1.Parties

ThetenantshallusethePropertysolelyasaresidentialdwellingforthetenantandthetenant’sfamily.ThetenantshallnotusethePropertyforanyotherpurposeswithoutthepriorwrittenconsentofthelandlord.

8.RepairsandMaintenance

ThelandlordshallmaintainandrepairthePropertyandanyfixturesandappliancesprovidedbythelandlord.ThetenantshallmaintainthePropertyandfixturesandappliancesprovidedbythetenantingoodorderandshallsurrenderthePropertytothelandlordattheendoftheterminthesameconditionasreceived,withtheexceptionofreasonablewearandtear.

9.Termination

Thisrentalagreementorleasemaybeterminatedbyeitherpartyupontheexpirationofthetermorforanyotherreasonagreeduponinwritingbybothparties.Thelandlordshallgivethetenantatleastthirty(30)dayspriorwrittennoticeoftheterminationofthisrentalagreementorlease.

10.GoverningLaw

ThisrentalagreementorleaseshallbegovernedandconstruedinaccordancewiththelawsoftheStateof_______________.

11.EntireAgreement
