本文基于当前市场对于新型产品品质要求的提高,研究了面向新型产品的二维质保及预防性维修的联合设计方法。针对新型产品在设计阶段就考虑质保和预防性维修的策略,探索出了一种将二者融合的联合设计方法。首先,通过对产品生命周期的分析,确定产品的质量指标及维修策略;其次,利用系统工程的方法,建立面向质保及预防性维修的设计模型;随后,建立面向该模型的维修技术路线,为产品制定可行的维修计划和质保计划;最后,采用仿真模拟和实验验证的方法,对该方法进行了有效性验证。研究表明,在联合设计方法的指导下,新型产品的质保和预防性维修能够得到更好的实现,从而提升产品的质量,降低生命周期成本,满足市场需求。

Abstract:

Thispaperstudiesajointdesignmethodfortwo-dimensionalqualityassuranceandpreventivemaintenancefornewproductsbasedonthecurrentmarket'sdemandforincreasedqualityfornewproducts.Ajointdesignmethodthatintegratesbothqualityassuranceandpreventivemaintenancestrategiesfromthedesignstagefornewproductsisexplored.Firstly,basedontheanalysisoftheproduct'slifecycle,thequalityindicatorsandmaintenancestrategiesoftheproductaredetermined;secondly,adesignmodelforqualityassuranceandpreventivemaintenanceisestablishedusingsystemengineeringmethods.Afterthat,amaintenancetechnologyrouteorientedtothemodelisestablishedtodevelopfeasiblemaintenanceplansandqualityassuranceplansfortheproduct.Finally,theeffectivenessofthemethodisverifiedusingsimulationandexperimentation.Theresultsshowthatundertheguidanceofthejointdesignmethod,newproducts'qualityassuranceandpreventivemaintenancecanbebetterrealized,therebyimprovingproductquality,reducinglifecyclecosts,andmeetingmarketdemand.

Traditionalproductdevelopmentprocessesoftenfollowasequentialapproach,whereeachdisciplineworksindependentlyoftheother.However,thisapproachcanresultinqualityissuesandhighlifecyclecostsduetothelackofintegrationandcommunicationbetweendisciplines.Toaddressthesechallenges,ajointdesignmethodcanbeemployed,whichbringstogethervariousdisciplinestoworkcollaborativelythroughoutthedesignphase.Thejointdesignmethodisasystemengineeringapproachthatenablestheintegrationandoptimizationofallaspectsofthedesignprocess,includingqualityassuranceandpreventivemaintenance.

Methodology
