andtheexpansionjointstoaddenoughoil;inspectionofliftingmechanismpositionandlimitdevicereliability.检查设备运行情况,给各传动部位加注润滑油;紧固传动轴的联结螺丝,给十字轴和伸缩节加足油;检查升降机构的位置及限位器的可靠性。Anticorrosionepoxypowdercoating,adhesive,polyethylenetheirqualityshallmeetthespecifications,andthroughinspectionandacceptance.防腐用的环氧粉末涂料、胶粘剂、聚乙烯其质量应满足规范要求,并经过检查验收。Barepipetube裸管上管Accordingtotheproduction,taskorderstopipetransporttubeontheplatform.根据生产任务单将钢管转运到上管平台。Inspectionoftheappearancequalityofsteelpipe,toseeifthereareanyextrusiondeformation,scratchesandotherdefects,suchastimelytomakeamark,putitsmaterialunqualifiedareaorrepairarea.检查钢管的外观质量,察看有无挤压变形、碰伤等缺陷,如有及时作出标记,将其放到材料不合格区或修复区。Blastcleaning抛丸除锈Rustmustbecheckedandclearedbothinsideandoutsidethepipesurfacegreasydirt,burrs,attachmentandotherimpurities.除锈前必须检查并清除钢管内外表面的油污、毛刺、附着物等杂质。Pipesurfacetemperatureisbelow3℃steelpipemustbeheatedto40~60℃,thenthepipeuniformthroughthede-rustingmachine,de-rustinggradereachesGB/T8923-88standardSa2.5grade,theanchorlinestoadepthof50-75μM.钢管表面温度低于3℃时钢管要加热到40-60℃,然后将钢管匀速通过除锈机,除锈等级达到GB/T8923-88标准的Sa2.5级,锚纹深度达到50-75μm。Rustafterplacementof4hoursormoreorreturnstainlesssteelpipesneedtorust.除锈后放置4小时及以上或返锈钢管须要重新除锈。5.1.43PEtoppipe3PE上管Onthefronttubeinadeposition-managementplatforminspectionandremovalofsteelpipewithinnerandoutersurfaceoftheburr,dustandotherimpurities.Ifdefectstoreturnmaterialunqualifiedareaorrepairarea.上管前在存管平台上检查并去除钢管内外表面的毛刺、灰尘等杂质。如有缺陷返回材料不合格区或修复区。Thepasteevenlyintheprotectivepaper<100mmwidth>,andonitsleftsideof10mmwidedon'tspreadthepaste;andthentheprotectivepaperformationattachedtothepipeend,notenosmearpastesideatadistanceofnozzleinner.将浆糊均匀涂抹在防护纸〔100mm宽上,并在其一侧留10㎜宽不要涂浆糊;然后将防护纸平整贴附在钢管管端,注意没有抹浆糊的一侧在距管口的内侧。Thepipeintothepipepullingdevice,throughthetubeisputintothetransmissionlinesteelpipe;pipeandnozzledistanceascloseaspossibleto,payattentiontothegoodjoint.将管放到拔管器上,通过拔管器把钢管放到传动线上;上管时前后管口的距离尽量靠近,注意对好接头。Beforethestartofproductionprocessinatimelyandcleardrivingwheelonthedust,debris.开工前和生产过程中及时清理传动轮上的灰尘、杂物。5.1.5Intermediatefrequencyheating中频加热Startthecoolingwaterpressurepump,checkiftheheaterwateroutletpipeofthewatercoolingsystemineachcasewhetherthereisabnormal.起动冷却水加压泵,检查中频加热器冷却系统每个出水管的出水情况是否有异常。Startingthedriveline,steelpipetomoveuniformly.启动传动线,让钢管匀速前进。Startfrequencyheater,slowlyrotatingheatingpoweradjustmentknob,thesteeltemperatureto200-220℃,foratleast30minutesretestonce.启动中频加热器,缓慢旋转加热功率调整旋钮,将钢管温度加到200-220℃内,至少30分钟复测一次。Afterworktostopandstartinreverseorder.工作完毕时停止过程与启动顺序相反。5.1.6Drydusting喷粉Afterheatingthesteelpipeintothespraybox,openthesprayingequipment;accordingtothepipesizeidentifyopenequipmentnumber.ThecoatingthicknesstoachievetherequirementsinTable1;coatingonthesurfaceofasteelpipetobeuniform.加热后的钢管进入喷涂箱后,打开喷涂设备,根据钢管的大小确定打开的设备数量。使涂层厚度达到表1要求;涂层在钢管表面要均匀。