1、二氧化碳系统是一种高效的灭火装置,自动化程度高,密封性能要求严。为了确保工作的可靠性,应按规定建立完善的系统检查和维护保养制度,制定操作规程。对系统应定期检查并做好记录,检查员签名。1.CO2fireextinguishingsystemisahighlyefficientdeviceofhighdegreeofautomationandrequiringhighsealingperformance.Inordertoensurethereliabilityofthesystem,itisrequiredtoestablishasoundinspectionandmaintenancesystem,anddevelopoperatingprocedures.Recordshallbemaintainedforregularinspection,withinspectorsignatures.
2、自动灭火控制器应有专人负责管理,定期检查。2.Personnelshallbespeciallyassignedforthemanagementandregularinspectionoftheautomaticfirecontroller.
3、定期对气体灭火装置进行检查,检查内容及要求应符合下列规定:3.Conductregularinspectiontothegasfireextinguishingdeviceaccordingtothecontentsandrequirementsasfollows:对储存容器、容器阀、电磁启动器、高压软管、喷嘴、压力表等全部系统部件进行外观检查,应无碰撞变形及其他机械性的损伤、无锈蚀、保护涂层完好,铭牌清晰,手动应急机械操作装置位置正确。Provideappearanceinspectiontoallsystemcomponents,includingstoragecontainers,containervalves,electromagneticstarters,high-pressurehoses,nozzles,pressuregauges.Thesecomponentsshallbefreeofcollisiondeformationandothermechanicaldamage,andrust,withintactprotectioncoatings,clearnameplates,andthemanualemergencymechanicaloperatingdeviceshallbeassembledinrightplace.启动钢瓶压力指示值低于4Mpa时,应予重新充装氮气〔额定值:4.0Mpa,20℃时。Wheretheindicatedvalveofthebottleopeningpressureislowerthan4Mpa,pleaserefillthebottlewithnitrogen<rating:4.0Mpa,at20℃若确认阀上的安全膜片因超压而爆破〔19±0.95Mpa时,则必须更换膜片,并重新充装CO2气体。Thesafetyfilmmustbereplacedifitbursts<at19±0.95Mpa>duetooverpressure,andCO2gasshallberefilled.每五年应对储存容器进行腐蚀和机械损伤的检查,并按国家标准做一次水压强度试验,性能合格时才可继续使用。Everyfiveyears,checkstoragecontainersforcorrosionandmechanicaldamage,andconductahydraulicstrengthtestpursuanttonationalstandards.Onlyconformingcontainerscanbecontinuedforuse.每五年做储存容器检查的同时对有关阀件进行水压强度试验和气密试验。Alongwiththecontainerinspection,conductahydraulicstrengthtestandaairtighttesttorelevantvalveparts.对O形圈等橡胶密封件进行抽样检查,观察是否老化、损伤;出现老化现象,应通知本公司予以更换。MakesamplingchecktoO-ringsandotherrubbersealsforaginganddamage;incaseofaging,pleasenotifyusforreplacement.4、本系统使用过一次后,必须将下列各部分恢复到原来的位置,方可继续使用。〔1二氧化碳灭火控制器按钮复位;〔2将选择阀恢复原工作状态;〔3按设计要求重新充装灭火剂;〔4重新充装氮气启动装置〔5所有被拆卸过的管路,必须安装正确,保证密封。4.Aftertheuseofthissystem,thefollowingpartsmustberesettotheiroriginalpositionsforthenextuse.<1>ResetthebuttonsofCO2fireextinguishingcontroller;<2>Resettheselectorvalvetoitsoriginalworkingstatus;<3>Refillcontainerswithextinguishingagentaccordingtodesignrequirements;<4>Refillthenitrogeninitiatingdevice<5>Properlyinstallallpipelineswhichhavebeendisassembledandensuretheirsealingperformance.5、检查维护保养过程中发现的问题,如需协助解决,使用单位可函告或电告通知我公司。