老年学员网络学习能力差异研究——兼论基于学习权视角的对策建议摘要:随着社会的发展和科技的进步,老年人也逐渐开始接触网络学习,但其学习能力与年轻人存在明显的差异。本研究旨在探究老年学员网络学习能力的差异,从学习权视角提出相应的对策建议。通过文献综述和实证研究,发现老年学员网络学习能力差异主要表现在认知、情感和行为三个维度上。其中,认知维度表现为老年学员在信息加工、记忆和推理等方面存在困难;情感维度表现为老年学员缺乏自信心、对网络学习抱有抵触心态;行为维度表现为老年学员在使用网络技术、学习方法和资源利用方面存在障碍。因此,本文提出了加强老年学员认知能力、促进情感融合和提升行为技能的对策建议,包括提供技术培训、信息呈现与反馈优化、网络学习社区建设等方面。

Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofsocietyandtechnology,seniorcitizenaregraduallyexposedtoonlinelearning.However,theirlearningabilitiesaresignificantlydifferentfromthoseoftheyoungpeople.Thisstudyaimstoexplorethedifferencesintheonlinelearningabilitiesofseniorlearnersandproposecorrespondingcountermeasuresfromtheperspectiveoflearningrights.Throughliteraturereviewandempiricalresearch,itwasfoundthatthedifferencesintheonlinelearningabilitiesofseniorlearnersmainlymanifestinthreedimensions:cognition,emotionandbehavior.Intermsofcognition,seniorlearnershavedifficultiesininformationprocessing,memoryandreasoning.Intermsofemotion,seniorlearnerslackconfidenceandhavenegativeattitudestowardsonlinelearning.Intermsofbehavior,seniorlearnersencounterobstaclesinusingnetworktechnology,learningmethodsandresourceutilization.Therefore,thispaperproposescountermeasurestoenhancethecognitiveabilityofseniorlearners,promoteemotionalintegrationandimprovebehavioralskills,includingprovidingtechnicaltraining,optimizinginformationpresentationandfeedback,andbuildingonlinelearningcommunities.
