教育管理硕士论文〔精选6篇〕,教育硕士论文近年来,随着基础教育课程改革的不断深化，国家大力推进素质教育，全面提高中小学生的综合素质，研学旅行作为一种校内教育与校外教育有效衔接的创新形式，是全面推进中小学生素质教育的重要途径，遭到社会各界的广泛关注。我们国家从2020年起，在全国部分省市中小学开展研学旅行试点工作，国家旅游部门出台的有关政策中，均对推行和发展中小学研学旅行有重要阐述，一直到2021年底，教育部等11部门正式出台(关于推进中小学生研学旅行的意见〕，研学旅行正式纳入中小学教育教学计划。研学旅行不仅丰富了学生综合实践活动课程的内容，而且创新了课程施行方式，将社会教育、学校教育、生活教育严密联络在一起，将研学实践与学校课程有机融合，在实践中提高学生的核心素养，实现行走中的生活教育。(意见〕出台以来，各省、市也纷纷下发文件，积极开展和推进研学旅行，一时间，旅行社、旅游景点、校外培训机构和企业均打起了研学牌，研学旅行市场日渐火爆。石家庄作为河北省中小学研学旅行试点，积极探寻求索开展研学旅行，在部分试点学校试行的基础上，再次印发文件，进一步推进当地研学旅行的发展。随着地方政策的不断出台，以旅游部门为主的社会各界纷纷刮起了研学旅行风，各种研学旅游产品层出不穷，引起了社会的广泛关注，那么做为一种新的教育方式，究竟研学旅行开展的怎么样？能否到达了教育的目的？笔者试图从初中生入手，结合本职工作，通太多方面的考察、调研、走访、座谈，发现研学旅行虽获得了一些初步成效，但确存在着机制不健全、研学质量不高、效果不明显、特色不突出、专业人才队伍不健全、研学经费投入缺乏等众多突出问题。基于此，通过全面分析问题存在的原因，从教育的视角出发，结合实际工作，从机制建设、研学道路、活动组织、课程研发、师资培训、教育评价、安全保障、基地建设等方面进行研究，针对存在的问题提出了五个方面的对策和建议，一是建立科学完善的运行机制，提出建立主导、部门联动的协调机制，明确各方责任，各负其责、分工合作，加大资金投入，营造一个良好的政策环境，推动施行主体高效开展研学旅行；二是科学规划主题线路，开发精品课程。根据初中生以县情市情为主开展研学旅行的特点，结合本地社会资源，深切进入挖掘教育资源，科学规划主题突出、特色鲜明、能够激发学生学习兴趣的主题线路，并结合线路资源开发精品课程，进而构成本地品牌，确保研学质量；三是加强研学旅行基地的建设与管理，整合资源，充分发挥各基地的资源优势；四是充分发挥营地的辐射带动作用，规范研学旅行的组织施行；五是加强特色研究，探寻求索和推进课题类研学旅行教育工作，促进当地研学旅行的发展。关键字：研学旅行,研学旅行教育,综合实践活动AbstractInrecentyears,withthedeepeningofbasiceducationcurriculumreform,thestatevigorouslypromotesqualityeducationandcomprehensivelyimprovesthecomprehensivequalityofprimaryandsecondaryschoolstudentsAsaninnovativeformofeffectivelinking-upbetweenin-schooleducationandout-of-schooleducation,researchtravelisanimportantwaytocomprehensivelypromotethequalityeducationofprimaryandsecondaryschoolstudents,whichiswidelyacceptedbyallwalksoflifePayattentionSince2020,someprovincesandcitiesinChinahavecarriedoutthepilotworkofresearchtravelinprimaryandsecondaryschoolsIntherelevantpoliciesissuedbytheNationalTourismdepartment,theimplementationanddevelopmentofresearchtravelinprimaryandsecondaryschoolshavebeendiscussedUntiltheendof2021,theMinistryofEducationandother11departmentsformallyissuedtheOpinionsonPromotingResearchTravelinPrimaryandSecondarySchoolsResearchtoursareofficiallyincorporatedintoprimaryandsecondaryeducationandteachingprogramsResearchtravelnotonlyenrichesthecontentofstudentscomprehensivepracticalactivitycurriculum,butalsoinnovatesthewayofcurriculumimplementationItcloselylinkssocialeducation,schooleducationandlifeeducation,organicallyintegratesresearchpracticewithschoolcurriculum,improvesstudentscoreaccomplishmentinpracticeandrealizeslifeeducationinwalkingSincethepublicationoftheOpinion,provincesandmunicipalitieshaveissueddocumentstoactivelycarryoutandpromoteresearchtravelForatime,travelagencies,touristattractions,off-campustraininginstitutionsandenterpriseshaveplayedaresearchcard,theresearchtravelmarketisbecomingincreasinglypopularShijiazhuang,asapilotstudytourforprimaryandsecondaryschoolsinHebeiProvince,activelyexploresthedevelopmentofstudytourOnthebasisofsomepilotschools,ShijiazhuangissuesdocumentsagaintofurtherpromotethedevelopmentoflocalstudytourWiththecontinuouspromulgationoflocalpolicies,allsectorsofthesociety,mainlythetourismsector,havelaunchedastudy-basedtravelstyleVariousresearch-basedtourismproductsemergeinendlessly,whichhasarousedwidespreadconcernofthesocietySoasanewwayofeducation,whatisthedevelopmentofthestudy-basedtravel?Hasitachievedthepurposeofeducation?Theauthortriestostartwithjuniorhighschoolstudents,throughvariousinvestigations,surveys,visitsanddiscussions,andfindsthatalthoughsomepreliminaryresultshavebeenachievedinresearchtravel,therearemanyoutstandingproblemssuchasimperfectmechanism,lowqualityofresearch,imperfectprofessionalsandinadequateinvestmentinresearchfundsBasedonthis,throughacomprehensiveanalysisofthecausesoftheproblems,startingfromtheperspectiveofeducationandcombiningwithpracticalwork,thispaperstudiestheproblemsfromtheaspectsoffunding,researchroute,activityorganization,curriculumresearchanddevelopment,teachertraining,educationevaluation,safetyassuranceandbaseconstruction,andputsforwardfivecountermeasuresfortheproblemsSuggestionsareasfollows:first,toestablishascientificandperfectoperationmechanism,toputforwardacoordinationmechanismledbythegovernmentandlinkedbydepartments,toclarifytheresponsibilitiesofallparties,toshouldertheirresponsibilities,tocooperateindivisionoflabor,tocreateagoodpolicyenvironment,topromotetheimplementationofthemainbodytocarryoutresearchtravelefficiently;second,toplanthethemelinescientificallyandtodevelopexcellentcoursesAccordingtothecharacteristicsofjuniorhighschoolstudentsresearchtravelbasedoncountyandcityconditions,andcombiningwithlocalsocialresources,weshoulddigdeeplyintoeducationalresourcesWeshouldscientificallyplanthematicrouteswithprominentthemesanddistinctivefeatures,whichcanstimulatestudentsinterestinlearning,anddevelopexcellentcourseswithlineresources,soastoformlocalbrandsandensurethequalityofresearchThirdly,weshouldstrengthentheconstructionandmanagementofresearchandlearningtravelbases(camps),fullyintegrateresourcesandgivefullplaytotheresourceadvantagesofeachbase;fourthly,weshouldgivefullplaytotheradiationdrivingroleofcampsandstandardizetheorganizationandi
