/《流动的组织——血液》教案一流动的组织——血液教学设计说明学生多数都有流血、抽血的经验,对血液有一定的感性认识,但对于血液的成分、各成分的功能并没有多少了解,因此采取多种教学手段激发学生的好奇心和学习的兴趣。通过复习导入到具有运输功能的血液,并通过分析血常规化验报告单引入血液构成——根据血浆成分推断血浆功能——分组实验、比较血细胞的形态、数量及区别方法——自主学习掌握血细胞的结构和功能——解读血常规化验单理解血细胞的功能,解释生活中的一些问题——通过课堂练习巩固知识。教学过程以学生的观察、思考、分析和讨论为主,让学生有更大的学习自主性,但由于学生在自主观察和学习方面还缺乏足够的深度和全面性,因此,教师应加强指导。通过教师有针对性的引导和补充,使学生对血液各成分尤其是血细胞的功能和区别能够清晰明了,同时也体现了知识在生活中的运用教学分析(一)教材分析本节是血液循环系统不可缺少的最基础的一节内容,它和血管与心脏共同构成血液循环系统。血液又有其独特的组织结构和生理功能,是相对独立的知识点。通过本节的学习要求学生能说出血液的成分和主要功能,并能独立使用显微镜观察人血的永久涂片,能识别红细胞、白细胞和血小板。(二)学情分析在本节课之前,学生已学习过消化系统、呼吸系统的知识,了解食物通过消化和吸收后,营养物质进入血液,也了解吸入的氧气和呼出的二氧化碳会通过血液进行运输。学生对血液虽然很熟悉,但多数情况下并不清楚血液的组成及每部分的功能。必须让学生亲眼看看血液的成分,认识红细胞、白细胞和血小板。要联系生活实际来介绍它们的功能,学生对显微镜的使用也不太熟练,教学中适合采取小组合作、任务驱动等形式、小组竞赛等形式,适当的激发学生的学习兴趣。教学目标知识目标1.结合生活经验和实验观察,通过自主学习和教师点拨启发,描述血液成分和各自的主要功能。2.使用显微镜观察人血的永久涂片,尝试识别红细胞和白细胞。能力目标1.通过使用显微镜观察人血的永久涂片,培养学生的实验操作能力和观察能力。2.通过解读血常规化验单,进一步提高学生应用所学知识解决实际问题的能力。3.感知血液是体内物质运输的工具。情感态度价值观目标关注造血干细胞及其研究进展,对学生进行珍爱生命和关爱他人的情感、态度与价值观的教育。教学重点血液的成分和各成分的主要功能。教学难点运用所学知识解决实际生活中的有关血液问题的能力。课前准备教师:制作课件,搜集医院里的血常规化验报告单以及简化的血常规报告单学生:预习并完成学案,尝试提出相关的问题。课时安排2课时教学策略多媒体辅助教学观察法——观察血液静置分层图,结合血常规化验报告单分析血液的成分实验法——观察红细胞、白细胞的形态特点自主学习法——课前预习并完成学案,血细胞的结构特点和功能交流讨论法——解读血常规化验报告单,根据血液的功能尝试解释生活中的一些问题。教学过程第一课时一、导入投影:1.食物消化后的营养物质被吸收进入小肠后随什么被运往全身各个细胞?2.在肺泡处经过交换进入肺泡外缠绕的毛细血管中的氧气通过什么输送到全身各处的组织细胞里?根据这两个问题的复习导入本章的学习——人体内物质的运输。那么,血液具有什么样的成分又是如何完成运输功能的呢?让学生带着这样的思考开始本堂课的学习。二、互动授课(一)血液的成分老师:让学生说说对血液的认识。学生:血液是红色的、有腥味、会凝固等。学生:汇报学案中的自主学习1。老师:把搜集到的血常规化验报告单复印若干份发给学生,让学生根据血常规的化验项目分析血液的成分可能有哪些?学生:说出报告单上面所有的项目,包括红细胞、白细胞和血小板,学生也会把血红蛋白、中性粒细胞、中间细胞、淋巴细胞等当做是不同的血细胞成分。老师可以适时的告诉学生血红蛋白是红细胞的组成成分,淋巴细胞、中性粒细胞等属于白细胞的一种。老师:演示加入了抗凝剂的血液静置分层实验装置,再通过课件展示血液分层图,出示问题让学生根据前面的化验单分析,阅读教材后回答:血液分成了几层?每一层的成分是什么?学生:血液由不同的成分构成,所以加入抗凝剂后会分层,分成了三层,上半层半透明的是血浆,下半层暗红色的是红细胞,中间薄薄的一层是白细胞和血小板。老师:我们看到报告单上有各种成分的英文名称,请同学们找出三种血细胞及血红蛋白的英文名称。学生:红细胞——RBC白细胞——WBC血小板——PLT血红蛋白——HB创设意图:先让学生根据血常规化验报告单猜测血液的成分,再亲眼目睹加入了抗凝剂后的血液出现了分层现象,让学生将教材上的内容和感官的认识联系起来。(二)血液的功能老师:血液的各个成分各有什么作用呢?(学生完成自主学习2)教师总结:血浆可以运载血细胞,运输维持人体生命活动所需的物质和体内产生的废物。教师:你们想不想看一看各种血细胞的真面目?(学生情绪高涨,跃跃欲试)教师给出实验报告单,引导学生有目的地进行观察和讨论。(学生分组用显微镜观察人血的永久涂片)老师:请同学们结合实验观察讨论:1.你所观察的人血永久涂片中数量最多的是哪种血细胞?2.怎样区别红细胞和白细胞?3.为什么我们无法观察到血小板?白细胞和红细胞一样容易观察到吗?为什么?学生:数量最多的是红细胞。学生:红细胞呈红色,数量多;白细胞呈球状,体积比红细胞大,数量没有红细胞多。(学生在介绍的同时,教师分别出示红细胞、白细胞在显微镜下的图片,帮助学生辨认)教师:为什么不容易看到血小板呢?学生(思考):血小板太小了,没有细胞核,形状不规则,数量也不多,所以在显微镜下很难分辨。设计意图:利用学生对实验操作的热情,不仅通过显微镜的观察加深了对三种血细胞在形态、数量上的特点,更能提高学生的实验操作技能,培养学生合作学习的能力。(课堂小结)在本节课中,我们学习了血液的组成,了解了血浆的主要功能并在显微镜下看到了不同的血细胞以及它们之间的主要形态特点,那么,三种血细胞各自有什么结构特点及功能呢?血常规报告单如何反映一个人的健康状况呢?我们将在下一节课的学习中进一步了解。
