Abstract
Nowadays,withpeople'spursuitofhealthandqualityoflife,smartwearabletextileshavebecomemoreandmorepopular.However,theelectricperformanceofsmartwearabletextilesbringspotentialsafetyhazards.Therefore,thispaperestablishesasmartwearabletextileelectricalsafetyevaluationsystemtocomprehensivelyevaluatetheelectricalperformanceandsafetyofsmartwearabletextiles.
Theevaluationsystemincludesthreeparts:electricalperformancetesting,safetyassessment,andcomprehensiveassessment.Theelectricalperformancetestingusesmultipletestingmethods,includingsurfaceresistance,triggercurrent,andheatrelease.Safetyassessmentincludestheevaluationofphysical,chemical,biological,andhumancontactsafetyofsmartwearabletextiles.Finally,thecomprehensiveevaluationmethodisusedtoevaluatetheevaluationresultsanddrawconclusions.
Theresultsshowthatthisevaluationsystemcancomprehensivelyevaluatetheelectricalperformanceandsafetyofsmartwearabletextiles.Atthesametime,somesafety-relatedtextilematerialsarerecommended,whichcaneffectivelyreducepotentialsafetyhazards.Thisevaluationsystemprovidestechnicalsupportandguaranteeforthedevelopmentofthesmartwearabletextileindustry.
