AspartoftheCentralizedE2EControllershipmodel,GlobalLTS(Legal/Tax/Statutory)organizationisbeingcreated.ThevisionistocreateacentrallymanagedorganizationthatdeliversE2ELTSServicesgloballybymigratingfromgeographicallydispersedLTS(Legal,Tax,Statutory)supportmodeltoaCentralizedandCentrallyManagedmodelinGlobalandRegionalHub.TheorganizationwillhaveE2EGlobalProcessleadershipforLegal,TaxandStatutorysupportacrossthecompany.AstheIn-CountryControllershippresenceisreduced,theGlobalLTShubprovidesE2EControllershipactivitiesfromtheGlobalandRegionHubs.

AsSeniorFinanceinNorthAsiaLTSfinanceteam,youwill:

ProvideE2ELegal,Tax,StatutorysupportforentitySG80andTW10.

Legal

Preparemonthly/quarterlyfiscalprofitandlossanalyticalreview,includingreconciliationofmanagementvs.statutoryaccounting

TaxSupport

Performtaxaccountinginputs:pre-taxearningsforecastandFTP

Collaboratewithtaxteamsandthedesignatedconsultantstocompletetaxreturnsandreconciliationonamonthlyandyearlybasis;

BusinessSupport:

ExecuteCountryBalanceSheetReviewprocess

Monitorandmanageentityriskwithvariousfunctionteams

Providefinancialconsultingandpolicyguidancetonewbusinessinitiatives

CollaboratewiththeTreasuryteamtoimprovecashflow

Workwithotherfinancefunctionstoavoidsurprisesandclearanyanomalies

EducationandExperienceRequired:

Firstleveluniversitydegreewithafocusinbusinessoreconomics;advanceddegreeoraccountingcertification(e.g.,CPA,MBA)preferred.

Typically8+yearsofexperienceasafinancialanalyst.

Typicallyexperiencedinmorethanonefinancefunction.

KnowledgeandSkills:

Excellentunderstandingofaccountingprinciplesandfinancialanalysis,withadvancedknowledgeinonearea.

Excellentanalyticalskills.
