WorksPeriod1、开工日期:以乙方接到甲方书面开工通知之日为开工日期。CommencementDateisthedayonwhichpartyBisinformedwithpartyAnoticeofcommencingworks.

’swrittennotic3使用期限:甲方使用乙方钢管脚手架工期为 个月(自乙方接到甲方书面通知开始搭设之日起至甲方书面通知拆架全部完毕之日计算)。UsePeriodlimited:WorksperiodduringwhichpartyAusethesteelpipescaffoldingwhichbeingfixedbypartyBwillbemonthsonandfromthedateofreceiptofpartyA ’swrittennoticeforcommencementoffixingscaffoldtothedateofdismantlingallscaffoldunderpartyA ’swrittennotice.4、施工工期以工程开工日期至竣工日期计算。Projectperiodiscalculatedfromthedayofcommencementtothedayofcompletion.5、工期延误:WorksDelay①如果因为乙方原因,工期达不到要求,乙方应向甲方支付违约金,每延误一天,违约金为元整;ProvidedthatifworksperiodfailtosatisfyandmeettherequirementofcontractduetopartyB’sreason,partyBshouldbepunishedtopayliquidateddamagestopartyA,thepaymentofdamagesisYuanforeachdelayedday.②乙方在接到甲方通知拆架时,必须按双方协商的时间内组织拆除完成,否则视为拖延工期。PartyBshould,uponreceiptofpartyA’snoticeofdismantlement,withintheagreedtime,completethedismantlementofscaffold,otherwise,shallbedeemedasworksdelay.四、工程质量:ProjectQuality1、乙方搭设的外墙钢管脚手架必须精心组织施工,工程质量达到合格等级。PartyBshouldwell-organizeexecutionofsteelscaffoldontheexternalwallsoastoreachthequalifyinggrade.2、乙方提供的钢管,必须是具有生产资质的厂家生产的产品,进场时,乙方应向甲方提供产品合格证。ThesteeltubewhichisprovidedbypartyBshouldbetheproductsmadebythequalifiedmanufactureandatthetimeenteringthesitepartyBshouldissuetheproductcertificationtherewithtopartyA.3、乙方搭设的外墙钢管脚手架应随时接受甲方、监理工程师的检查、监督,对工程质量达不到合格标准的部分,乙方应按甲方、监理工程师的要求返工、修改或重新搭设,并承担返工、修改或重新搭设的费用。TheworksofsteelscaffoldonexternalwallundertakenbypartyBshouldatanytimeaccepttheinspectionandsupervisionofpartyA,theengineer.Respectingtoanynon-qualifiedpartofworks,partyBshouldbytherequirementofpartyAandtheengineerrework,modifyorre-setupandbearthecorrespondingcostthereof.4、质量应符合建设部颁布的《钢管脚手架扣件》(国家标准 GB15831-2006)的规定。QualityshouldconformwiththestipulationsofPIPESCAFFOLDFASTENERissuedbyMinistryofConstruction(State standard’sGB15831-2006).五、工程款的价格与支付 PriceandPayment一、单价UnitPrice1、外墙钢管脚手架基础价每平方米 元:Thebasepriceof Yuanpersquaremeterforsteelscaffoldonexternalwall基础价 元×总月数(暂按 5个月计)Thebasepriceof Yuan ×totalmonths(temporaryasfivemonths)2、塔吊、卸料平台搭、拆每个每次 元。Yuanforeachtimeoffixingordismantlingoftowercraneandflatformaterialdischarge.3、各楼层楼梯、电梯等出入口的栏杆、防护栏搭拆每延长米 元。Yuanforeachextendmeteroffixingordismantlingofrailingandguardfenceontheentrance/exitofstairs,elevatorandotheroneachfloor.二、工程价款的支付与结算: SettlementandPayment1、工程进度款的支付: Progresspayment①钢管脚手架的工程进度款(含延期款)按月以现金形式支付乙方。PaymentofprogressincludingextensionforthesteelscaffoldshallbeeffectedtopartyBincashonamonthly.②每月工程量由乙方在下月
5日前申报,甲方在当月

