,age,admissionnumberandwardnumberofthepatient,nameoftheoperation,surgicalsite,postureofthepatient,specialinstrumentsnnedtouse,imntorfalsetooth.Theanesthetistandthenursesinoperationroomshallconfirmthereadinginformationbysaying“yes”.Anydoubtaboutanyinformationbyanybodyshallberaisedatonceonthespot,andallparticipantsshallcheck Surgicalsafetycheckshallbecarriedoutasperabovesteps,nextstepcanstartonlyafterthepreviousstepisconfirmed.“Surgicalsafetychecklist”shallnotbefilledinPreoperativeconfirmationprocedurecannotberecedbythecheckconductedbyanesthetistandnursealone.Relatedmedicalstaffshallchecktheitemswithintherangeoftheirdutyasperregulationsindependently.
