responsibilities:

1.manageeffectiveandefficentmaintenanceprocesses(tool,equipmentandfacility)inordertoensureproductionsundercontrolthatmeetstherequirementsoftime,costsandquality.制定有效的修理流程;

2.alignannualandshort-termplanningwiththecompanystartegyandbusinessplan.

依据公司战略及商业安排制定与之匹配年度短期相关安排;

3.leadtheemployeesinthesectionmaintenanceinawaythattheyareabletocontributeinaneffectiveway,引导员工高效完成其工作任务;

4.makesurethattherightemployeeswithsuffientknowledgeareworkinginthemaintenancefunctions.确保下属有足够学问去应对工作;

5.manage,developpersonnelandappraisetheirperformanceaccordingtohettichstandards(e.g.necessarybackup).assistinpersonneldecisionsandinperformancerelatedpayment.依据公司标准管理,开发及评估员工表现;