WorkQuantityandPaymentSettlementA工程量的计算: CalculationofWorkQuantity1)外墙钢管脚手架:总搭设面积=(外墙周长+阳台+凸窗+空调板+联系梁延长两边+各加四个转角每按4米计算)×实际搭设总高度(至最高一层防护栏杆顶)计算面积,井架出料平台。如果为双排架则按双倍计算面积,若为单排架则按 1.5倍计算面积。Steelscaffoldonexternalwall:Totalfixingarea=(externalwallperimeter+balcony+baywindow+airconditioningboard+extendingsidesofcontactbeamadding4cornersforwhich,eachcorneras4meters)×totalheightoftheactualinstallation(tothehighestlayerofprotectiverailingtop),andcalculationoftotalareaandtheunloadingplatform.Respectingdoubleshelve,thedoublecostwillbecounted;wheresingleshelve,the1.5timesareawillbecounted.2)塔吊卸料平台、防护棚、操作棚、平网悬挑:按搭设的卸料平台及防护棚和操作棚、平网悬挑的长度乘以宽度计算面积。Quantityoftowercrane,unloadingplatform,protectiveshed,operatingshedandsuspendednet:Calculationofareaissubjectto(3)槽钢悬挑按实际搭设槽钢悬挑的墙面延长周长计算延长米。Extendingmetersofchannelsteelsuspensionwillbecalculatedontheextendingperimeterofwallonwhichchannelsteelsuspensionbeingfixed.4)外墙钢管脚手架、卸料平台、防护棚、操作棚、各楼层楼梯、电梯洞口防护、槽钢悬挑、平网悬挑等工程量的款项应在拆除前全部结清,否则乙方有权利拒绝拆除,由此造成延长工期时间计算为甲方使用乙方钢管脚手架期限。Allworkscostofwallsteelpipescaffolding,unloadingplatform,protectiveshed,operatingshed,fenceofelevatorentrance,channelsteelsuspensionandsuspendednetshouldbepaidoff,otherwisepartyBisentitletorefusetodismantle,theextensionofworktimetheretoshallbecalculatedintotheperiodlimitedduringwhichpartyAusepartyB ’ssteelscaffolding.六、各方安全责任: SafetyResponsibilitiesofEachParty乙方施工期间对安全生产承担全部责任。乙方应确保施工安全,如施工时发生安全事故,其经济责任、法律责任概由乙方承担。PartyBshouldduringconstructionassumefullresponsibilitiesforexecutionsafety.PartyBshouldensurework’ssafety,whereandifanyaccidentconcernedsafety,anyandallliabilitiesofeconomyandlegaltheretoshallbeundertakenbypartyB.乙方搭设完后经甲方验收合格,施工中使用脚手架的安全责任由甲方负责,甲方不经乙方同意不得擅自拆除加固点等,否则发生安全事故,经济责任、法律责任概由甲方承担。FixingofscaffoldingwilluponcompletionbypartyB,beacceptedbypartyA.ThesafetyresponsibilityduringusingforconstructionbypartyAshallbeundertakenbypartyAitselfwhichcannotremovethereinforcedjointwithoutpartyB’sconsent,otherwise,anyandallliabilitiesofeconomyandlegaltheretoshallbeundertakenbypartyA.七、禁止转包与分包: NoSubcontract乙方不得擅自将其承包的全部工程转包给他人,也不得擅自将其承包的工程肢解后以分包的名义分别转包给他人,否则,甲方有权单方终止合同。PartyBshouldnotbeallowedtosubcontractatitsowninitiativeallprojectwhichiscontractedbyitself,neithermakedismembermentofprojectwhichiscontractedbypartyBintoseveralpartswhicharesubcontractedtootherpartyrespectively,otherwisepartyAisentitletounilaterallyterminatecontract.八、双方一般权利和义务 GeneralRightsandLiabilities(一)甲方义务: PartyA ’sLiabilities、负责现场质量检查、监督,对乙方存在的质量问题、安全隐患有权提出整改意见,并要求乙方进行整改。ResponsiblefortheinspectionandsupervisionofqualityonsiteandputforwardtheopinionsofrectificationandcorrectionforqualitydefectiveduetopartyBinadditiontosecurityrisksandrequirementofrectificationandcorrectionbypartyB.2、负责协调乙方与其他各施工单位的合作关系,保证乙方正常施工。ResponsibleforcoordinatingthecooperationbetweenpartyBandotherworkingcompaniessoastoensurepartyB ’snormalconstruction.3、负责向乙方提供预埋钢筋作外架与墙体加固联结及悬挑用。ProvidepartyBwithembeddedreinforcingsteelwhichbeingusedforthelinkageoutsidescaffoldonwallandforsuspension.4、负责脚手架基础地坪的混凝土浇筑及保证其质量合格并达到要求。Responsibleforconcretepouringoffoundationgroundonwhichscaffoldwillfixandensureitsqualityqualifyingandmeettherequirements.5、甲方施工使用架子时,不得随意破坏连墙点和加固设施、脚手架上的荷载不得超过200kg/m2 ,上下脚手架堆物不得超过 50kg/m2,否则造成连墙点被毁,顶撑脱落,架子失稳等而造成的安全事故责任由甲方负责。