2024findsusatacrossroads.Ontheonehandwehavehistoricallylowunemploymentandthehighestjobsatisfactionin36years.Butcompaniesarestillstrugglingwithasystemiclackoftechnicalskillsin
theworkforce,andstagnantproductivity.
Thisproblemishittingbothcompaniesand
countries.
Australia'sproductivitygrewbyjust1.1%
between2010and2020,andweareseeingsimilar
trendsaroundtheworld,suchasinthe