5.Foranyproblemidentifiedduringinspectionandmaintenance,pleasenotifyusbymailortelephoneifyouneedhelp.6、在维护与保养过程中,必须严格按照《气体灭火系统施工及验收规范》GB50263-97的有关规定执行。6.TherepairandmaintenancemustbeperformedinstrictaccordancewiththerelevantprovisionsofGB50263-97"CodeforInstallationandAcceptanceofGasFireExtinguishingSystems".五、注意事项V.Notices
1、本装置的安装场所应符合下列要求:〔1储瓶间环境温度应为:0~49°C,并保持干燥通风,储气瓶避免阳光直接照射,否则必须采取降温措施。〔2空气中不应含有易爆、导电尘埃及腐蚀部件的有害物质,否则必须加以保护,系统不得受到震动和冲击。〔3储瓶站应设在人员易于接近,出入方便,且不易引起火灾的房间。1.Theinstallationlocationforthissystemshallmeetthefollowingrequirements:<1>Thestoragebottleroomshallbeatanambienttemperaturebetween0~49°C,andkeptdryandwellventilated;gasbottlesshallbeprotectedfromdirectsunlight,otherwise,measuresshallbetakentocoolingdownbottles.<2>Theairshallnotcontainanyexplosiveandconductivedustandhazardoussubstanceswhicharecorrosivetocomponents,otherwiseprotectionshallbeprovided;thesystemshallbefreeofvibrationandshock.<3>Thebottlestationshallbeinaroomwhichisaccessibletopeopleandunlikelytocauseafire.
2、系统安装、调试的人员,应熟悉本系统的基本结构、工作原理、性能和动作的程序,以及各阀件的基本结构和工作状态。2.Thepeopleresponsibleforsysteminstallationandcommissioningshallbefamiliarwiththesystem’sbasicstructure,workingprinciples,performanceandactionprocedures,aswellasthebasicstructuresandworkingstatusofvalveparts.3、灭火系统喷射灭火剂前,所有工作人员必须在延时时间内撤离火情现场;灭火完毕后,必须首先启动风机,待废气排出后,工作人员方可进入现场。3.Priortothedischargeofextinguishingagent,allstaffmustevacuatefromthesitewithafirewithintheperiodoftimedelay;afterthefireisputout,pleasefirstturnonthefans.Nooneisallowedtoenterinthesiteuntiltheexhaustgasisdischarged.4、氮气启动装置、储气瓶应避免接近热源。运输过程中,应轻装轻卸,严禁碰撞、卧置或倒置。4.Thenitrogeninitiatingdeviceandgasstoragebottlesshallbekeptawayfromheatsources.Duringtransport,pleasehandlethemwithcare,nevercausecollision,orplacetheminhorizontalorinvertedposition.5、更换新的安全膜片必须由我公司供应,不得随意使用未经试验的膜片代用。5.Thenewsafetyfilmsforreplacementmustbeprovidedbyus.Donotmakefreewithanyuntestedalternativefilms.6、拆装过程中应避免碰伤表面而影响外观。6.Duringthecourseofdisassemblyandassembly,pleaseavoidsurfacedamageaffectingtheappearance.9、无关人员切莫乱摸乱动本系统装置的部件,以免发生以外。9.Toavoidaccidents,peopleunconcernedshallnottouchoroperateanysystemcomponent.高压二氧化碳气体灭火系统主要部件安装、维护使用说明书InstructionsforInstallation,MaintenanceandOperationofHigh-pressureCO2FireExtinguishingSystems太仓苏安消防设备有限公司TaicangSuAnFireEquipmentCo.Ltd.