PartyAshouldnot,atthetimeofusingscaffoldduringworking,destroyatwillthewalljointandreinforcedfacilities.Theloadonscaffoldshallnotbeexceedover200kg/m2andmaterialpileupanddownscaffoldshallnotexceedover50kg/m2,otherwiseanysecurityaccidentincludingdestructionofwalljoint,peakfallandshelveinstabilityshallbeliabilityonpartyA.6、负责及时拨付工程进度款,为乙方正常施工无偿提供场地条件及垂直运输机具。EffectthepaymentofprogresscostintimeandprovidepartyBinfreewiththesiteconditionsandtheverticaltransportequipment.(二)乙方义务: PartyB ’sLiabilities1、履行甲方通知、监理指令及有关部门的行政命令等文件所要求的责任和义务,并按要求责任具体实施。FulfillmentofpartyA’snoticeandsupervisiondirectioninadditiontotheliabilitiesandobligationsunderdecreesofthecompetentauthoritiesandimplementationofparticularresponsibilitiesuponrequirements.2、乙方必须对施工技术、工程质量、安全生产、文明施工进行严格的规范管理并规范施工。PartyBshouldmakestrictlystandardmanagementofexecutiontechnology,projectquality,safetyproductionandorderlyconstruction,aswellasmakingnormativeimplementationofproject.九、违约Default本合同一经签订,即产生法律效力,任何一方均不得违约,否则,违约方应赔偿对方得经济损失和承担所引起得法律责任。Thiscontractwillcomeintoforceandeffectuponsignaturehereof,whichanypartycannotbreach,otherwisethebreachpartyshouldcompensatetheoppositeparty’seconomiclossandundertakelegalliabilityarisingorresultingtherefrom.十、争议Disputes如果双方在履行合同时发生争议,可以和解或者请求有关主管部门调解,当事人不愿和解、调解或者和解不成的,双方可向本合同签订地管辖权的仲裁机构提起仲裁申请。Providedthatifanydisputeoccurredduringimplementationofcontract,partiesheretomaytakeconciliationorapplytothecompetentauthorityformediationthereon,if,anypartyreluctanttoorfailureofconciliationandmediation,mayissuetheapplicationofarbitrationtothearbitrationauthoritywhichontheplaceofsignature.十一、不可抗力 ForceMajeure如果合同一方由于不可抗力因素而不能履行合同,比如地震、台风、洪水、火灾、战争及其他无法预见的事件,其发生和后果也无法阻止、无法避免的,该方应立刻以电报通知对方,并在其后十五天内提交公证机关出具的详细的事件描述及有效文件,用以解释其无法履行合同全部或部分条款的原因。双方应通过协商,根据事件对履行合同的影响程度,确定是终止合同或是免除履行合同的责任,或延长合同的履行。Shouldeitherofthepartiestothecontractbepreventedfromexecutingthecontractbyforcemajeure,suchasearthquake,typhoon,flood,fireandwarandotherunforeseeneventsandtheirhappeningandconsequencesareunpreventableandunavoidable,thepreventedpartyshall,bycable,notifytheotherpartywithoutanydelay,andshall,within15daysthereafter,providethedetailedinformationoftheeventsandavaliddocumentforevidenceissuedbytherelevantpublicnotaryorganizationforexplainingthereasonofitsinabilitytoexecuteordelaytheexecutionofallorpartofthecontract.Thepartiestothecontractshall,throughconsultations,inaccordancewiththeeffectsoftheeventsontheperformanceofthecontract,decidewhethertoterminatethecontractortoexemptthepartofobligationsforimplementationofthecontractorwhethertodelaytheexecutionofthecontract.十二、其他约定 Miscellaneous1、本合同未尽事宜,经双方协商同意后可另行签订补充协议,补充协议与本合同具有同等的法律效力。Partiesheretomakesupplementagreementtocovertheoutstandingissuesbymutualnegotiationofparties,andhavetheequalforcewiththiscontract.2、本合同经双方代表签字后生效,工程款结清后失效。