我很高兴站在这里发表我的演讲--改变世界，改变我们自己。

值得注意的是，西方节日日益流行，而中国传统节日却被忽视了。不久前，北京大学和清华大学的10名医生宣布，我们应该抵制对西方节假日的入侵，因为他们认为西方节假日是对我们传统节日和文化的挑战。

坦白说，我不太同意他们的看法。的确，我们不应该忽视甚至抛弃我们的传统节日，因为中国有着灿烂的历史和灿烂的传统。（例子）。但为什么我们不能吸收西方有意义的节日和文化呢?