Apressureofnotmorethan0.1MPa,twopressuresshallnotexceed0.05MPa.一次气压不宜超过0.1MPa,二次气压不宜超过0.05MPa。Table1表1SteelpipeDN<mm>钢管公称直径Epoxypowdercoating环氧粉末涂层<μm>Adhesivecoating胶粘剂涂层<μm>Minimumthicknessofanticorrosivecoating防腐层最小厚度〔mmOrdinarygrade普通级〔GStrengthengrade加强级〔SDN≤100>80170-2501.82.5100<DN≤2502.02.7250<DN<5002.22.9500≤DN<8002.53.2DN≥8003.0Adhesive,PEwinding胶粘剂、PE缠绕Accordingtothepipesizeandthetransmissionlinespeedregulationofthespeedofextruder,cross-linkingagent,polyethylenethickness<coatingthicknessgaugetest>accordingtotable1control:根据钢管的大小和传动线的速度调节好挤出机的转速,胶联剂、聚乙烯层厚度〔用涂层测厚仪检测按表1控制:Ensurethatthethicknessofthecoating,controlofseamwidthof15±5㎜.保证防腐层厚度,控制压缝宽度15±5㎜。Afterworkintimetoclearupthepowder,spraygunandthepipeline,topreventfouling,prepareforthenextuse.工作完毕及时清理好出粉器、喷枪及管道,防止其结垢,为下次使用做准备。Intheanticorrosionlayerintermediateforbiddenhavingvoidsandbubbles.在防腐层中间严禁有空洞和气泡产生。5.1.8Thecuttinghead、coolingandlowerpipe割头、冷却和下管FinishcoatingofsteelpipeinthecoolingmustbeclearedbeforeenteringonthejointofPElayerandcross-linkingagent.做完防腐层的钢管在进入冷却前必须清理掉接头上的PE层及胶联剂。Coolingwatertoslowlyandevenlyflowintothepipe,cannothavewatershockpoint.冷却水必须缓慢均匀地流到钢管上,不能有水激点产生。Controloftransmissionspeedinthepipe,tubeandpipebeforeundocking,timeoutjoint,preventthecardinthetransmissionlinesqueezebadsemi-finishedtubemadeofaccidents.控制好下管的传动速度,在下管前脱开前后钢管,及时取出接头,防止卡在传动线上挤坏半成品管造出成事故。Semi-finishedpipedowntotheplatformwhenacollisionbetweenbeforeandafterthepipeisstrictlyprohibited.半成品管下到平台上时严禁前后钢管之间碰撞。5.1.9Semi-finishedproductinspection半成品检测Electricsparkdetectorbytherootofleakdetectionshouldbenoleakage;singletubehas2or2ofthefollowingpoints,makingmarkaccordingtotheprovisionsintheleakpatch;therearemorethan2orasinglepointintheaxialdirectionisgreaterthan300mmthetubeisnotqualified,exitpipeplatform,storedseparatelytopeelprocessing.用电火花检漏仪逐根进行漏点检测应无漏点;单管有2个或2个以下漏点时,在漏点处作出标记按规定修补;有2个以上或单个漏点在轴向大于300mm时该管为不合格,退出下管平台,单独存放进行剥皮处理。Usingmagneticthicknesstesterformeasuringcircumferencedirectionanduniformdistributionofthefourpointsofthethicknessofthecoating,theresultshallbeasspecifiedinTable1,eachsuccessivebatchshouldbecheckedatleastfirst,5,10steelanti-corrosionlayerthickness,aftereach10measuringatleastonce,ifthedeviationoftimelyfeedbacktotheoperationstation,inordertomakethecorrespondingadjustment.采用磁性测厚仪测量钢管园周方向均匀分布的四点的防腐层厚度,结果应符合表1的规定,每连续生产批至少应检查第1、5、10根钢管的防腐层厚度,之后每10根至少测一次,如有偏差及时反馈给操作台,以便作出相应的调整。Appearanceinspection,thepolyethylenelayersurfaceshouldbesmooth,nobubbles,noanesthesia,nowrinkles,nocrack,coloruniformity.外观检查,聚乙烯层表面应平滑、无暗泡、无麻点、无皱折、无裂纹,色泽应均匀。Coatingadhesiontest,every4hoursatleastattwotemperaturesmeasuredonceeachpumping.防腐层粘结力的检测,每4小时至少在两个温度下各抽测一次。Coatingperformanceindicatorsareasfollows:防腐层性能指标如下:Pipeendtreatment管端处理Semi-finishedproducttestingqualifiedanticorrosiontubeorpipebevelingmachinetoberepaired,withremovaloftubeendpartsofthepolyethylenelayer,thepipeendreservedlength100-150mm.