Thiscontractwillcomeintoeffectandforceuponthesignatureofpartiesandceaseeffectandforceuponclosingfullpaymentofprojectcost.甲方:PartyA 脚手架安装的技术要求Bi-rowlandingsteel-pipescaffold 落地式双排钢管脚手架Basedonthearchitecturalfigureandstructuralformofthisengineering,inthecourseofconstruction,Bi-rowlandingsteel-pipescaffoldshallusedintheproject,andsuchscaffoldschemewillbeexecutedasfollows:根据本工程建筑造型、结构形式,在本工程结构和装饰阶段施工中拟采用落地式双排钢管脚手架,脚手架施工方案具体如下:Stageofbasement 基础阶段:All-closed,landing,steel-pipeandbi-rowscaffoldshallbeputupalongtheperipheryofthebasement.Ifnecessary,internalscaffoldwillbebuilt.地下室外围搭设双排全封闭落地钢管脚手架,内脚手根据需要搭设。Stageofbasebuilding 主体阶段:Externalscaffold:All-closed,landing,steel-pipeandbi-rowscaffoldshallbeputupintheproject.外脚手架:搭设双排全封闭落地钢管脚手架Internalscaffold:Theinternalscaffoldwillbebuiltifnecessary.Inthecourseofwallconstruction,bi-rowlandingsteel-pipescaffoldwillbebuiltalongthetwosidesofthewall.内脚手架:内脚手根据需要搭设,墙体砌筑在墙两侧分别搭设双排落地钢管脚手架。Stageofdecoration 装修阶段:Externalscaffold:thescaffoldusedinmainbody. 外脚手架:利用主体结构脚手架。Internalscaffoldwillbeputupifnecessary. 内脚手架:内脚手根据需要搭设。Material材料Foundation:Theverticalmemberfoundationisthepartthatsuffersthewholepressureofthescaffold.Forthepurposeofconsolidatingtheverticalmemberfoundation,thebackfillsoilshallbetampedlayerbylayer.Thelowerlayeris10cmthickwithgravels,andthesurfacelayeris10cmthickwithC20concrete.1.7mspacingisleftforthelayertothewall.Drainsarebuiltwithbricksaround,widthas25cm,depthas10cm(atthestartingpoint),gradientas1%.Undertheverticalmember,50mmthickboardwillbeplacedinasteadyway.基础:立杆基础是脚手架的整体承压部位,为使立杆基础坚实, diameter,wall,3.5mmthick,shallbetakenforputtingupthescaffold.ThequalityshallbeinaccordancewiththeclassQ235-AsteelinCarbonConstructionalSteel(GB/T700).Asforthesteelpipe,anyofsevererusting,bending,staving,crackingisnotpermissible.Thenewsteelpipesshallbeenclosedwiththequalitywarrantyofthemanufacturer,whicharemainlyusedasverticalmember,putlog,ledgeranddiagonal.钢管:脚手架的杆件采用直径Φ48、壁厚3.5mm的焊接钢管,其材质应符合GB/T700《碳素结构钢》中Q235-A级钢的规定,有严重锈蚀、弯曲、压扁、裂缝的钢管严禁使用。新钢管须持有制造厂质量证明单,主要用作立杆、小横杆、大横杆、斜撑等;Scaffold:Bambooboardistakenasthecomponents.Thewidthofeachbamboosheetshallnotbelessthan30mm.Thehorizontallinkersareknittedinaformofface-back-face.Ironthreadshallbetakenforfasteningthebambooboardattheedgesandtheinterfacesoflinkers.脚手板:采用竹笆板,竹笆的每根竹片宽度不应小于 30mm,横筋一反一正,边缘处纵横筋相交点用铁丝扎紧。Fastener:Thefastenersusedforturning,right-angleandopposite-joiningshallbestandardfasteners.Thefastenersshallbemadeofmalleablecastiron,inaccordancewithSteelPipeScaffoldFasteners(GB15831).Thenewfastenersshallbeenclosedwiththequalitywarrantyofthemanufacturer.Anyofcracking,deformingandslipperythreadisnotpermissibleinuse.Thesurfaceofthefastenersshallberust-proof.Theactivepartofthefastenersshallreachtherequirementofturning.Atthetimethatthefastenerisfasteningthesteelpipe,themin.distanceattheopeningshallnotbelessthan5mm.