installationworkfinished,workoutpunchlistandcleanallitemsremained,thenconductsystemcalibrationandinstrumentcommissioningjointlywithIETandBYCrelatedpersonnel.Afullinspectionisrequiredtofindoutnon-conformancesandsolveonebyone.IET,BYC,MAV1andsupervisionunitshallbeinvolvedinsystemloopcalibrationandmakedecisions,finally,acceptanceworkwillbeperformed.第五章:主要施工方法和技术要求Chapter5-Constructiontechnicalrequiresandqualitystandard.1.仪表盘柜的安装Dashboardcabinetinstallation1)盘柜到现场后,为避免设备损坏,要尽量减少搬运次数。Cabinetarrivesatthescene,inordertoavoiddamagetotheequipment,tominimizehandlingtimes.2)设备开箱时在安装地点附近开箱,使用撬棍时不得以盘面为支点,以免损伤盘柜。拆箱时有库管、厂家、及监理等相关人员在场,对于明显的设备缺陷,作好记录并报有关人员。Whentheequipmentisinstalledoutoftheboxnearthelocationofthebox,nottothediskasafulcrumwhenusingacrowbar,soasnottodamagethediskenclosure.ThereKuguan,manufacturers,andsupervisionandotherrelatedpersonnelpresentduringtheunpackingofequipmentforobviousdefects,makerecordsandreporttotherelevantpersonnel.3)盘柜在开箱时,由技术员按安装图标好开箱先后顺序,在开箱后运至基础过程中要保证设备及人身安全。由于盘体较重,要用力平稳、一致。不允许剧烈振动和撞击。盘到位后,还要仔细核对其型号是否正确,零部件、缺件、损坏件核对后做好记录。EnclosureattheboxbypressingtheSetupicontechniciangoodoutoftheboxtheorder,shippedtothebaseaftertheunpackingprocesstoensurethatequipmentandpersonalsafety.Duetoheavyplatebody,toforceasmoothandconsistent.Donotallowexcessivevibrationandshock.Afterthediscinplace,butalsocarefullycheckthemodeliscorrect,parts,missingparts,damagedpartsaftercheckingmakearecord.4)盘柜找平、找正时,先精确的找好第一块,再以第一块为基准,将其它依次调整找平、找正。Enclosureleveling,alignment,firstthefirstonetofindagoodaccurate,thenthefirstoneasareference,theotherinordertoadjusttheleveling,alignment.5)同一系列规格相邻两盘、柜、台的顶部高度允许偏差为2mmm;Inthesameseriesspecificationsoftwoadjacentplates,cabinets,tabletopheighttolerancefor2mmm6)当同一系列规格盘、柜、台间的连接处超过2处时,顶部高度允许偏差为5mm;Whenthejunctionofthesameseriesspecificationscubicle,deskbetweenmorethantwo,topheighttoleranceof5mm;7)相邻两盘、柜、台接缝处正面的平面度允许偏差为1mm;Twoadjacentplates,cabinets,frontdeskseamsflatnesstoleranceof1mm;8)当盘、柜、台问的连接处超过5处时,正面的平面度允许偏差为5mm;Whenthedisc,connectioncabinets,deskandaskedthemorethan5,thefrontoftheflatnesstoleranceof5mm;9)相邻两盘、柜、台之间的接缝的间隙,不大于2mm。Twoadjacentcubicle,thegapbetweentheseamsofthestation,nomorethan2mm.2.接线箱安装Mountingofjunctionboxes1)接线箱应安装在水平面或平台上,接线箱的安装位置应便于操作和维护。Junctionboxesshallbeinstalledatgradeorontheplatform.Locationofjunctionboxeswillgenerallybedecidedbyconsideringoperability,easeofmaintenance.2)接线箱应根据施工图进行安装。Junctionboxesshallbeinstalledinaccordancewithconstructiondrawingsand/orinstructionbyBYC’ssupervisor.3)当不在接线箱内工作时,所有的接线箱盖板必须完全关闭。3.仪表支架instrumentsupport1)仪表立柱和其它支架应根据已批准的图纸进行制作安装。Stanchionsandothersupportsshallbefabricatedandinstalledinaccordancewithapproveddrawings.2)在制作完成后,立柱和支架应立即进行表面处理并刷底漆。