Teachersandpsychologistsofferwide-rangingadvice,frombasicslikelearningpiecesinsideout,tomentaldiscipline,suchasvisualizingaperformanceandtakingstepstorelax.Don'tdenythatyou'rejittery,theyurge;someexcitementisnatural,evennecessaryfordynamicplaying.Andplayinpublicoften,simplyfortheexperience.
