BRIEFCOMPANYHISTORY

PyramidConstructionEngineering(Pte.)Ltdemergedontothelocalconstructionarenawiththeaimofprovidingbasicconstructionservicestolargemaincontractorswithitsincorporation8thJanuary1975.

Today,Pyramidhassurpassedthataimbybecomingareputablemaincontractoritself,andsuccessfullyupgradedtothefinancialgradeofG8forbuildingworks,thehighestachievablelevelinSingaporeconstructionindustry.

AtPyramid,ineverythingwedo,ourmanagementfocusisonprovidingqualitythatmeetsourclientsrequirements.Ourinvolvementinnumerousprojectsbothpastandpresent,rangingfromresidentialandcommercialbuildingstoretrofittingandconservationprojectsandtocivilandarchitecturalworks,hasreceivedverypositivereviewsfromourclients.

MuchofthesuccessofourinoperationcanbeattributedtotheexecutiveManagement‘sforesightandbeliefintraininganddevelopingtheskillsofourconstructionteamandforinvestingsubstantiallyinnewtechnologicalautomation.Companiesutilizingourservicescanbeconfidentthatourexpertisehavetheskillandauthoritytomakesounddecisionsbasedonprofessionaljudgementandexperience,therebyavoidingunnecessarydelaysandlossoftimeandmoney.

Forthefuture,wewillinvestfurtherinthedevelopmentofhumanresourcesandnewtechnologythathavewonusmanycontracts.Wewillalsocontinuetoboostourpresentresourcestobuildclients‘strustandensureclientsatisfaction,nomatterhowdifficultthetask.

FunctionResponsibilities&AuthoritiesoftheManagement

TheprimeresponsibilitiesandauthoritiesoftheManagementbyfunctionsareconsolidatedinthe“QualityResponsibilities&AuthoritiesofVariousFunctionsattachedinAnnexI.Asshown,therespectiveDepartmentManagersareresponsiblefortheexecutionofthose“qualityfunctionsand“controls“andthemeansaredetailedinthequalityprocedures.Thisistraceablefromthe“ResponsibilityMatrix&LinktoQualityProcedure“attachedinAnnexII

EachDepartmentshallberesponsibleforreachingtofindingsofinternalauditandinitiatingcorrectiveactiontoensurestrictconformancetotheDepartmentProceduredesignedtoISO9002:1994(E)andtheQualityManual

EachDepartmentshallberesponsiblefortheimplementationandmaintenanceofitsownsateofaffairforconformancetoitsQualitySystem.DocumentchangesmustbesubstantiatedbyjustificationandsubjectedtotheManagementRepresentative‘sapprovalbeforerevisionismadetotheProcedure.
