'sname.Gamificationdoesnothavetobedigital.MonicaCornettirunsa thatgamifiesemployeetrainings.Sometimesthisinvolvestechnology,butoftenitdoesnot.Sherecentlydesignedagamificationstrategyforasaies emorepopular,hesays,"asmoreandmorepeoplecomeintotheworkwhoarefamiliarwiththestructuresandexpressionsofdigitalgames.""Wearefarfromreachingthepeak,"Cornettiagrees."Thereisnoreasonthiswillgoaway."SomefamouscompaniesarealreadyusinggamificationandmorearetryingtodotheGamificationisnotamiraclecureforallworkcesasitmayhavenegativeToenhancemorale,one