扣件:使用的回转、直角、对接扣件均采用标准扣件,扣件应采用可锻铸铁制成,其技术要求应符合GB15831《钢管脚手架扣件》的规定,新扣件须持有制造厂质量证明单,有脆裂、变形、滑丝的扣件禁止使用。扣件表面应进行防锈处理。扣件活动部位应能灵活转动。当扣件夹紧钢管时,开口处的最小距离应不小于 5mm。Safetymeshwork:Thesafetymeshworkshallbemeshednet,andapprovedbythelaborbureau.安全网:安全网必须采用密目式安全网,并且必须有劳动局颁发的使用许可证。Skirtingboard:Skirtingboardshalltakecompositemulti-layerboard,10mmthick,20cmlong.踢脚板:使用 18厚复合多层板,高 20cm。Formation构造:Asfortheverticalmember,horizontaldistanceis1.05m,theverticaldistance,1.5m,stepdistance,1.8m,distancebetweenpipesandwall,0.40m,totalheight,36.4m.Asforthescaffoldoutside,startingfromthesecondstep,2steel-pipeprotectionrailingshallbeputupintheinsideofexternalverticalmemberineachfloor.Total-longandtotal-highX-braceshallbeputup.TheX-braceshalllink3or4verticalmembers,andtheangleformedbydiagonalandgroundisranging45~60°TheX-braceshallbeputupcontinuouslyalongthestepheight.BigtiltingsupportshallbeputupbetweentheborderingX-braces.Besidesthecircumvolvingfastenertofastentheendsofdiagonalandtheverticalmember,2~4fastenersshallbeaddedatthemiddleparts.立杆横距为 1.05m,纵距为1.5m,步距为1.8m,脚手管离墙 0.40m,总高度为36.4m。脚手架外侧,从第二步开始,每层均须在外立杆里侧设两道钢管防护拦。沿全长、全高设置剪刀撑;剪刀撑应联系

。Thebambooscaffoldboardistakeninthisengineering.Theledgershallbefastenedtotheputlogwithright-anglefastener,and4ledgerswillbefixedwiththeequalspacing.Thespacingshallnotexceed35cm.本工程采用竹笆脚手板,大横杆用直角扣件固定在小横杆上,并等间距设置 4根,间距不大于35cm。Thebaseliftmustbefixedverticallyandhorizontally.Theverticalbaseliftshallbefastenedtotheverticalmemberatthepositionof20cmtothetopsurfaceofthepadboard,withtheright-anglefastener.Thehorizontalbaseliftshallbefastenedtotheverticalmemberadjacenttotheledgerbottom,withtheright-anglefastener.扫地杆必须纵、横向设置,纵向扫地杆用直角扣件固定在距垫板上皮 20cm的立杆上。横向扫地杆用直角扣件固定在紧贴大横杆下方的立杆上。Putlog小横杆:Theputlogshallbefixedadjacenttotheverticalmember.Thespacinginastrideisjust1/2ofverticalspacing.Theputlogshallbefastenedwithright-anglefastener.Theputlogadjacenttotheverticalmembershallnotberemovedinanysituation.小横杆紧贴立杆布置,跨内间距为纵距的 1/2,用直角扣件扣紧,在任何情况下不得拆除贴近立杆的小横杆。X-braceanddiagonal 剪刀撑、斜杆:TheX-braceshallbefixedasthespanoftheexternalscaffold.TheX-bracewillsupport3or4verticalmembers.Theangleformedbythediagonalofthescissor-trusssupportandthegroundispreferablyranging45 °~60°.Theinstallationofdiagonalwillfollowtheprocedure:onediagonalisfastenedtotheverticalmember,andtheotherdiagonalisfastenedtotheprojectingpartoftheputlog,forthepurposeofpreventingthesteelpipefrombendingwhenthesetwodiagonalcross.Thedistancebetweenthetie-inbetweenthediagonalandthescaffold,andthescaffoldnode,shallnotbemorethan200mm.Besidestheendsfastening,2~4fastenersshallbeaddedbetweenthetwoends.Thedistancebetweenthebottomjointofthediagonalandthegroundshallnotbemorethan500mm,forthepurposeofmakingsurethestabilityofthescaffold.外脚手架沿全长设置剪刀撑,剪刀撑联系 3-4根立杆,剪刀撑的斜杆与地面夹角宜在45°~60°范围内。斜杆的搭设是将一根斜杆扣在立杆上,另一根斜杆扣在小横杆的伸出部分上,这样可以避免两根斜杆相交时把钢管别弯。斜杆用扣件与脚手架扣紧的连接头两端距脚手架节点不大于