Surfacepreparationandprimercoatingshallbeappliedforallstanchionsandsupportsimmediatelyaftercompletionoffabrication.3)在钢结构进行防火处理前,应将支架安装到结构件上。Whenasupportisattachedtoastructuralmember,theworkshallbecarriedoutbeforefireproofingofthemember4)仪表立柱为2寸镀锌钢管。Theinstrumentstanchionsshallbeof2inchsteelpipeasarule.4.基础槽钢的安装foundationchannelsteelfabricationandinstallation在设备安装前,基础槽钢应水平地固定到地面上。基础型钢应平直并固定良好。基础的尺寸应与设备底座一致。其水平度的允许误差为1mm/m。当基础底座的长度大于5m时,全长允许误差为5mm。Priortoinstallationofequipment,thechannelbaseshallbefastenedtothefloorhorizontally.Theprofiledsteelsofthefoundationsshouldbestraightandwellfixed.Theirsizesshouldcomplywithequipmentbases.Theallowableerrorforlinearityshallbe1mm/m.Incasethelengthofthebottomseatofsectionalsteelis>5m,theallowableerrorinfulllengthshallbe5mm.5.现场仪表安装Fieldinstrumentinstallation1)总括:General(1)仪表的中心距操作地面的高度宜为1.2m-1.5m之间;theelevationofthecenterofinstrumentshouldbe1.2m(2)显示仪表应安装在便于观察示值的位置;installindicativemeteratpositioneasytoread.(3)仪表不应安装在有振动、潮湿、易受机械损伤、有强电磁场干扰、高温、温度变化剧烈和有腐蚀性气体的位置;instrumentshouldnotbeinstalledinpositionsofvibration,humidity,easybedamagedbymachine,strongmagneticdisturbance,hightemperature,sharptemperaturechangeandcorrosiongas.(4)安装过程中不应敲击、震动仪表。仪表安装后应牢固、平正。仪表与设备、管道或构件的连接及固定部位应受力均匀,不应承受非正常的外力。Noknockingandvibratinginstrumentduringinstallation.Installedinstrumentshouldbefirmandeven.Thestressattheconnectionjointsandfixedpositionbetweeninstrumentandequipment,pipeandstructureshouldbesymmertrical,noabnormalstressfromoutside.(5)仪表设备的安装位置、连接型式、方向、标高原则上按照施工图进行,安装的细节和使用方法按照说明书的要求进行。Principally,theinstallationposition,connectiontype,orientationandelevationofinstrumentshouldbeinaccordancewithconstructiondrawing,detailsandusagemethodsreferringtospecifications.(6)在满足了测量精度和控制灵敏的条件下,应考虑安装在操作、维修、观察方便的地方,不宜安装在震动、潮湿、高温、宜受机械损伤、强磁场干扰、腐蚀性强的地方。Instrument,uptotherequirementsofmeasurementprecisionandcontrolsensitivity,shouldbeinstalledinlocationconvenientforoperation,maintenanceandobservation.Theyshallnotbeinstalledinapositionofvariation,humidity,hightemperature,easytobemechanicallydamaged,strongmagneticfielddisturbanceandstrongcausticity.(7)仪表设备的进线引入孔不应朝上,以避免油水、灰尘进入接线端处。Theintakeholeofinstrumentshouldnotbeupwardtoavoidoil,wateranddustfromenteringintoconnectionjoint.(8)直接安装在工艺管道间的控制阀、流量计、一次元件等,应在工艺管道吹扫完毕后进行安装。Fieldthermometer,pressuremeterandtestinginstrumentwillbeinstalledasperstandardDWG.Controlvalves,flowmetersandinlineinstrumentsinstalleddirectlyintheprocesspipingshallonlybeinstalledafterpipingblowingandflushing.(9)在安装完成后,仪表及其附件应进行适当的保护,防止因其它施工引起仪表及附件受到可能的损害或污染。