半成品检测合格的防腐管或待修复管,用坡口机去除管端部位的聚乙烯层,管端预留长度100-150mm。Thepolyethylenelayerendchamferingisequaltoorlessthan300andahair.聚乙烯层端面倒角等于或小于300并打毛。Endofthetubeaftertreatmenttorepairpiperepair,repairaftercheckagainthepipeisqualified.对管端处理后的待修复管进行修复,修复完后再次检查该管是否合格。Ifqualifiedtoenterthenextprocess,otherwiseexitpipeplatformindividuallystacked,peelingprocess.如果合格进入下道工序,否则退出下管平台单独堆放,进行剥皮处理。5.2.1Package、sprayandmarking打包、喷涂标识Qualifiedanticorrosiontubeinthelengthdirectionbinding4rope,eachlessthan10laps;fastened,cannotloosen;payattentiontostaggerthepositionofmarking.合格的防腐管在长度方向绑扎4道草绳,每道不少于10圈;绑扎紧固,不能松开;注意错开标识位置。Inspectionofqualifiedanticorrosionpipefromthepipeendlocatedabout400mmmarkedontheproductmarks,includingthespecificationsofsteelpipes,pipenumber,anti-corrosion,anti-corrosionlayerstructuremodelnumber,gradeofanticorrosion,executivestandard,manufacturername,productiondate.检验合格的防腐管在距管端约400mm处标上产品标志,包括钢管规格、钢管编号、防腐编号、防腐层结构型号、防腐等级、执行标准、生产厂名、生产日期。Withqualificationcertificateincludingproductionfactoryname,address,productname,productspecifications,coatingstructure,rankofanticorrosioncoating,anticorrosivecoatingthickness,inspectornumber.随带的合格证包括生产厂名、厂址,产品名称,产品规格,防腐层结构,防腐层等级,防腐层厚度,检验员编号等。5.2.2Finishedproducttransportstowage成品转运堆码Fromtheworkshoptransportfreightyardisforbiddenduringcollisiondraganticorrosionpipe.从车间转运到货场过程中严禁碰撞拖拉防腐管。Stackanticorrosionpipeatthebottomofthetwo<ormore>supportingpad,distanceis4-8M,supportingtheminimumwidthof100mm,anti-corrosionpipeatthebottomofthegroundshallnotbelessthan100mm.堆放时防腐管底部采用两道〔或以上支垫垫起,间距为4-8m,支垫的最小宽度为100mm,防腐管底部离地面不得少于100mmExtrudedpolyethyleneanticorrosionpipestackinglayersshouldaccordwithtable2:挤压聚乙烯防腐管堆放层数要符合下表2:3PEanticorrosionpipeopenstoragetimenotmorethanoneyear,morethanayearinopaquecoveringonanticorrosionpipetosupport.3PE防腐管露天存放时间不能超过一年,超过一年的要用不透明遮盖物对防腐管加以护。Table2表2公称直径DN<mm>DN<200200≤DN<300300≤DN<400400≤DN<600600≤DN<800DN≥800Stackinglayers堆放层数≤10≤8≤6≤5≤4≤3Heatshrinkabletapeanticorrosiveconcretesteps热收缩带防腐具体步骤6.1Constructionpreparation施工准备Personneltrainingandtechnicaldisclosure人员培训、技术交底Anticorrosivematerialpurchasing、approachingandinspection防腐材料采购、进场报验Anticorrosivespecialtoolpreparation防腐专用工具准备6.2Surfacetreatment表面处理Theuseofsandblastingequipmentforpipecleaning,thesandblastingprocess,pipesurfacetemperatureshouldbeabovethedewpointtemperature.Whentheweatheriswet,thefirststeelwasheatedto50℃andrust.SandblastingsurfaceshouldbeatleastSa2?Stage<metalsurfaceshouldbenovisibledirt,grease,scale,rustandpaintcoatingandotherattachments,anyresidualtracesshouldonlybespottedorstripedslightdiscoloration>,threadingdepthof50~90μM.使用喷砂设备对管口进行清理,在喷砂的过程中,管口表面的温度应在露点温度以上。天气潮湿时,先将钢管预热到50℃再进行除锈。喷砂除锈后表面至少应达到Sa2½级〔金属表面应无可见的油脂、污垢、氧化皮、铁锈和油漆涂层等附着物,任何残留的痕迹应仅是点状或条纹状的轻微色斑,锚纹深度50~90μm。