摘要:透明矫治器是目前牙齿矫治中的一种新型矫治器,具有优美透明、佩戴舒适等优点,适用于多种不同类型的矫正治疗。本论文旨在通过三维有限元分析,探究不同组牙扩弓后透明矫治器对上颌的矫正效果,并比较其与传统矫治器的差异。通过采集口腔及牙齿三维数据,建立上颌模型,并在模型中加入不同扩弓条件的模拟,用有限元方法模拟并分析两种矫治器的力学效应。结果表明,透明矫治器在扩弓后具有较好的牙齿移动能力,且模型的牙齿拱度也有相应的改善,达到理想的矫正效果。相比传统矫治器,透明矫治器具有更好的舒适性和更优美的外观效果,是矫治牙齿的一种更加先进的矫治器,具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Transparentalignerisanewtypeoforthodonticappliance,whichhastheadvantagesofbeautifultransparencyandcomfortablewearing,andissuitableforvarioustypesoforthodontictreatment.Thepurposeofthisstudywastoexploretheorthodonticeffectoftransparentalignersontheupperjawwithdifferenttoothgroupsexpansion,andcomparethedifferencewithtraditionalappliancesthroughthree-dimensionalfiniteelementanalysis.Wecollectedoralanddentalthree-dimensionaldataandestablishedanupperjawmodel,whichsimulatedtheexpansionconditionwithdifferentappliancesbyusingthefiniteelementmethod.Theresultsshowedthatthetransparentalignershadgoodabilityintoothmovementandarchimprovementafterexpansion,andachievedidealorthodonticeffect.Comparedwithtraditionalappliances,transparentalignershadbettercomfortandaesthetics,whichweremoreadvancedinorthodonticsandofgreatclinicalsignificance.

Toinvestigatetheorthodonticeffectoftransparentaligners,athree-dimensionalfiniteelementmodeloftheupperjawwasdeveloped.Themodelwassimulatedundertwoconditions:onewithatraditionalapplianceandtheotherwithtransparentaligners.Theresultsshowedthatbothapplianceswereeffectiveintoothmovementandarchimprovementafterexpansion.However,thetransparentalignershadbettercomfortandaestheticsthanthetraditionalappliance.
Thefiniteelementmethodisapowerfultoolforsimulatingcomplexsystems,withapplicationsinvariousfields.Inorthodontics,itcanhelptooptimizetreatmentplansandpredictoutcomes.Thepresentstudyprovidesevidencefortheeffectivenessoftransparentalignersinorthodontictreatment.Furtherresearchmayfocusonthelong-termstabilityandclinicalsignificanceofthisapproach.
Inconclusion,transparentalignersareapromisingalternativetotraditionalappliancesfororthodontictreatment.Theiradvantagesincomfortandaestheticsmakethemanattractiveoptionforpatients.ThefiniteelementmethodcanprovidevaluableinsightsintothebiomechanicsoforthodonticappliancesandaidintreatmentplanningThereareseveralchallengesthatcomewithusingtransparentalignersfororthodontictreatment.Oneofthemainchallengesispatientcompliance.Unliketraditionalbraces,alignerscanberemovedandmustbewornforatleast22hoursadaytobeeffective.Patientsmustalsocleantheiralignersregularlytoavoidbacterialgrowthandmaintainproperhygiene.Additionally,therearelimitationstowhatcasescanbetreatedwithaligners,andsomecomplexcasesmayrequiretraditionalbraces.

However,despitethenumerousbenefitsofclearaligners,thereareconcernsabouttheireffectivenessforcertaintypesoforthodonticcases.Forexample,somepatientsmayhaveseverebiteissuesormisalignedteeththatcannotbecorrectedwithalignersalone.Inthesecases,traditionalbracesmayneedtobeusedincombinationwithalignerstoachievethedesiredresults.Furthermore,certainhabits,suchasteethgrindingornail-biting,candamagealignersandreducetheireffectiveness.
Anotherchallengewithclearalignersistheircost.Theycanbemoreexpensivethantraditionalbracesandarenotalwayscoveredbyinsurance.Additionally,becausetheyrequireprecisemeasurementsandcustommolds,themanufacturingprocesscanbetime-consumingandexpensive.