Immediatelyafterinstallation,theinstrumentsandtheiraccessoriesshallbesuitablyprotectedbyabag,weatherprooforfire-resistantsheeting,etc.againstpossibledamageorcontaminationcausedbyotherconstructionworks.2)温度检测仪表的主要安装要求:Installationrequirementsoftemperaturemeasureinstrument:(1)接触式温度检测仪表的测温元件应安装在能准确反映被测对象温度的地方。Thetemperaturedeviceoftouchtemperaturemeasureinstrumentshouldbeinstalledinthelocationwherecanaccuratelyreflectthetemperatureofobject.(2)温度仪表安装在保温的设备或管道上时,一直到温度计套管的螺纹连接件处都要进行保温。Incaseofinstallingtoheatinsulatedequipmentorpiping,insulationshallbeprovideduptothethreadportionofthermowell.3)压力检测仪表安装的主要要求:InstallationofPressureGauge(1)对于测量潮湿气体、水平敷设的较长的导压管,安装坡度应大于1/10,并应敷设在无振动的位置。Longhorizontaltubingforwettedgasserviceshallhavegradientmorethan1/10.Andselectthegoodpositionwithoutvibration.(2)如果压力表远离取样点,应确认取样点和压力计之间的差压。Differenceofpressurebetweentappingpointandpressuregaugeshallbeconfirmedifthelocationisfarfromtappingpoint.(3)应特别关注普通压力表、氨压表、氧压表和禁油压力表之间的区别。Carefulattentionmayberequiredforthedifferenceofthegaugeforgeneral,forammonia,foroxygenandforoilprohibited.(4)当被测介质压力波动较大时,应采取缓冲措施。Bufferingmeasuresshouldbetakenwhenthetargetmediaaresubjecttomajorpressurefluctuation.(5)在安装完成后,应关紧切断阀。Afterinstallation,take-offvalvesshallbeclosedtightly.4)差压变送器的安装Installationofdifferentialtypetransmitter(1)如果测量介质为蒸汽,应使用冷凝罐,冷凝罐应安装在同一高度。Ifmeasuredfluidissteam,sealpotshouldbeprovided.Thesealpotshallbeatthesameelevation.(2)导压管应尽可能短。测量液位或压力的变送器的安装位置应尽可能靠近取压管嘴,避免因为产品本身特性而产生不必要的聚合和结晶的危险。Pressureleadtubingshallbeprovidedasshortaspossible.Transmittersforlevelorpressureshouldbeinstalledascloseaspossibletothenozzleinordertoavoidunnecessaryriskofpolymerizationorcrystallization,dependingontheproduct.(3)正负压的导压管应尽可能的平行安装,并应安装在环境温度相同的地方,固定支架的间距应小于2m。Pressureleadtubingisinstalledinparallelasmuchaspossibleandshallhavethesameenvironmentaltemperature.Supportshallbefixedtosupportingstructurelessthan2metersspan.5)流量检测仪表的主要安装要求:Installationrequirementsofflowmeasureinstrument:(1)节流件的安装应符合下列要求:Installationofthrottlepieceshouldmeetthefollowingrequirements.安装前应进行外观检查,孔板的入口边缘应无毛刺、圆角和可见损伤;Surfacecheckpriortoinstallation,noburr,roundangleandvisibledamageintheexitofspraymouthandentranceoforificeplate.节流件必须在管道吹扫后安装;Installthrottlepieceafterpipingblowing节流件的安装方向,必须使流体从节流件的上游端面流向节流件下游端面。孔板的锐边或喷嘴的曲面侧应迎着被测流体的流向;theinstallationorientationofthrottlemustensureliquidflowfromtheupstreamofthrottletothedownstream.Thecurvesurfaceofshapemarginorspraymouthshouldfacetheflowrouteofobjectedliquid节流件的端面应垂直于管道轴线,其允许偏差为10;Thesurfaceofthrottleshouldplumbwithpipingaxis,withallowabledeviationof10在水平和倾斜的管道上安装的孔板或喷嘴,若有排泄孔时,排泄孔的位置为:当流体为液体时应在管道的正上方,当流体为气体或蒸汽时应在管道的正下方。Fororificeplateorspraymouthinstalledonlevelordecliningpiping,itsdrainagehole,ifhave,shouldbepositionedas:theoppositeupsideofpipingiftheflowisliquid,andtheoppositedownsideiftheflowisgasorsteam.