今年夏天，我和爸爸、妈妈、爷爷、奶奶等一行人去登圣灯山。

圣灯山海拔有1064米，是重庆巴南区第一颠峰，古木葱翠，郁郁葱葱。这里由于植被葱翠，空气新颖，夏季气温较市区低约2—5摄氏度，是避暑春游的好地方。山中有好多很险又很好玩的景点，蛇脱壳、铁门槛、狗钻洞等，我早就敬仰着去登山了。

我们是从东山入口启程的。刚过山门，就下了一场阵雨，空气分外新颖、清凉。走了一段环山道，天晴了。由于下过一场雨，山路不但很陡，很窄，而且很滑，我们就提防翼翼地爬山。首先到达的是老庙坪，我们在老庙坪那里休息了一会儿，然后接着爬山。走了一段路，察觉山路有点险，两边都是悬崖，四处长着树木和杂草，一不提防就会摔下去。我们只有拉着岩石上钉的铁拉手爬上去，就象攀岩一样，我们齐心协力终究过了最险的地方。

WestartedfromtheentranceofDongshanmountain.Justafterthemountaingate,therewasashower.Theairwasveryfreshandcool.Afterawalkaroundthemountain,itwasfine.Becauseitrained,themountainroadwasnotonlysteep,narrow,butalsoslippery.Weclimbedcarefully.Firstwearrivedatlaomiaoping,wherewerestedforawhile,andthenclimbedthemountain.Afterwalkingforawhile,Ifoundthatthemountainroadisalittledangerous.Therearecliffsonbothsides.Therearetreesandweedsgrowinginit,anditwillfalldownaccidentally.Wecanonlyclimbupbyholdingtheironnailsontherock,justlikeclimbing.Wehaveworkedtogetherandfinallypassedthemostdangerousplace.

走了十多分钟，来到了蛇脱壳。蛇脱壳是一个从上往下的蛇形的石洞，出口很窄，两块大石头中间有一条扁扁的石缝。蛇脱壳可不是每个人都过得去的，腰围务必在两尺四以下才能过去。奶奶是第一个下去的，快出来的时候，奶奶被岩石卡住了，由于她对比胖，上也上不来，下也下不去。后来不知是谁拉了奶奶一下，奶奶又深深地吸了一口气，结果是顺遂地拉出来了。其次个人是爸爸，爸爸稍微有点胖，要出洞的时候，爸爸假装用力地喊叫，假装出不来，逗得大家哈哈大笑。第三个是我弟弟的爸爸，他在出洞的时候也像我爸爸一样，假装被卡住了，假装在那里喊着出不来，结果也是出来了；

我妈妈对比瘦，所以顺遂地过去了；

我个子很小，我钻了两次，象小老鼠一样轻松地钻了过去。蛇脱壳真是太好玩了！

Afterwalkingformorethantenminutes,thesnakecameoutofitsshell.Snakeshellingisasnakeshapedcavefromtoptobottomwithanarrowexit.Thereisaflatstonegapbetweenthetwobigstones.It"snoteasyforeveryonetogetridofasnake"sshell.Thewaistmustbeundertwofeetandfourtopass.Grandmawasthefirstonetogodown.Whenshecameout,grandmawasstuckbytherockbecauseshewasfatandcouldn"tgoupordown.Later,Idon"tknowwhopulledgrandmaforawhile.Grandmatookadeepbreathandfinallypulleditoutsmoothly.ThesecondpersonisDad.Dadisalittlefat.Whenhewantstogooutofthehole,hepretendstoshouthard,pretendsnottocomeout,andmakeseveryonelaugh.Thethirdoneismybrother"sfather.Hepretendedtobestuckwhenhewentoutofthehole,justlikemyfather,pretendingthathecouldnotshoutoutthere,andfinallycameout.Mymotherwasthinner,soshepassedawaysmoothly.Iwasverysmall,andIdrilledtwice,aseasilyasamouse.Howinterestingitisforasnaketotakeoffitsshell!

接下来我们又走了十几分钟，来到了舍身岩。那里也是很像攀岩一样，钉着大量铁拉手让我们爬上去，假设觉得太危害，可以走边上的安好小路。我是先上去的，后面有人养护我，我一点儿也不畏缩。舍身岩是圣灯山的最高点，虽然我看不到这座山的全景，但给我的感觉就像是在仙境一样。后来我们又到了铁门槛，铁门槛就是石岭中有条裂缝，断开成大约一米的缺口。那里也有大量铁钉钉在石头上，我们就拉着钉的东西顺遂地走过了。胆子大的人也可以跳过去。接下来我们还游览了大量地方，经过了大量险路，大家平平安安、快喜悦乐地走过了这些险路，时间不多了，我们也就下山了。
