othendsofrotatingparts,toensurethattherotorspeedoftheplanetaryrotationisometricexercise.销轴式万向节部件（见图二）Pin-typeuniversaljointparts(seeFigure2)销轴式万向节主要由销轴、轴套、销环、挡套、中间轴、转子（或传动轴）组成。销套为X型，当泵转子转动时，销轴在套X型内孔中即转动又摆动以转子的行星运动。销轴式万向节结构简单，易于拆装、维修。G型系列单螺杆泵G40（含40）以下10种规格的泵采用该万向节传动形式。Pin-typeuniversaljointmainlybypin,sleeve,pinring,blocksets,intermediateshaft,therotor(orshaft)component.PinsetfortheX-type,whenthepumprotorrotates,thepinholeinthesetofX-typeinanotherswingintherotationtotherotorofplanetarymotion.Pin-typeuniversaljointstructureissimple,easydisassemblyandmaintenance.GseriessinglescrewpumpG40(with40)thefollowing10kindsofspecificationsofthepumpdrivingtypeoftheuniversaljoint.十字万向节部件（见图三）b.Crossuniversaljointparts(seeFigure3)十字节万向节主要由汽车用标准十字万向节、挡圈和密封套组成。十字节万向节部件可承受较大扭转，传动功率大。G型系列单螺杆泵（含40）以下10种规格的泵采用该万向节传动形式。10-bytekeyfromtheautomobileuniversaljointcrossuniversaljointusingastandard,integralringandsealingsleeve.10bytesofuniversaljointpartscanwithstandhigherreverse,transmissionpowerisbig.Gseriessinglescrewpump(with40)thefollowing10kindsofspecificationsofthepumpdrivingtypeoftheuniversaljoint.3、密封部件Three、SealpartsG型单螺杆泵可安装填料密封，单端面机械和双端面机械密封部件。Gsinglescrewpumpcanbeinstalledpackingseal,singlefaceanddoublemechanicalsealmechanicalparts.填料密封部件如图4，单端面机械密封部件如图5，双端面机械密封部件如图6。由于密封座按标准尺寸设计，所以填料密封、单端面机械密封和双端面机械密封可在同一泵上更换。PackingsealpartsinFigure4,singlemechanicalsealpartsinFigure5,doublemechanicalsealcomponentsshowninFigure6.Asthesealingseatstandardsizes,sopackingseal,singlemechanicalsealanddoublemechanicalsealcanbereplacedatthesamepump.三、性能参数及技术参数Two、Performanceparametersandtechnicalparameters泵的标记示例；Tagsamplepump;泵的级数（定子螺纹导程数）PumpSeries(statorleadthreadnumber)转子截面名义直径mmRotordiametermmnominalcrosssection单螺杆泵SinglescrewpumpG型单螺杆泵系列技术参数以水为介质时性能参数详见表（1-2级泵）GseriessinglescrewpumptechnicalparameterandwaterasmediumperformanceparametersshowninTable(1-2pumps)四、泵零件材料选择Three、Pumpcomponentsmaterialsselection单螺杆泵与介质接触的过流部件材质必须适合于输送繁荣介质。Single-screwengagementwiththemediaover-currentcomponentsmustbesuitableforconveyingmaterialprosperitymedium.吸入体和排出体、密封座通常用HT200灰铸铁。当介质具有腐蚀性特点时，采用ZG1Cr18Ni9Ti或ZG1Cr18Ni13Mo2Ti;1、Suctionanddischargephysicalbody,sealingseatusuallygraycastironHT200.Whenthemediaiscorrosivecharacteristics,theuseofZG1Cr18Ni9TiorZG1Cr18Ni13Mo2Ti;传动轴、销轴和转子通常用45或40Cr等结构钢，当要示有较高的耐腐蚀性能时，采用1Cr18Ni9Ti或Cr18Ni13Mo2Ti;2、Shaft,pinandtherotorisusually45or40Crstructureofsteel,whentoshowahighercorrosionresistance,theuseof1Cr18Ni9TiorCr18Ni13Mo2Ti;定子衬套和万向节密封环的橡胶应根据不同介质分别采用天然橡胶、丁睛胶、乙丙橡胶、氯化聚乙烯橡胶或其它橡胶材料。