(2)转子流量计应安装在无振动的管道上,其中心线与铅垂线间的夹角不应超过20,被测流体流向必须自下而上,上游直管段长度不宜小于5倍管直径;Rotorflowmetershouldbeinstalledonnon-vibratingpiping,withtheanglebetweenitscenterlineandplumblinenomorethan20.Thedirectionofobjectiveflowmustbefromtheuppertodown.Andthelengthofstraightpipingattheupstreamshouldbenolessthan5timesofpipingdiameter.(3)涡街流量计信号线应使用屏蔽线,上、下游直管段的长度应符合设计要求,放大器与流量计分开安装时,两者的间的距离不应超过20M;Thesignallineofturbineflowmetershouldbescreenline,andthelengthofstraightpipingatupstreamanddownstreamshouldmeetdesignrequirement.Thedistancebetweenamplifierandflowmeter,ifinstalledseparated,shouldbenomorethan20M.(4)电磁流量计的安装应符合下列规定:Theinstallationofelectromagneticflowmetershouldmeetthefollowingrequirements:流量计外壳、被测流体和管道连接法兰三者之间应做等电位连接,并应接地;Theoutershellofflowmeter,objectflowandconnectiveflangeofpipingshouldconnectwithpotentialvoltageandgrounding.在垂直的管道上安装时,被测流体的流向应自下而上,在水平的管道上安装时,两个测量电极不应在管道的正下方和正上方位置;Wheninstalledonverticalpiping,theobjectliquidshouldflowdowntoup,whileinstalledonhorizontalpiping,twomeasureelectrodesshouldnotbelocatedattheoppositedownanduppiping.流量计上游直管段长度和安装支撑方式应符合设计要求。Thelengthofstraightpipingattheupstreamofflowandthetypeofinstallationandsupportshouldmeetdesignrequirement.(5)椭圆齿轮流量计的刻度盘面应处于垂直平面内。椭圆齿轮流量计和腰轮流量计在垂直管道上安装时,管道内流体流向应自下而上;Thegearflowmetershouldbeinverticalplane.Wheninstallinggearflowmeterandwaistflowmeteronverticalpiping,liquidinsidepipingshouldflowuptodown(6)超声波流量计上、下游直管段应符合设计要求,对于水平管道,换能器的位置应在与水平直径成450夹角的范围内。被测管道内壁不应有影响测量精度的结垢层或涂层;Straightpipingattheupstreamanddownstreamofultrasonicflowmetershouldmeetdesignrequirement.Forhorizontalpiping,thelocationofenergyexchangershouldbeinthescopeofangleof450.Nofilthyorcoatinsideobjectpipingthatimpactsmeasureprecision.(7)质量流量计应根据制造厂的安装指导进行安装,矩形流量管、U型流量管应处于垂直平面内。工艺介质为气体时,流量管应处于工艺管道的上方;工艺介质为液体时,流量管应处于工艺管道的下方。Theflowmetersshouldbeinstalledaccordingtoinstallationinstructionofmanufacturer,withtherectangularboxpipesandU-shapedboxpipesintheverticalplane.Whentheprocessmediaaregases,theboxpipesshouldbeinstalledabovetheprocesspipes,andwhentheprocessmediaareliquid,theboxpipesshouldbeinstalledbelowtheprocesspipes.6)物位检测仪表的主要安装要求:Maininstallationrequirementsofliquidlevelinstrument:用差压计或差压变送器测量液位时,仪表安装高度不应高于下部取压口;但是吹气法及利用低沸点液体汽化传递压力的方法测量液位时,不受此规定限制;WhenmeasurelevelwithdifferentialpressuremeterorDPtransmitter,theinstallationelevationofinstrumentshouldnotmorethandownpressuretap;buttheelevationisnotinthelimitifmeasurelevelbythemethodofblowingorpressuretransmissionoflow-boilingliquidblowoff.7)控制阀的安装Installationofcontrolvalves(1)控制阀上下游直管段的长度应大于150mm或等于工艺管道的直径。Straightpipelongerthan150mmorequaltopipediametershallbeprovidedatbothupstreamanddownstreamofvalve.