2.OnStudents'InterpersonalRelationshipPositiveinterpersonalrelationshipsarevitalforoptimalhumangrowthanddevelopment.Howeverinrecentyearsconcernhasbeenexpressedbyeducatorsaboutthequalityofinterpersonalrelationshipamongstudentsininstitutionsofhighereducation.AccordingtoasurveyconductedbyHebeiUniversitymanycollege-agestudentsfindinterpersonalrelationshipthebiggestheadache.Increasingdiversityandrapidchangesinoursocietyaremakinginteractingwithotherscontinuallymorecomplexanddifficult.Withlimitedlifeexperiencesandsocialskillscollegestudentsarefacingmorechallengesindealingwithinterpersonalrelationship.Thisisespeciallytrueforstudentscomingfromruralareas.Becauseofextremelylimitedsocialskillstheyareoftenrejectedbyothers—andrejectiongivesthemevenfewerchancestolearnhowtobehavewithothers.Inmyopinionnowthatinterpersonalrelationshipisimportanttostudents'developmentcollegesshouldkeepupdatedandoffercomprehensiveinterpersonalrelationshipscourse.Thecourseshouldaddresstheknowledgeskillsattitudesandbehaviorsallstudentsneedtoparticipateinpositiverelationshipsinthefamilyandwithindividualsatschoolinthecommunityandintheworkplace.OnStudents'InterpersonalRelationshipPositiveinterpersonalrelationshipsarevitalforoptimalhumangrowthanddevelopment.However,inrecentyears,concernhasbeenexpressedbyeducatorsaboutthequalityofinterpersonalrelationshipamongstudentsininstitutionsofhighereducation.AccordingtoasurveyconductedbyHebeiUniversity,manycollege-agestudentsfindinterpersonalrelationshipthebiggestheadache.Increasingdiversityandrapidchangesinoursocietyaremakinginteractingwithotherscontinuallymorecomplexanddifficult.Withlimitedlifeexperiencesandsocialskills,collegestudentsarefacingmorechallengesindealingwithinterpersonalrelationship.Thisisespeciallytrueforstudentscomingfromruralareas.Becauseofextremelylimitedsocialskills,theyareoftenrejectedbyothers—andrejectiongivesthemevenfewerchancestolearnhowtobehavewithothers.Inmyopinion,nowthatinterpersonalrelationshipisimportanttostudents'development,collegesshouldkeepupdatedandoffercomprehensiveinterpersonalrelationshipscourse.Thecourseshouldaddresstheknowledge,skills,attitudesandbehaviorsallstudentsneedtoparticipateinpositiverelationshipsinthefamilyandwithindividualsatschool,inthecommunity,andintheworkplace.
3.CollegeStudent'sJob-HuntingInrecentyearscollegestudentsfinditdificulttohuntajob.Itsoundsverystrangesincecollegestudentsaretheyoungeliteofsociety.Theyhaverreceivedadvancededucation.Theyareintelligentaspirantandknowledgeable.Theyareeagertolearnandtodotheirbestforsociety.Buthowcomescollegestudentshavedifficultyinfindingjobs?Thereareseveralreasonsforthisstrangephenomenon.Oneimportantreasonisthatnowadayscollegestudentspursuetoohighagoal.Theyarenotsatisfiedwithamerely"good"job.Theycareaboutvariousfactorssuchastheworkingconditionsthesalarytheworkingplace(inthecityorinthecountryside)etc.Thereforealthoughtherearemanyvacantjobswaitingforthecollegestudentstheyareunwillingtoacceptthem.Anotherreasonisthatthemajorssomestudentsstudyincollegedonotfitinwiththedemandsofthevacantjobs.Sotheycanonlyletthejobspassbyregretfully.How
