WorkDescriptionIntroductionandThisscopeofworksinvolvesthedesign,supplyandconstructionofGeneralContractor,whichformspartofSorinMedicalDevicesGreenfieldProject.本工程范围涉及总承包商的设计、供应和施工建设工作，是索林医疗器械（苏州）新建厂房项目的组成部分。ThefollowingClausesshallbereadinconjunctionwiththedrawingsandspecificationsandotherrelevantstoascertainthetotalworks.以下条款应结合图纸、规范说明和其他相关文件进行阅读，以确定工作总量Contractorswhoarenotfamiliarwiththesiteconditionsarerequiredtovisitthesitepriortosubmittingtheirquotation.Noconsiderationshallbegiventocontractorswhoareunawareoftheworkceconditions.Thebidderswhowillsubmittheirproposalsaredeemedtofullyunderstandthesiteconditionsandsurroundingstatusincludingthegeologyandthecityutilitiesfortheplot.Asanexperiencedcontractorforthisfield,thecontractorisobligedtoevaluateandreviewthis