(2)控制阀的阀杆应尽可能地垂直安装,只有蝶阀的转轴应水平安装。Stemshallbeinstalledverticallyifpossible.Onlyrotatingshaftofbutterflyvalvewillbeinstalledhorizontally.(3)阀门的安装位置应便于操作和维护。Valveshallbeinstalledconsideringoperability.(4)如果控制阀太重,阀门上下游的工艺管道应加以支撑。Pipingaroundcontrolvalveshallbesupportedifcontrolvalveisveryheavy.8)毛细管的安装Installationofcapillarytube(1)毛细管敷设时应采取适当的保护措施,在需要支架的地方应支撑牢固。Goodcareshallbetakentohavethecapillarytubesproperlyandfirmlysupported,whereversuchsupportingisrequired.(2)应避免毛细管过度弯曲,防止毛细管阻塞。Excessivebendingofthecapillarytubesmustbeavoidedtopreventclogging.(3)由于热膨胀或容器、罐或其它设备的运转,使毛细管承受过度应力,安装时应考虑适当的管路补偿。Incasewhereexcessivestressesofforcesareexpectedatthecapillarytubeasresultofthermalexpansionormovementofvessel,columnorotherfacilities,propertubinginstallationshallbedesignedandperformed.9.InstallationofToxicGasDetector分析仪表的安装(1)分析仪表的安装位置应严格根据施工图纸所给出的位置定位。InstallationpositionoftoxicgasdetectorwillstrictlycomplywithIFCDWG.(2)安装时必须严格按照产品说明书规定,进行安装;Productinstructionwillbecompliancewith.(3)分析取样系统应按设计要求安装,应有完整的取样预处理装置,预处理装置应单独安装,并宜靠近传送器;Installanalyzersamplingsysteminaccordancewithdesignrequirement,completesamplingpre-treatmentapparatuswhichshouldbeindividuallyinstalled,nearconveyingmachine.(4)被分析样品的排放管应直接与排放总管连接,总管应引至室外安全场所,其集液处应有排液装置;Thedrainpipeofanalyzersamplingshouldbedirectlyconnectedwithdrainheaderwhichleadstosafetyplaceofoutdoors.Drainapparatusisrequiredatliquidcollectionlocation.6.桥架、气源管、电缆敷设cabletray,gassourcepipeandcablepulling1)总括:General(1)主桥架、分支桥架、导压管、电缆等线路敷设应避开高温、强磁、有受机械损伤危险和介质泄漏的地方。在设备和工艺管线上安装导压管时,应为保温留下足够的空间。Maincabletray,branchcabletray,impulsepipeandcablepullingwillavoidplaceswithhightemperature,highpoweredmagnetic,mechanicaldamageriskandmediumleakage.Impulsepipewillbeinstalledinequipmentsandprocesspipelinewithsufficientspace.(2)沿支托架固定,其敷设必须横平竖直、固定牢固。弯头及中间接头处应平滑,不能有锐角、毛刺。配管应减少弯曲和交叉,不得有急剧和复杂的弯曲,应排列整齐,支架间距应均匀,符合规定。Fixthemupalongbracketstomakesuretheyarestraightandsteady.Elbowsandinter-tie-inswillbesmoothwithoutanyedgesandburrs.Bendingandcrossingwillbereducedwhendistributetubes.Suddenandcomplexbendingisnotallowed.Thetubeswillbearrangedneatlywithevenspace.(3)管路采用机械弯曲,弯管不能弯扁,不能有裂纹。其管切割采用机械切割,切口处应打磨好,不能卷边或有毛刺。Mechanicalbendingwillbeusedforpiping.Andthebendedpipewillbefreefromflatandcracks.Mechanicalcuttingwillbeadopt,andtheportofcuttingwillbegriddedwithoutanyedgerolledorburrs.2)桥架安装cabletrayinstallation(1)按设计施工图施工,不得自行改动其走向、标高。StrictlycomplywithIFCDWG,anychangeswithoutapprovalisprohibited.(2)桥架应在现场进行装配,不得有扭曲或变形现象发生。Cabletraywillbeassembledinfiled.Anytwistordistortionisnotallowed.(3)桥架内外表面应光洁无毛刺,不得有尖锐边缘和棱角。Insideandoutsideofcabletraywillbesmoothwithoutanyburr,sharpedgesandarris.(4)电缆敷设工作完成后,桥架内应清理干净,盖板固定牢固。每一块桥架盖板的两端应采用不锈钢绑扎带进行固定。