和考试当中频频调整和适应。

在分卷的考试中,一道选择题的分值不高,一个小失误或一个知识的小缺漏的

影响并不大。而在综合科当中,任何的小失误都会导致大额的丢分。另一方面,刚

上高三时,历史的选择题、生物化学的选择题的难度和综合性上升,也会造成错误

率增加。

可以从暑假开始,学生有计划的自行安排每周至少一次的综合科合卷限时训练,

并按照标准答案进行批改和订正。务必转变态度,重视每一个错误。

因为比犯错更愚蠢的,就是重复犯同样的错误。

♦提前开始“零轮复习”

很多高三学生都体验过:数学、英语、物理成绩好的学生,其实波动都不会太

大,即便有些心态浮躁的学生在数学物理上存在短期波动,都比较容易较快地调整

过来。这是因为在之前的学习过程中就已经渗透了许多面向高考的应试思维和解题

技巧。

相反,语文、化生、政史地,给学生的观感是:即便到一轮复习,似乎还是在

不断接受新的东西。原因是这几个学科由原来的知识导向到考试导向的变化更大。

一轮复习的过程中,学校老师还会重新梳理已有知识、建立知识体系、强调综合运

用的应试能力。

如果学生在数学、英语、物理上没有太大缺漏(甚至比较突出),就能在一轮复

习过程中腾出相当多的时间和精力在其他科目上。相反,如果学生在这三个科目上

有腐腿,则会在紧张的一轮复习中疲于奔命。

因此,在这个暑假,准高三的学生应当优先在数学、英语、物理上补上缺漏,

提升应试水平。同时学有余力的情况下,可以自行开始梳理其他科目的知识体系。

9年前的我,初入高中,只知道一个字“学”,在炼狱般地衡中,没有一顿饭不

是跑步前去食堂,没有一天不是跑操背书,没有一天的生活不是被规划和自我规划。

有人说“衡中"生活太苦,衡中就是个监狱。没错,是监狱,没有一丝闲暇和

自我时间,但就是在这里,几千学子奋笔疾书,起早贪黑地学习,要说智力水平,

在我看来差别并没有太大,因为一切都被规定了,更重要的是学习方法和学习态度。

天天有测,周周小测,月月大考,这样的节奏,让你连哀伤的时间都没有,考

没有喘息的生活,督促着我们一点点进步,一点点向前。

就拿我自己说,高一分到的是普通班,学号是十几,不算差,自己也满足,但

当数理化文史政,同时让你应付的时候,我第一次考试就滑到四十多名,心情很是

压抑,对自己产生了怀疑,我也同样这么刻苦,时间没比别人少花,可成效并不大。

其实最初没有意识到是学习效率和理解力的问题。我确实不是个聪明的孩子,

但在老师眼里也算的上刻苦和努力。当把自己作为学习的机器,被考试分数奴役时,

你做再多的努力也收效甚微。

但如果端正自己的位置和态度,做学习的主人,由自己支配自己的学习时间和

学习方法时,你会有横扫千军的感觉。

3.改变不了环境,那就适应它

成绩的不理想,过苦的生活,还有各项纪律检查等等给不适应这里环境的我们

以极大的挑战,怎么办?

没办法,逼着自己去适应,去调节,如果不逼一下自己,你永远不知道
