少儿舞蹈基本功教学教材少儿舞蹈基本功教学是指对少儿形体、姿态、腰腿的软度、力度、控制及跳转、基本舞姿等的最基础的训练。少儿通过训练，能够从小养成良好的坐、走、站等姿态，并能使身体的协调、柔韧、力度、灵活等素质得到全面的发展。在形体训练进行之前，要进行热身准备活动，让少儿们先做一些走、跑、跳，以及颈和肩的放松、扩胸扭腰等活动，使幼儿为适应训练做准备。一、腿部训练（一）、压腿训练

1、少儿45。斜角面对把杆，双脚“五位站立”。一手扶把杆，一手自然下垂，挺胸、收腹，准备两小节。

2、重心移至主力腿，动力腿旁吸后向前伸直抬至把杆之上，向前压腿三次，下胸腰一次。一手扶把杆，一手三位举起。

3、直立腿旁转90度，做压旁腿三次，下侧腰一次。

4、直立腿再旁转成后腿，一手扶把杆，一手三位，向后压腿三次，直立一次，然后腿落地还原，成准备姿势，换脚重复以上动作。

(二)、控腿训练

1、控腿训练可由屈膝上提的吸腿、后伸腿、举腿、踢腿、绕腿来连接，它主要的目的是训练腿部肌肉的控制能力。

2、控腿时上体要正直、收腹、立腰、收臀，支撑腿膝盖不要弯曲、骨盆要正，在身体正直的情况下把腿举高。

3、切忌向前控腿时，为追求举腿高度而伸胯．身体往后仰，向后举腿时，塌腰或上体和骨盆向举腿方向转动。

4、控腿训练要循序渐进，先做双手扶把的控腿练习，然后做单手把杆或离开把杆的控腿练习，控腿时间逐渐加长，举腿高度逐渐升高。

二、腰部训练（一）、动作要领如下：

1、训练腰部的肌肉控制能力和柔韧性，下腰时，腰部要放松，向前下腰时，胸部主动下压，起立时，后背用力抬起。向后下腰时，重心在支撑腿上，绷腿、顶髋、提腰，上体向后下压，起立时，腹肌用力，后背向上顶，胸部向上挺起，髋部不能向前挺。

2、下腰时易出现屈膝、腆肚子、起立时低头、向前下腰时驼背等毛病，因此，幼儿做下腰练习时，先由教员扶着练习，教员一手扶幼儿膝盖处，另一手顶住幼儿的髋，帮助他提腰，使幼儿逐渐体会正确要领。

少儿自己练习下腰，练习时为增添一些趣味性，可组织多数同学围成半圆，同时下腰，由最后一个少儿从大家腰下钻过，如此反复，大家轮流各钻一遍。使下腰练习变得像做游戏一样。（二）、腰部练习1、腰背肌：（两人一组）准备：甲直膝绷脚，伏卧在地上，双臂屈肘上抬到头两旁，双手手指交插，掌心贴在后脑。乙跪在甲的身后，用双手压住甲的小腿做法：双肘保持不动，上体往后抬起两拍往后抬起上身，两拍还原。两拍往后抬起上身，停半拍，两拍还原。要点：上体往后抬得幅度越大越好。

2、腹肌：（两人一组）准备：甲直膝绷脚，平躺在地上，双臂屈肘双手手指交插，掌心贴在后脑下，乙坐在甲的小腿上，用双手压住甲的小腿。做法：双肘保持不动，上体往前立起两拍往后抬起上身，两拍还原。要点：上体向前的幅度越大越好。

3、侧腰肌：（两人一组）准备：甲直膝绷脚，侧身躺在地上，双臂屈肘双手手指交插，掌心贴在后脑下，躺地一侧的手臂上臂着地。乙坐在甲的小腿上，双手扶住甲的大腿。做法：双肘保持不懂，上体侧着身立起两拍往后抬起上身，两拍还原。两拍往后抬起上身，停半拍，两拍还原。要点：上体侧身立起的幅度越大越好，身体始终保持全侧面。