3、Thestatorhubandtherubbersealingringjointsshouldbebasedondifferentmediawereusednaturalrubber,nitrilerubber,ethylene-propylenerubber,chlorinatedpolyethylenerubber,orotherrubbermaterials.轴承座或其它不和介质接触的非过流零部件通常采用HT200或结构钢。4、Housingorothernon-mediacontactsandover-currentcomponentofnon-HT200orstructuralsteelusuallyused.医用、饮用业用泵，泵过流部件材料选择必须符合国家“食品卫生法”的有关规定，选用无毒或对人体健康无害的材质。Medical,drinkindustry,pumps,pumpover-currentcomponentmaterialsselectionmustbeconsistentwiththenational"FoodHygiene"oftherelevantprovisionsoftheselectednon-toxicorharmfulmaterialstohumanhealth.五、装配与装卸Five、AssemblyandhandlingG型单螺杆泵的拆卸如下；Gfollowingthedemolitionofsinglescrewpump;拧下拉紧螺栓螺母，相继拆下拉紧螺栓和排出体。1、Unscrewthenuttighteningbolts,tightenboltsandexhausthaveremovedbody.拆卸定子。拆卸过程中边旋边拉。2、Demolitionofthestator.Demolitionprocesssidepullsidespin.拆卸吸入体。3、Demolitionbodyinhalation.卸掉万向节密封套，拆卸万向节传动部件。4、Removaloftheuniversaljointsealkits,disassemblyuniversaljointtransmissionparts.拆卸连轴器或皮带轮。5、Demolitionorpulleycouplings.拧掉传动轴上圆螺母，将传动轴连同密封座一起卸下，逐一解体。6、Screwingoffonaroundshaftnutalongtheshaftwiththesealseatremoved,onebyonedisintegration.泵装配顺序基本上可按拆卸顺序的反向进行。Pumpassemblysequenceisbasicallythereverseorderofremovalcanbecarriedout.六、安装Six、Installation泵与原动机联接方式a.电动机（包括高普通电机或调速电机）通过弹性连轴机与泵直接联接。b.电动机（包括高普通电机或调速电机）通过齿轮减速箱与泵联接。c.电动机（包括高普通电机或调速电机）通过三角皮带（或齿形皮）与泵联接（此时电动机通常安装在泵的上方或左、右侧）；d.柴油机（或其它原动机）通过三角皮带（或齿形皮带）与泵联接，此时泵或传动部分通常需安装离合器。1、Pumpmeansconnectedwiththeoriginalmotivationa.Motor(includinghigh-normalmotororspeedmotor)throughtheflexibleshaftmachinewithadirectconnectionwiththepump.b.motor(includinghigh-normalmotororspeedmotor)throughthegearunitandthepumpconnection.c.motor(includinghigh-normalmotororspeedmotor)throughbelt(ortoothskin)andthepumpconnection(usuallyinstalledinthepumpmotoratthistimethetoporleft,right);d.Diesel(orothermotives)throughbelt(ortoothedbelt)andthepumpconnection,thistimeitnormallytakessomeofthepumpordrivetoinstalltheclutch.2、安装a.泵机组有两种安装方式：机组共有一个底座或泵，齿轮减速箱和原动机独立安装。此两种安装方式都应保持一定的间隙，检查该联轴器两轴中心线是否一致，可用薄垫片调整使其同心；b.联轴器之间应保持一定的间隙，检查该联轴器两轴中心线是否一致，可用薄垫片调整使其同心；测量联轴器的外圆上下、左右的差别不超过0.1mm，两联轴器端面间隙一周上最大最小间隙差别不得超过0.3mm。c.泵出口应留有大于一个定子长度的空间，并将联接管做成可折式，以便检修更换定子。此点在设计管路时也应先考虑。（图7、表2）2、Installationa.pumpunitinstalledintwoways:atotalofabaseunitorpump,gearboxandtheoriginalmotivationofindependentinstallation.Thetwoinstallationshouldmaintainacertaingap,checkthatthecouplingisconsistentwiththecenterlineofthetwoaxescanbeusedshimstoadjusttoCare;b.couplingshouldmaintainacertaingapbetweenthecheckwhetherthecouplingoftwo-axiscenterli
