4.WorkingHourandVacation

8th.Theemployerimplementtheholidaysystembasedonattendance
managementsystemandotherrelatedregulationofthecompany.
5.RemunerationofLabor
9th.Theemployerpaytheemployeebeforethefifthoftheeverymonthin

6.SocialInsuranceandOtherInsuranceandBenefits
11th.Thetwopartiesparticipatethesocialinsuranceundertheregulations
ofBeijingandregulationsoftheNation.Theemployerfinishesthe
insuranceprocessforemployee,andtakestherelatedresponsibilityforthesocialinsurance.
12th.Thetreatmentofemployee’sillnessornone-work-relatedinjury
followstheNationalandBeijing’sinstruction.Theemployer,under
thedescriptionofthenationalandcompanyregulations,affordthevacationpay.
13th.Thetreatmentofemployee’soccupationaldiseaseandwork-relatedinjuryfollowstheNationalandBeijing’sinstruction.
14th.Theemployerofferthefollowingbenefitstotheemployee:socialinsuranceandotherbenefitbasedonrelatedcompanyrule
7.LaborProtection,WorkingConditionandPrevention
ofOccupationalDanger
15th.Accordingtotherequirementofspecificjob,theemployerprovide
necessarysafeguards,offernecessarylaborprotectionarticlesto
employee,basedontherelatednationallaborprotectionandhealthregulation.
16th.Theemployerinstitutetherulesofsafetyproductionbasedonthe
relatednationallegislationandregulation.Theemployeeabidesbythe
rulestopreventtheinjuriesandoccupationaldangers.Violationoperationisforbidden.
17th.Theemployershouldestablishandimprovetheoccupationaldisease
preventingsystem,developthemanagementofoccupationaldisease,
andimprovetheabilityofpreventingandcuringoccupationaldisease.
8.Revocation,TerminationoftheLaborContractand
Compensation
18th.Therevocation,terminationandextensionofthelaborcontractoftwo
partiesshouldunderthegoverningof<LaborlegislationofPeople’s
RepublicofChina>andotherrelatedNationalregulationsorregulationsofBeijing.
19th.Theemployershouldprovidethecertificateofterminationoflabor
contracttoemployeewhentherevocationorterminationofthis
contractoccurs.Theemployershouldtransfertheemployee’sprofileandsocialinsurancewithin15days.
20th.Theemployeeshouldcarryoutthehandoverofhisworkasagreedby
theparties,andpaythecompensationduringthehandoverifnecessary.
9.OtherAgreementsoftheParties
21st.Thefollowingadditionaltermsareagreedbytwoparties:
Theemployerhastheauthoritytoswitchtheworkingpositionofthe
employeeaccordingtotherequirementofcompany.Simultaneously,thetransfer-positionformshouldbeattachedinthecontract.
10.DisputationsandOther
22nd.Ifdisputationhappenswhenperformingthecontract,eachpartycan
turntoconciliationboardinindustrialdisputeofthecompany,orturntothelaborarbitrationcommission.
