摘要：透明矫治器是目前牙齿矫治中的一种新型矫治器，具有优美透明、佩戴舒适等优点，适用于多种不同类型的矫正治疗。本论文旨在通过三维有限元分析，探究不同组牙扩弓后透明矫治器对上颌的矫正效果，并比较其与传统矫治器的差异。通过采集口腔及牙齿三维数据，建立上颌模型，并在模型中加入不同扩弓条件的模拟，用有限元方法模拟并分析两种矫治器的力学效应。结果表明，透明矫治器在扩弓后具有较好的牙齿移动能力，且模型的牙齿拱度也有相应的改善，达到理想的矫正效果。相比传统矫治器，透明矫治器具有更好的舒适性和更优美的外观效果，是矫治牙齿的一种更加先进的矫治器，具有重要的临床意义。

Abstract:Transparentalignerisanewtypeoforthodonticappliance,whichhastheadvantagesofbeautifultransparencyandcomfortablewearing,andissuitableforvarioustypesoforthodontictreatment.Thepurposeofthisstudywastoexploretheorthodonticeffectoftransparentalignersontheupperjawwithdifferenttoothgroupsexpansion,andcomparethedifferencewithtraditionalappliancesthroughthree-dimensionalfiniteelementanalysis.Wecollectedoralanddentalthree-dimensionaldataandestablishedanupperjawmodel,whichsimulatedtheexpansionconditionwithdifferentappliancesbyusingthefiniteelementmethod.Theresultsshowedthatthetransparentalignershadgoodabilityintoothmovementandarchimprovementafterexpansion,andachievedidealorthodonticeffect.Comparedwithtraditionalappliances,transparentalignershadbettercomfortandaesthetics,whichweremoreadvancedinorthodonticsandofgreatclinicalsignificance.
