工资专项集体合同COLLECTIVECONTRACTONSALARY第一条本合同由___（单位）与___工会根据《中华人民共和国劳动法》、《中华人民共和国劳动合同法》、《中华人民共和国工会法》、《江苏省集体合同条例》、《江苏省工资支付条例》、劳动和社会保障部《工资集体协商试行办法》等有关规定，通过对企业本年度的生产经营和经济效益状况的分析与预测，对照政府发布的工资指导线、工资指导价位和本地区、行业职工的工资平均水平，经双方平等协商一致签订。Article1Thiscontractismadebetween___andtheTradeUnionof____,accordingto“LaborLawofPRC”,“LaborContractLawofPRC ”,“TradeUnionLawofPRC”,“theRegulationsofJiangsuProvinceontheCollectiveContract ”“theRegulationsofJiangsuProvinceonSalaryDistribution ”,“theRegulationsofSalaryCollectiveNegotiationofMinistryofLaborandSocialSecurity “aswellasotherrelatedregulations.Itissignedafterequalnegotiationofbothparties,basedontheanalysisandforecastoftheproductionandoperationofenterprisesandeconomicsituation,comparingthegovernmentsalaryguideline,levelandtheaveragesalaryofthesameareaandsameindustry.第二条 经协商双方就企业本年度职工工资、福利增长水平和分配办法形成如下意见：Articles2Afterconsultations,thetwopartiesdecidethegrowthlevelofCompany ’ssalaryandbenefitsanditsdistributionplanasfollows:1.在上年度企业职工人均工资 元的基础上，本年度企业职工人均工资增幅为 ___%；OnthebasisofpreviousyearCompanyemployees ’averagesalaryRMB____,thisyearCompanyemployees ’averagesalaryincreaseis____%.企业工资调整部分的分配范围和分配办法为：Thedistributionscopeanddistributionwayoftheadjustmentpartsare:3.本企业职工最低工资标准为每月 ___；Company’sminimumsalarystandardis____permonth.本企业加班加点工资的基数和计算标准为：Company’ssalarycalculationbasisandstandardare:企业支付职工工资时间为每月___日,支付形式为货币（银行转账）；Companypayssalariestoemployeesinamonetaryformofbanktransferonthe___ofeverymonth.第三条 可以由双方共同协商的条款还有：Article3Othersitemsfortwoparties ’negotiations:企业工资分配制度和分配方式Companysalarydistributionpolicyandform计件工资和劳动定额；Piecerateandworkingration;奖金分配办法；Bonusdistributionplan;津贴、补贴标准；Allowancedistributionstandard;保险福利；Insuranceandwelfare;其他双方认为需要协商的有关职工工资、福利的条款。Otheritemsthatbothpartiesthinkshouldbenegotiatedconcernedemployeesalaryandwelfare.第四条 工会依法对企业遵守工资支付规定的情况进行监督，发现违法违规行为，有权要求改正。Article4TradeUnionsupervisescompany’simplementationofsalarydistributionpolicyandisentitledtodemandcorrectionwhenfoundingviolationsoflawsandregulations.第五条本合同由集体合同监督检查小组负责监督，企业应每半年一次向职代会（职工大会）公布工资专项集体合同履行情况。Article5Thesupervisiongroupofthecollectivecontractisresponsibleforsuperintendingtheexecutionofthepresentcontract.CompanyshouldreporttheimplementationofCollectiveContractonSalarytotheEmployeesRepresentativeConventionatleastonceeveryyear.第六条本合同签订后，遇有不可抗力或企业经营状况发生重大变化，双方可协商修改合同，但每年只能一次。Article6ThisContractcanbemodifiedbutonlyonceeveryyear,sincethesigningdateofthecontract,basedontwoparities’negotiationwhencompanysuffersfromforcemajeureorbigchanges.第七条 本合同有效期为一年，于 年 月 日起至 年 日止。并于期满前三个月内进行下一轮工资集体协商。Article7Thevalidityofthecontractisoneyear,startingfrom___to____,andthenextroundofconsultationonsalaryshallbeginwithin3monthsbeforetheexpirythereof.第八条本合同签订后，企业应在 10日内报送当地劳动保障行政部门审查。劳动行政部门自收到本合同之日起十五日内未提出异议的，本合同即行生效。Article8ThecontractshouldbedeliveredtolocalLaborandSocialSecurityBureauforcensoringwithin10dayssinceitssigning.Thecontractwillcomeintoeffectifnoexceptionfromlocallaborguaranteebureauwithin15dayssinceitgetsthecontract.生效的合同一式四份，双方各执一份，一份由劳动保障行政部门存档，一份报上级工会备案，并在10日内向全体职工公布。Thecontractismadeinfourcopies,eachpartyholdingone,LaborandSocialSecurityBureauandthesuperiorTradeUnionholdingoneeachandshouldbeannouncedtoallempl
