SectionA:Role-playtheconversation一、整体设计思想根据新的英语课程标准的要求:义务教育阶段的英语课程具有工具性和人文性双重性质。英语教学是为了提高学生综合运用语言的能力。因此在本课的教学中,我始终坚持以教师为主导,学生为主体。通过各种活动和任务,激发学生学习的积极性。同时将课堂与生活实际相结合,创设真实情境,鼓励学生勇于参与,善于表现,不断增强其自信心与合作能力。二、教材分析本单元以“食物”为话题,在这一单元里,学生们用英语询问他人喜欢的食物以及谈论自己喜欢吃的食物。本单元贴近学生日常生活,比较容易激起学生的学习兴趣。在SectionA中主要运用Whatwouldyoulike?来询问他人喜欢的食物名称。在此部分中,学生们将通过Whatkindsofnoodleswouldyoulike?I'dlike・・・noodles.Whatsizewouldyou等句型来进一步询问他人喜欢吃的食物的种类和分量等。三、学生分析在上学期学生已经学会了可数名词,不可数的用法,并掌握了一定的蔬菜和肉类的词汇,为本单元的学习奠定了良好的基础。学生们对英语的学习有积极的兴趣,善于参与课堂中的活动。四、教学目标根据课标,制定出如下的教学目标。语言知识目标1、能够识记并运用下列词汇、短语词汇、短语:noodles,mutton,beef,cabbage,potato,bowl,size,large,wouldlike,takeone'sorder2、能够识记并运用下列句型MayItakeyourorder?Yes,please.Whatkindofnoodleswouldyoulike?I'dlikebeefnoodles,please.Whatsizewouldyoulike?I'dlikealargebowl,please.(二)语言技能目标1、学会描述食物。2、会以“食物”为话题的角色表演,充分展示自我。(三)情感目标让学生在交流中学会热情好客,礼貌待客,培养乐于助人的良好品质。五、教学重、难点重点:1、食物的名称2、wouldlike句型.难点:学会在饭店如何点餐。六、教学步骤Step1Warm-up1.Greetings:theteachergreetsthestudentsasusual.2.Showsomepicturesoffooddrawnbystudents.Askthem:Areyouafoodie?Whatwouldyoulike?Students:I'dlike...Purpose:Warmuptheatmospherebygreetingsandarousestudents'interestsbyshowingsomefoodpictures.Step2Revision1.Showdifferentkindsofnoodlesonthescreen.Askstudentstodescribethesenoodles.T:Whatkindsofnoodleswouldyoulike?Ss:I'dlikebeefandtomatonoodles.2.Showsomepicturesofourclassmates.T:WhatkindofnoodlesdoesGenglike?Ss:He'dlikebeefandeggnoodles.Lookatthedifferentsizebowlsofnoodles.Thenplayaguessinggameaboutthesizeourclassmateswouldliketoeat.T:WhatsizewouldGuolike?S:He'dlikealargebowl.Purpose:Thisstepaimstoreviewthelearnedstructures.Thepicturesofourclassmatescanmakethestudentsjointheclassmorepositively.Andtheycanhowtousethetargetlanguagebydescribingandguessing.Step3Lead-inShowthepictureonpage56.Letstudentslookatitcarefullyandthenanswerthesefollowingquestions:1、Whoisthewoman?2、Whoisthegirl?3、Whoistheboy?4、Whataretheydoing?Purpose:Thisstepaimstoleadthestudentstoobservethebookcarefullyandgetsomeinformationfromit.StudentscanalsopredictthecontentsandmakeclearabouttherelationshipamongthepeopleinthisconversationStep4Presentation1、Role-playtheconversation.Listentothetapeforthefirsttime.Payattentiontotheblanks.Thencompletethesentencesafterlistening.2、Readtheconversationcarefully.Andthenanswerthefollowingquestions.WhatwouldSallyandTomwanttoeat?Howmanybowlsofsoupwouldtheylike?Whatsizeofsoupwouldtheylike?Purpose:Thisstepaimstoletstudentspayattentiontothekeypointsbylisteningandbetterunderstandtheconversationbyreading.Andthesequestionscanhelpthemdothebetter.Step5PracticeChallenginggame:Canyourecitethewholeconversation?1、Playthetapetwiceandletthestudentsreadwithitusingsmallvoice.2、Readtheconversationwithfewblanks.3、Readtheconversationwithmorebrackets.4、Trytorecitethewholeconversation.Purpose:Thisstepistotrainstudents'memories.Therearefourtasks.Thelattertaskismoredifficultthantheformerone.Studentsbecomemoreandmoreinterested,excitedandconfidentafterfinishingonetask.Andthesecanmakethemmasterthewholemeaningoftheconversationwhicharehelpfultothefurthersteplearning.Step6ConsolidationGroupwork:Role-playFourstudentsareagroup.Chooseonewaiterorwaitress.Othersarecustomers.Andtheteachergivepositivefeedback.Purpose:Thisstepistofurtherconsolidatetheknowledgeandletthestudentsexperiencetherealsituation.Andintheprocess,studentslearntocooperatewithgroupmembers.Step7Homework1、TrytoordersomefoodinarestaurantinEnglish.2、Co
