3DL3xx系列ILO配置在服务器加电，系统检测完内存、CPU、ROM、电源后按ESC键退出LOGO，会出现提示“IntegratedLight-Out2Advanceddpress[F8]toconfigure”,此时按[F8]进入iLO2高级设置。如下图Page

4DL3xx系列ILO配置iLO2设置界面是一个类似于主板BIOS的设置界面，在这个界面中，我们可以看到上面的一排菜单，其中常用的是前三个，在第一个File菜单中，用户可以实现iLO2的重置恢复到出厂状态，如果用户忘记了密码，可以使用这种方法来恢复。Page

5DL3xx系列ILO配置在Network选项中查看DNS/DHCP，其中DHCP应设置为ON。需注意的是在服务器更换主板后需将DNSNAME改回（ILO+原机器SN号）并按F10保存设置Page

6DL3xx系列ILO配置网络设置，下图中可以设置静态IPPage

7DL3xx系列ILO配置在User菜单下设置用户帐号和密码，帐号为Administrator（默认），密码改为12345678，设置完成后按F10保存。Page

8DL3xxRaid配置当启动机器检测完阵列卡及硬盘后出出现配置阵列的提示如小图。请注意观察屏幕，当看到F8提示的时候，迅速按下。Page

9DL3xxRaid配置按F8进入阵列配置界面，（如下图）选择ManageLicenseKeys来管理license。(只有在创建RAID6才需要license)Page

10DL3xxRaid配置选择AddLicenseKey，按回车添加license。也可通过View查看license，Delete删除license。回到mainmenu选择CreateLgicalDrive，回车继续。Page

11DL3xxRaid配置用空格键在左侧选中要配置Raid的硬盘，按Tab键将光标移动到右侧按空格键选择要配置的Raid级别。Page

12DL3xxRaid配置按F8键保存，按回车继续。Page

13DL3xxRaid配置选择ViewLogicalDrive可查看配置好的阵列状态。按回车，可以查看每块硬盘的状态。Page

14DLxx系列固资号及SN、网卡启动顺序修改1）开机按F9进入RBSU2）进入中AdvancedOptionSerialNumber填写原设备SN号码信息。如下左图3）录入原固资号至RBSU选择ServerAssetTexServerinfotextServerAssettag–line1项如上右图Page

154）修改SystemOptionsEmbeddedNicsNic2bootoptions选项值为Enable如下图DLxx系列固资号及SN、网卡启动顺序修改Page

16DL3xx系列升级FW从制作好的Fw升级光盘或U盘启动后界面如下图选择FirmwareUpdateInstallFirmwarePage

17DL3xx系列升级FW选择需要升级的设备，单击InstallPage

18DL3xx系列升级FW成功升级后单击RebootNow按钮重新启动计算机完成升级Page

19DL3xx设备故障诊断使用SmartStart光盘启动设备，进入主界面后如下图点击选择MaintainServerPage

20DL3xx设备故障诊断进入insightDiagnostics——Survey窗口Viewlevel选择“Advanced”，Categories选择“all”.选择下方的save按钮可以保存设备的硬件信息到移动设备如U盘、软盘在这里可以看到当前设备的所有硬件信息Page

21DL3xx设备故障诊断设备检测：在InsightDiagnostics的界面选择test，之后选中CompleteTest，之后选择下方的AllDevice（或者根据自己的需要选择需要进行测试的部件）

点击BeginTesting即可进行测试Page

22DL3xx设备故障诊断检测完成后可以看到选择的硬件的测试结果，在testedfailed项中数字为0为正常，非0则代表该硬件有问题，点击下方的save按钮可以保存测试结果到移动设备Page

23DL3xx设备故障诊断服务器开机无显示应怎么办1.检查供电环境，零-火；零-地电压2.检查电源指示灯，如果亮，正常吗3.按下电源开关时，键盘上指示灯亮吗风扇全部转动吗4.是否更换过显示器，更换另一台显示器。5.去掉增加内存6.去掉增加的CPU7.去掉增加的第三方I/O卡8.检查内存和CPU插的是否牢靠9.ClearCMOS10.更换主要备件，如系统板，内存和CPUPage

24DL3xx设备故障诊断原则尽量恢复系统缺省配置a:硬件配置：去除第三方厂商备件和非标配备件；b:资源配置：清除CMOS，恢复资源初始配置；c:BIOS，F/W，驱动程序：升级最新的BIOS，F/W和相关驱动程序；d:TPL：扩展的第三方的I/O卡属于该机型的硬件兼容列表（TPL）吗2.从基本到复杂a:系统上从个体到网络：首先将存在故障的服务器独立运行，待测试正常后再接入网络运行，观察故障现象变化并处理。b:硬件上从最小系统到现实系统：指从可以运行的硬件开始逐步到现实系统为止。c:软件上从基本系统到现实系统：指从基本操作系统开始逐步到现实系统为止。3.交换对比a:在最大可能相同的条件下，交换操作简单效果明显的部件；b:交换NOS载体，既交换软件环境；c:交换硬件，既交换硬件环境；d:交换整机，既交换整体环境；服务器信息：

1.机器型号

2.机器序列号(S/N)

3.Bios版本

4.是否增加其它设备，如网卡，SCSI卡，内存，CPU

5.硬盘如何配置，是否做阵列,阵列级别

6.安装什么操作系统及版本（Winnt4,Netware,Sco,others）故障信息:

1.在POST时,屏幕显示的异常信息

2.服务器本身指示灯的状态

3.报警声和BEEPCODES

4.NOS的事件记录文件

5.EventsLog文件确定故障类型和故障现象：

1.开机无显示；5.系统运行阶段故障

2.上电自检阶段故障

3.安装阶段故障和现象

4.操作系统加载失败
