelengthofthepipeendwith
3
screwthreadsateachheadofsteelpipeshallnotbelessthan1/2ofthelengthofpipeclampjoint,both
endsofpipeclamp人人文库shallbesealed.Whileconnectedbyusingflange,thesealingfaceofflangeshallbe
smoothandclean,andthegasketshallbeintact;
Thepipingsystemshallbestraight,evenlyandfirmlyassembled,forwhichthegradientshall

Thepositionofpipelineinterfacesshallnotbesomewhereonsupportframes,andtheposition