E-mail:一、选择阀使用和维护I.UseandMaintenanceofSelectorValves选择阀结构1.Structure推柄、驱动气缸、限位轴、调节螺母、压舌。Itcomprisesapushhandle,adrivinggascylinder,alimitshaft,aregulatingnut,apressingblock.调节螺母调节螺母RegulatingNut出气口,接灭火瓶组瓶头阀驱动器.Outlet,connectedwiththedriverofthebottlevalve驱动气缸DrivingGasCylinder推柄出气口,接灭火瓶组瓶头阀驱动器.Outlet,connectedwiththedriverofthebottlevalve驱动气缸DrivingGasCylinder推柄PushHandle限位轴LimitShaft压舌PressingBlock进气口Inlet选择阀开启状态:一旦选择阀被启动过,就是说系统已经释放过灭火剂,它的样子将是这个样子的。"驱动气缸"内已经进过氮气、"推柄"被推开、"限位轴"离开"压舌"、"压舌"被"阀芯"顶起。2.OpenStatus:Iftheselectorvalvewasinitiatedoncebefore,whichmeansthesystemhasreleasedextinguishingagent,itwillbeasshowninthepicturebelow.The"drivinggascylinder"hasbeenfilledwithnitrogen,the"pushhandle"waspushedaside,the"limitshaft"wasmovedawayfromthe"pressingblock",andthe"pressingblock"waspushedupbythe"spool".推柄被推开Pushhandlewas推柄被推开Pushhandlewaspushedaside压舌PressingBlock压舌PressingBlock阀芯压舌PressingBlock阀芯Spool选择阀关闭状态:系统正常情况下选择阀应该处于关闭状态,只有灭火时选择阀才能处于开启状态。3.CloseStatus:Undernormalcircumstances,theselectorvalueshouldbeclosed,andonlyopenwhenitisusedforfireextinguishing.关闭状态:"推柄"要紧贴"驱动气缸"、"限位轴"压紧"压舌"、顺时针向下"调节螺母"使"压舌"和"限位轴"紧密接触。CloseStatus:The"pushhandle"shouldbeclosetothe"drivinggascylinder",the"limitshaft"shouldfirmlypressthe"pressingblock",clockwisescrewthe"regulatingnut"tomakethe"pressingblock"and"limitshaft"inclosecontact.调节螺母调节螺母RegulatingNut驱动气缸DrivingGasCylinder推柄驱动气缸DrivingGasCylinder推柄PushHandle限位轴LimitShaft压舌PressingBlock4、选择阀正常工作状态要处于关闭状态,使用时开启。4.Undernormalwordingconditions,theelectorvalveshouldbeinclosestatus,andopenwhenitisusedforfireextinguishing.二、氮气瓶阀芯装配步骤II.AssemblyofNitrogenBottleSpool控制系统调试结束,灭火系统整个工程全部完工后,最后一步就是装配阀芯,阀芯一旦装好系统就进入运行状态,控制器发出灭火信号时就气体装置就会喷射灭火剂!Afterthecompletionofcontrolsystemcommissioningandthewholeprojectoffireextinguishingsystem,thefinalstepistoassemblethespool.Oncethespoolisinstalled,thesystemwillturnintoruiningstatus,andassoonasthecontrollersendsoutafireextinguishingsignal,thegasdevicewillsprayextinguishingagent.装配阀芯前先断开"氮气驱动管路"再按下面步骤进行装配阀芯。Priortotheassemblyofspool,the"nitrogendrivingpipeline"shouldbedisconnected,thenfollowthefollowingsteps.氮气瓶阀芯的样子:NitrogenBottleSpool:氮气瓶阀芯的装配AssemblyofNitrogenBottleSpool第一步Step1阀芯Spool阀芯Spool第二步Step2第三步Step3电磁铁E电磁铁Electromagnet第四步Step4三、二氧化碳更换密封膜片:III.ReplacementofSealingFilms:成品CO2储存瓶组密封膜片已经是装配好的,不用更换,只有气瓶内灭火剂被释放过后,密封膜片会被刺破。系统要恢复使用时要更换二氧化碳瓶头阀的密封膜片。OnfinishedCO2storagebottles,thesealingfilmshavebeenfitted,andnoreplacementisrequired,butafterthereleaseofextinguishingagent,thesealingfilmswillbebroken.Torecoverthesystem,thesealingfilmsshouldbereplaced.第一步:确认你要更换的CO2气瓶是否是空瓶,先将下图所示的"气动手动气动器"用手拆卸下来,用肉眼检查"密封膜片"是否被扎破。如果是被扎破,才可以进行第二步,如果没用扎破,千万不要拆卸,会有危险!Step1:PleasemakesureyourCO2bottletobereplacedisempty.Firstmanuallyremovethe"pneumaticallymanualstarter"asshownbelow,andvisuallycheckwhetherthe"sealingfilm"ispunctured.Ifitisbroken,youcanmovetothesecondstep,ifnot,neverremoveit,asitcanbedangerous!
