ThomasKilroysummarizedhisdetaileddiscussionswithJayJefferson,ChiefExecutiveOfficerofHudsonAudiovisualProductionsandBZN’sinterestsinaudiovisualinstructionalmaterials.TheclassroomuseofaudiovisualinstructionalmaterialsintheUnitedStates,Canada,theUnitedKingdom,andothercountriesoftheEuropeanUnionhasbeenamajoreducationaltrendandhashadphenomenalgrowth.AtrendthateducatorsinNorthAmericaandWesternEuropepredictingislikelytocontinue.

SincetherearemanywaysthatHudsoncanhelpBZNdevelopaninternationalaudiovisualprogramforuseinEnglish-speakingcountriesandwithtranslationforotherpartsoftheworld,Mr.Kilroymadethefollowingproposal,secondedbyNicholsRaines,toauthorizeafeasibilitystudytocoverthefollowing:

a)ThepresenteducationalaudiovisualmarketplaceintheUnitedStates,Canada,andtheUnitedKingdom,and