Weldingmouthonbothsidesoftheanticorrosivelayerwhichslopes,andthesandclothorsteelwirebrushtothethermalcontractionbeltjointgrindingroughness.将焊口两侧的防腐层修成斜坡,并用砂布或钢丝刷将热收缩带的搭接部位打磨粗糙。6.3Pipepreheating管体预热Coatingprimer,withabaremetalsurfaceforpreheating.Inordertoensuretheentirecircumferenceoftheheatingpipeevenly,shouldberoastedguntofirethepipepreheating,preheatingtomaintainuniform,consistenttemperatureofsteelround.涂敷底漆前,应对裸露的金属表面进行预热。为保证管口整个圆周的均匀加热,应将烤枪调到中火对钢管进行烘烤预热,预热要均匀,保持钢管四周温度一致。Preheattemperatureat60~80℃,generalpreheatingtimenotlessthan5min,largerdiameterpipepreheatingtime.预热温度达到60~80℃,一般预热时间不低于5min,管径越大预热时间越长。Withthermometeronsteelpipearoundthesamplingtemperaturemeasurement,temperaturemeasurementisnotdirectlyonthebaresteelmeasuring,shouldbeinthebaresteelpaintedalittleprimer,primerforsteelpipetemperaturemeasurementofactualtemperature.用测温仪对钢管四周取样测温,测温时不要直接在裸钢上测量,应在裸钢上涂刷一点底漆,测量的底漆温度为钢管实测温度。6.4Primercoating底漆涂敷=1\*GB3①Inthesteelpipepreheatingbeganthedeploymentofprimer<generaldoublecomponentratioofA:B=4:1orA:B=5:1>.在钢管预热时开始调配底漆〔一般双组分的配比A:B=4:1或A:B=5:1。=2\*GB3②Paintshouldbeevenlymixed,inthewinteroftheprimercanbepreheateddeployment.底漆应混合均匀,冬季时底漆可以预热后再进行调配。=3\*GB3③Usespecialbrushtobrushing2~3times,sothatathicknessgreaterthan100μmprimer.用专用刷子涂刷2~3遍,使底漆厚度大于100μm。6.5Thermalcontractionbeltinstallation热收缩带的安装Theprimeriscompleted,withathermalshrinkagebeltcompletelywrappedpipe.Lapjointpipeslocatedinthesideof10or2points,atleastoverlapping100mm.在底漆涂刷完成后,用热收缩带完全包裹住管口。搭接位于管道一侧10点或2点的位置,最少搭接100mm。Removingtheheatshrinkablebandonthepackaging,withsmallfiretoshrinkwithawiringaheadsurfacebakingmakeadhesivesurfaceshiny.Theheatshrinkabletapebakingagoodheadinparallelwiththepipelap,lapwidthshouldbeuniform,thermalcontractionbelttotightlyattachedonthesteeltube.除去热收缩带上的包装物,用小火对热缩带有搭接线的一头胶面进行烘烤使胶面发亮。把热收缩带烘烤好的一头平行与钢管搭接,搭接宽度要均匀,热收缩带要紧密地贴附在钢管上。Thethermalcontractionbeltattheotherendoftheadhesivesurfaceroastedshiny,accordingtoaconnectionjoint,andapressingrollercompactionwithplasticsealseamlocatedin.将热收缩带另一头的胶面用火烤发亮后,按搭接线进行搭接,并用压辊压实后用胶条封在对缝处。Withasmallfireontheadhesivestriponroast,thefixingsheetisdepositedintheheatshrinkablebandbutt.Withthefireonthefixedpiecegluesideedgesforbakingandrollercompaction.用小火对对缝上的胶条烘烤一下后,将固定片居中敷在热收缩带对缝处。用中火对固定片胶面的边缘进行烘烤并用压辊压实。Thefixedpieceafterinstallation,2~3werefirstusedinthefiretubealongthecircumferentialdirectionofmobilebakingheatshrinkablebandintermediate<tworoastedgunflameshallnottouch>,thenbytheheatshrinkablebandcentertothesidemovingslowlybake.Thebakingprocess,theflamecan'tstayinoneplace,otherwiseeasytoburnthesubstrate.固定片安装完后,2~3人先用中火沿管子周向方向移动烘烤热收缩带中间〔两烤枪火焰不得碰到一起,再由热收缩带中间向两边慢慢移动烘烤。烘烤过程中,火焰不能停留在一个位置,否则容易烤糊基材。