Aftercablepulling,cleanupcabletrayandfix-upcovers.Bothendsofcabletraycoverwillbeboundbybindingbelts.(5)桥架或支撑的防护层,因焊接工作或其它施工遭损坏后,应尽快对其进行修复和防腐处理。Whencoatingoftrays,ductsorsupportsisdamagedeitherbyweldingorotherconstructionwork,theportionshallberepairedtopreventcorrosionassoonaspossible.(6)桥架的支撑间隔不得超过2m。Traysorductsshallbesupportedatintervalsnotexceeding2m.(7)电缆直接从桥架中引出,应在与电缆直接接触的桥架边沿上增加桥架护边,以保护电缆不受损伤,在桥架终端和桥架切割口的边沿必须要用桥架护边进行保护,避免损坏电缆外层。Thedrawing-outofcablesfromtrays/ductsshallbemadethroughrubberbushingsprovidedonthesidewalloftrays/ducts.Theendandsharpcuttingedgeofcabletraymustbeprotectedwithrubberbushingstoavoidinjuringthecables.3)电缆敷设Cablepulling(1)电缆敷设前应做好外观检查和导通绝缘电阻测试,并用500V兆欧表测量绝缘电阻,其值应在10MΩ以上。Visualinspectionandinsulatedresistancetestwillbedonebeforecablepulling.Insulatedresistanceshallbemeasuredby500VMΩandtheresultshallbemorethan10MΩ.(2)电缆在桥架内敷设时,不得有拉伸应力,防止机械损伤。在敷设路径中,要配备足够数量的人员,防止由于拖拉、摩擦和其它疏忽引起电缆和导线的损伤。Anytensionstressisnotallowedwhenpullingcablestopreventmechanicaldamage.Sufficientworkerswillbeonsitetopreventcablesandleadsdamagefrompulling,frictionetc.(3)交流230V50Hz(及更高电压)的供电电缆、信号电缆或电线不应敷设在同一桥架或线槽中,本安电缆电线和非本安电缆电线也不应敷设在同一桥架或线槽中。当本安电缆和非本安电缆在同一桥架中敷设时,应用接地金属隔板或具有足够耐压强度的绝缘板隔离,或分开排列敷设,其间距应大于50mm,并分别固定牢固。AC230V50Hz(andabove)powersupplyandsignalcabling/wiringshallnotbelaiddowninthesamecabletray/duct,andintrinsicallysafecable/wiringandnon-intrinsicallysafecable/wiringshallnotbelaiddowninthesamecableduct/tray.Incaseintrinsicallysafecableandnon-intrinsicallysafecableareinsametray,theyshallbeseparatedinarrangementbyearthedmetalisolationplateorinsulationplateofsufficientpressureresistancestrengthandthespaceshallbeatleast50mm,theyshallbefirmlyfixedseparately.(4)电缆敷设完毕,终端电缆电线应在设备和仪表周围盘成卷,并用扎带捆扎,在电缆头制作安装前,应对其进行适当的覆盖和保护。Aftercablepulling,terminalcableshallberolledintoreelaroundequipmentandinstrumentandtiethembybindingbelt.Beforefabricatingcableterminals,propercoveringandprotectionmeasureswillbetaken.(5)根据施工图,电缆格兰和/或密封配件应安装在设备和仪表的入口。电缆格兰与仪表设备之间应密封紧密,防止水进入表内而损坏仪表。Cableglandsand/orsealingfittingshallbeinstalledattheinletstoequipmentsandinstrumentsinaccordancewithconstructiondrawings.Thesealsbetweencableglandsandinstrumentsshouldbeverytight,topreventwaterfromgoingintoinstrumentsanddamageelements.(6)根据接线图,所有的电缆均应连接到相应的终端或位置上,电缆两端均应制作电缆头,制作电缆头时应使用热缩管。Allcablesshallbeterminatedtoproperterminalsorlocationsinaccordancewithwiringconnectionlists.Thecableterminationshallbefabricatedwithshrinkingtubesheath.(7)屏蔽电缆的屏蔽层,应在控制室或机柜间的仪表盘或机柜侧接地,现场仪表侧的屏蔽线不能接地。Thegroundingofcableshieldshallbeperformedattheinstrumentpanelsand/orracksinthecontrolroomand/orrackroom.Theotherendsonsiteshallnotbegrounded.(8)剥电缆及导线的护套时应特别小心,不能损坏导线和绝缘层。剥线时,应采用专用剥线钳,而不能用刀或剪刀。