,除两端扣紧外,中间尚需增加

个扣结点。斜杆的最下面一个连接点距地面不宜大于

,以保证脚手架的稳定性。Inthecaseoflengtheningthediagonal,thebuttfastenersshallbetakenforthebuttjointing.Incaseoflapping,thelaplengthshallnotbelessthan400mm,andtworollingfastenersshallbeusedforfastening.斜杆的接长宜采用对接扣件的对接连接。当采用搭接时,搭接长度不小于400mm,并用两只旋转扣件扣牢。Scaffoldboard 脚手板:Thebambooscaffoldboardisfixedwithitsmainbambooreinforcementverticaltotheledger,intheformofbutt-jointingtiling.Thecornersarefastenedtotheledgerwith18#galvanizedironthread.竹笆脚手板按其主竹筋垂直于大横杆方向铺设,且采用对接平铺,四角用 18#镀锌铁丝绑扎在大横杆上。Wallfastener 连墙件:Asforeachframecolumn,itshallbefastenedwiththeshortscaffoldsteel-pipeseveryotherstep,andthisfixturestartsatthe-first-stepledger.Theshortscaffoldsteel-pipesshallbereplacedbyexpansionboltaftertheringbeamconcretereachesthedesignstrength.Thefixturewillbefastenedtotheringbeamwith40*4corneriron.Theshortsteelpipesshallbetakenforfasteningthescaffoldtothecorneriron.在每个框架柱处,每两步用短脚手钢管与框架柱连接,并从第一步大横杆处开始设置。待圈梁砼达到设计强度后,改用膨胀螺栓固定,固定件采用40*4角铁固定在圈梁上,脚手架与角铁之间采用短钢管连接。Ascendingladder 登高上人梯:Fourascendingladdersshallbefixedasthespecificsiterequired.Onerunisfixedforonestep,andthemeshednetisfixedattheoutsideoftheladderasguardmesh.Thewidthis1.0mandthegradientis1:2.FourФare48stetakelnpipesforfasteningtheladdertotheverticalmember.Theputlogisfixedunderthe4steelpipes.Bambooscaffoldistakenassurfacelayerfortheladder,andbattensarenailedasnon-slipstrips.设四个登高上人梯,具体位置现场指定,每一步设一跑,扶梯外用密网做围护。宽度1.0m、坡度1:2。用4根Ф48钢管连接在立柱上,在 4根钢管下设小横杆,在其上固定竹笆脚手板作面层,上用木条钉出防滑条。Enclosure围护Meshednetistakenasenclosureattheoutsideofthescaffold.Attheinside,18mmcompositeboardistakenforclosure.脚手架外侧采用密目网进行围护,里侧每楼层处用 18厚复合木模板封闭。Lightningprotection 防雷接地:ThelightningprotectionsystemismadeofΦ12galvanizedreinforcement,theheightofwhichisnotlessthan1m.Thelightningrodshallbefixedontheverticalmemberatthescaffoldcorners.Theledgersonthetoparelinkedtogethertoformalightningnet.避雷针用Φ12镀锌钢筋制作,高度不小于 1m,设置在脚手架四角立杆上,并将所有最上层的大横杆全部连通,形成避雷网。Thelightningprotectiondevicesarefixedaroundthescaffold.Asteelpipe,1.5mlong,3.5mmthick,willbetakenastheearth,andputintotheground.Thetopoftheearthis50cmtotheground.6mm2double-colorcopperconductorwillbetakenasearthline,andweldedwiththeearth,andfastenedtothescaffoldwithtwobolts.在脚手架四角设置防雷接地装置。接地体采用长 1.5米,壁厚 3.5mm的钢管打入地下,顶端距地面50cm,接地线采用6mm2的双色铜导线与接地体焊接连,与接脚手架连接采用两道螺栓固定。Others其它:Thescaffoldshalltaketheformofclosure.Inthecasethatitshallbedisconnected,morefasteningpullingbarsshallbeaddedatthispart.Theverticallevelingbarsinthesamestepmustbeinclosure.Inthecasethatthefoundationsoftheverticalmemberarenotatthesamelevel,theledgeratthehigherplaceshallbelengthenedwith2strides,andfixedonthebottomverticalmember.脚手架必须采用闭合形式,如遇人货电梯等脚手架必须断开处,须加密该部位连接拉杆,脚手架同一步纵向水平杆必须交圈。立柱基础不在同一水平高度时,必须将高处的大横杆向低处延长两跨,并与底处立杆固定。Erectionofscaffoldshallbeinaccordancewiththeoperationschedule.Theheightforeacherectionshallbehighert