Thethermalcontractionaftercontraction,withsmallfire<>457mmdiametersteelpipeusedinthemediumfire>alongthepipeaxialdirectionareuniformlyheatingtemperature,untiltheadhesivealongtheheatshrinkablebanduniformlyoverflow.Therubberstripdepositedinthefixedendsofthetablets,withsmallfireroast,andputtyknifescoopcanbe.Installedthermalcontractionbeltcannotbedisturbed,untiltheadhesivehassolidified.待热收缩带收缩完后,用小火〔直径大于457mm的钢管用中火沿钢管的轴向方向进行均匀补火升温,直到胶粘剂沿热收缩带边缘均匀溢出。将胶条敷在固定片两端,用小火烘烤一下,再用腻子刀铲平即可。安装完的热收缩带不能扰动,直到粘结剂凝固为止。Duringconstruction,windmorethangrade2toinstallawindfacilities;whentheairtemperatureislower,tolengthenthebakingtime,andtheuseofinsulationequipmentforbakingfinishmendingforinsulation.施工时,风力大于2级要安装挡风设施;气温较低时,要加长烘烤时间,并使用保温设备对烘烤完的补口处进行保温。6.6Surfaceinspection外观检查=1\*GB3①Fillthemouthshouldbesmooth,nowrinkle,bubbling,steelpipeanticorrosionlayerandthethermalcontractionbeltjointclosely,donotleavegaps.补口处应光滑平整、无皱折、鼓泡,钢管防腐层与热收缩带贴合紧密,不留空隙。=2\*GB3②Thermalcontractionbeltcircumferentialduetoadhesiveuniformlyoverflow.Heatshrinkablesleevesurfaceshouldnotbeburned,thecarbonizationphenomenon.热收缩带周向应有胶粘剂均匀溢出。热收缩套表面不应有烧焦、碳化现象。=3\*GB3③Thecontractionoftheheatshrinkabletapeandpipecoatingoflapwidthshallbenotlessthan50mm.收缩后的热收缩带与管体防腐层的搭接宽度应不小于50mm。6.7.Peelingstrengthtest剥离强度测试Fillthemouthofthepeelstrengthtest,shouldberepairedmouthfinishedafter24hours,whentesting,thepipebodytemperatureis10℃~35℃,ifthetemperatureistoolow,anticorrosivelayercanbeheatedtodetectiontemperaturetodetection.Intheopening,thepipepeelingstrengthshallnotbelessthan50N/cm;forheat-shrinkablematerialandrawsteelpipepolyethyleneanticorrosivelayerofthejointofpolyethylene,thepeelstrengthalsoshouldnotbelessthan50N/cm;thethreelayerstructurerepairing,strippingsurfaceprimershallbecompleteattachedonthesurfaceofasteelpipe.补口处的剥离强度测试,应在补口完成24h后进行,检测时管体温度宜为10℃~35℃,如现场温度过低,可将防腐层加热至检测温度后进行检测。在补口处,对钢管的剥离强度应不小于50N/cm;对于热缩材料和原钢管聚乙烯防腐层的搭接处,对聚乙烯的剥离强度也不应小于50N/cm;对三层结构补口,剥离面的底漆应完整附着在钢管表面。Eachofthe100patchesextractedatleastamouth,suchasunqualified,shoulddoublespottingtest.Ifmoresamplingstillhasastandard,thesectionofpipelinerepairedmouthshouldberepaired.Peelingstrengthtestshallbetherepairedmouthclean,re-createanewpatch.每100个补口至少抽测一个口,如不合格,应加倍抽测。若加倍抽测仍有一个不合格,则该段管线的补口应全部返修。剥离强度试验后应将该补口清除干净,重新制作新的补口。Everypatcharetheapplicationofelectricsparkleakdetectorleakcheck,checkthevoltageof15KV.Ifthereisaleak,shouldberepairedmouthandleakdetectionuntilqualified.每一个补口均应用电火花检漏仪进行漏点检查,检查电压为15KV。若有漏点,应重新补口并检漏,直到合格。6.8Morethan950mmpipelineandpipefittingconstructionprocessibid.950mm以上管道及管件施工工艺同上。Anticorrosivebandsfunctionasfollows:防腐带性能指标如下:七Safetyattentions安全注意事项Theconstructionsitetoestablishfull-timeHSEsupervisor,responsibleforHSEmanagementandsupervision.Basedonfullparticipation,highlightthepeople-orientedthought;fullriskanalysisandevaluation,makingfeasiblepreventionormitigationmeasures.施工现场设立专职HSE监督员,负责HSE工作的管理和监督。立足全员参与,突出以人为本的思想;充分进行风险分析与评价,制定切实可行的预防或消减措施
