第1页范围:权责:IQC4.定义:严峻缺点(CR):有危害产品使用者或携带者的生命或安全之以及最终产品不能行使其功能的缺点谓之严峻缺点.主要缺点(MA):超出规格致不能到达所期望的功能或显著降低其有用性的缺点谓之主要缺点.(MI):实际上不影响产品功能的缺点谓之次要缺点.样本:检验产品时,随便抽取检验或试验所需之适当长度或轴数,作为判定该批产品品质状况依据之原物料.200KG3严峻缺点:011223200KG1000KG5严峻缺点:0112235.1.2批量大于1000KG8严峻缺点:0112345.2检验内容与方法(5.2.35.2.5-5.2.7确认产品料号、品名及规格之标示是否正确,有无混装.外箱与最小包装RoHS0.37mm25cm10圈,用肉眼观看,无龟裂现象.浸锡试验:取长10cm-20cm试料(镀锡线烘烤后浸锡,UEW(聚胺脂)的线直接浸锡,PEW(聚脂)的线须先脱皮再浸锡),浸锡(温度450±50℃,时间3-5S)后目视是否有氧化,吃锡不良现象.漆包线、镀锡线类检验标准

发行日期:生效日期:第2页针孔试验:导体直径在0.07mm以上取长6m试料,导体直径在0.06mm以下取1.5m,置于温度为125+/-3℃的烤箱中加热10分钟,加热后将导体直径在0.07mm以上约5m长及导体直径在0.06mm以下约1m长,两端口已脱漆之线材浸入已参加约3%酚酞酒精溶液,约0.2%食盐所形成的水溶液中,以该溶液9-12V直流电压,1分钟后,目视产生针孔数量是否符合规定.5.2.6电阻测试:取长1m观看是否在最大电阻范围内.50cm15.310-3010cm3膜后的导体直径(可以以酒精灯烧的方式或浸锡的方式去掉漆包膜,锡沾附的厚度可无视不计),镀锡线则直接量测直径.导体扭合表导体直径 扭合次数
