方法:选取100名安徽地区正常(牙合)人群中的50名男性和50名女性,通过三维头影测量系统对其颅颌面部进行测量,获得各项数据,并对结果进行统计分析。

结果:经过测量和统计分析,发现安徽地区正常(牙合)人群头颅各项数据与全球平均值相近,但颞骨凸度指数略高于平均值。同时,男性与女性在一些测量指标上存在明显差异,如垂直面夹角和上牙弓高度等。

结论:安徽地区正常(牙合)人群的颅颌面部三维头影测量结果为常数,但同全球平均值相比,颞骨凸度指数略高,可为该地区口腔领域提供参考数据。

Abstract:Objective:Thispaperaimstoconductthree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementsonthecraniofacialregionofnormal(occlusion)populationsinAnhuiregion,inordertoprovidebasicdataandreferencefortheoralfieldofthisregion.

Method:Fiftymalesandfiftyfemaleswereselectedfromthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregion,andtheircraniofacialregionsweremeasuredwithathree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementsystem.Variousdatawereobtained,andtheresultswerestatisticallyanalyzed.

Result:Aftermeasurementandstatisticalanalysis,itwasfoundthatthecraniofacialmeasurementsofthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregionweresimilartotheglobalaverage,butthetemporalboneconvexityindexwasslightlyhigherthantheaverage.Meanwhile,thereweresignificantdifferencesbetweenmalesandfemalesinsomemeasurementindicators,suchastheverticalplaneangleandtheupperdentalarchheight.

Conclusion:Thethree-dimensionalcephalometricmeasurementresultsofthecraniofacialregionofthenormal(occlusion)populationinAnhuiregionareconstants,butthetemporalboneconvexityindexisslightlyhigherthantheglobalaverage,whichcanprovidereferencedatafortheoralfieldofthisregion.

Inaddition,theupperdentalarchheightwasalsomeasuredinthisstudy.TheresultsshowedthattheupperdentalarchheightinthenormalpopulationinAnhuiregionisconsistentwiththeglobalaverage.Thisfindingsuggeststhattheupperdentalarchheightisrelativelyconstantacrossdifferentethnicgroups,whichisimportantforachievingoptimaldentalocclusionandfunction.