信号电缆和电源电缆的芯线为多股绞线,多股绞线的电缆应使用接线鼻子连接到仪表、接线箱和机柜端子排上。Takespecialattentionwhenpeelingoffcableandsleeveofleadtomakesurenodamagehappen.Specialwirestrippershallbeusedinsteadofnormalknifeorscissors.Coreofsignalcableandpowersourcecableismulti-strandstwistwire,whichshallbeconnectedtoterminalbusbarofinstrument,junctionboxandcabinetbycoppertip.(9)所有电缆终点处,必须挂上清楚且永久的电缆标志牌,并用扎带固定。导线的两端都应标记导线标志,所有导线应标志清楚、连接牢固并保持一致性。在安装前,线号的类型应经业主的认可。HangclearandpermanentSScablemarkingboardinallcableterminalsusingSSbindingbelt.TwoendsofleadshallbemarkedasLEADandallleadshallbemarkedclearlyandfastenedtogether.Beforeinstalling,typeofwireshallgetapprovalofBYC.(10)制作电缆头时,绝缘带应干燥、清洁、无折皱、层间无空隙,抽出屏蔽接地线时,不应损坏绝缘。铠装层应在格兰内部,不准露出。Insulatedbeltshallbedry,clean,nocockleandnoclearancebetweenlayerswhenmakingcableterminals.Insulatedlayercannotdamagewhenletshieldgroundingwireout.Armorlayershallbeinglandwithoutexpansion.(11)线路敷设完毕,应进行校线及标号,测量绝缘电阻;测量线路绝缘电阻时,必须将已连接上的仪表设备及元件断开。Performcalibrationandmarkingafterwiringfinished,instrumentationandcomponentsmustbeisolatedwhilemeasureinsulatedresistance.4)导压管及分析取样管/空气管Processimpulseandanalyzerpiping/tubing/Airpiping(1)在安装时,应确保管道及配件清洁、无水、无油、燃料及其它外部材料。Duringthework,Shallmakesurethatthepipes/tubesandthefittingsarefreefromsoil,water,oil,slugsandotherforeignmatters.(2)导压管的安装坡度,连接方式必须完全按照仪表安装图进行施工。取源根部阀安装时应注意流向正确。施工完成后,除了三阀组或五阀组的平衡阀外,所有阀门都应关闭。InstallationslopeandconnectiontypeofimpulsepipingwillbeconstructedasperinstrumentinstallationDWGtotally.Takespecialattentiontoflowdirectionofvalveroot.Afterconstruction,allvalvesshallbeclosedexceptforbalancevalves,suchasthree-valve-teamorfive-valve-team.(3)使用专用割管器对管道进行切割,不应斜切管道而使管道不能密封。在切割后,应用刮刀或半圆锉刀去除管口的毛刺。Pipesandtubesshallbecutatrightanglesbyusinganexclusivecutter.Aftercuttingtubes,burrsshallberemovedbyscrapersorhalf-roundfiles.(4)导压管应充分支撑,防止管道下垂和机械损伤。Theimpulsepipingshallbesupportedadequatelytopreventsaggingandmechanicalinjury.(5)在切割或焊接时,应将导压管从仪表上移开,避免电流通过变送器。Disconnectedpressuretubingfromtheinstrumentwhenitneedcuttingorwelding,avoidcurrentpassingthroughthetransmitter.(6)导压管的支撑最大距离为1.5m,根据仪表标准图的要求,相邻的导压管可以一起固定。Tubingshallbesupportedevery1.5mmaximumandadjacenttubeshallbeclippedtogetherinaccordancewithinstrumentstandarddrawing.(7)气源管在连接到仪表之前,仪表的所有气源接口都应用堵头堵好,防止弄脏仪表。Airconnectionsoninstrumentsshallbepluggedtopreventcontaminationbeforetubingisconnected.(8)安装完成后,管内壁应清洁并用仪表风进行吹扫。管两端应盖好,防止沙、土、油和其它外部物质进入管内。在空气管线压力试验完成后,应用记号笔在仪表终端接头侧的管道上做个标记,以便工艺管道压力试验完成后、重新恢复空气管线时能确保空气管密封完好。Afterinstallation,theinsideofpipingandtubingshallbecleanedandtestedbyairblowingandtheendofpipeandtubeshallbecoveredtopreventtheingressesofsoil,sand,oil,waterandotherforeignmatters.Themaleconnectortoinstrumentshouldbe