4、挑胸腰准备：仰卧地面，头朝3点或者7点方向，双手手心贴地，距离头部45度做法：由胸椎主动，一节节挑起到头顶，头要留住，稍离地面即可一个八拍一节节挑起，半拍停，半拍一节节躺平要点：胸部尽量要松弛，肩胛骨向里面夹，胸往上迎出去落下时头先留住，由胸椎一节节有控制的下来到平躺。5、耗胸腰准备：面对把杆，小八字站立，双手扶把。由头顶带动做耗胸腰做法：由头顶带动，经上往远往后挑胸腰，达到胸腰与天花板平行的状态（头顶对正后方，鼻尖对天花板一个八拍由头顶带动，一节节到胸腰半拍停，半拍还原。要点：胸椎向上顶、挑，肩胛骨并拢，胸部松弛展开，向上迎的感觉起时脚踩扎实，沉肩、收腹、夹臀。三、开肩：开肩就是让肩膀在自然放松的情况下，尽量往肩后延展。尽力让两个肩胛骨靠紧。就像T台上的模特那样，挺胸，把脖子以下，锁骨部分尽量亮出来。

方法1：身体背靠在墙壁上，两手握拳，叠在一起，顶在腰上，但屁股和背要贴在墙壁上，叫一个人把你的肩膀尽量压到墙壁，这样开肩最好。

方法2：面向墙壁，最好贴在墙壁上，两手抓住向上举，然后由同学膝盖顶着你的背，把你的手往后拉。四、开胯：简单说就是拉大腿内侧的韧带。练习之前，最好要先压压腿，这样算是热身，不容易受伤。方法1：扶着把杆（或是栏杆）打开双腿下蹲，蹲的时候腿要尽量向两边打开，脚跟和脚跟并拢，最好呈“一”字型。方法2：面向把杆，将一条腿架倒把杆上，另一条腿的脚掌呈“一”字型站立。用你的胯骨去贴把杆。五、倒立1、技术要点夹肘、顶肩、立腰、脚尖向上伸。使身体重心落在支撑面的中心。2、教学规格竖直、立稳。3、动作技术过程直立，两臂前上举，接着上体前屈，两手向前撑地(同肩宽)，稍含胸，一脚蹬地，另-腿后摆。当摆动腿摆至垂直上方时，蹬地腿向摆动腿并拢，顶肩立腰，脚尖向上顶，全身-紧住成手倒立。手倒立的控制，如重心向前时，手指要用力顶住，同时稍抬头拉肩。如重-心向后时，掌根用力。4、教学方法(1)面对墙摆手倒立反复做，体会蹬摆，顶肩以及回落技术。(2)面对墙做靠倒立，训练肩、臂、腰的力量。(3)背对墙离开20厘米左右做手倒立，练习自我控制。(4)脚尖靠在单杠上(或双杠上)做手倒立(保帮者帮助练习者把脚放好)。体会顶肩、立-腰、紧身技术。或扶练习者的上臂帮助调节重心。六、软翻技巧1.前桥前桥的类型：双腿前桥、单腿前桥、连续前桥、原地倒腿前桥、趋步前桥、鱼跃前桥活动动作：下腰、倒立、腹肌、竖叉单腿前桥训练步骤：步骤一：面向前方，手正上位，左脚向前出脚，脚尖点地。步骤二：左脚抬起向前上步，蹬、摆腿成前后分腿顶。步骤三：直膝、绷脚、顶肩、立腰。步骤四：右腿脚尖先落地，左腿控制在前上方伸。步骤五：重心继续前移，胸腰成软踹起身，左脚随后落地。2.后桥后桥的类型：单腿后桥、连续单腿后桥、双腿后桥、原地倒腿后桥活动动作：甩腰、踢前腿、冲天炮、背肌单腿后桥训练步骤：步骤一：左脚在前点地准备，脚下踩稳，手正上位。
