网页设计师TheSeniorWebDesignerfocusesontheuserexperience,e-commerce,onlinemarketing,andtakesametric-based,conceptualapproachtodesign.Aprocess-orientedteamplayerwhocanworkwithintightdeadlinesandsimultaneoushigh-profileprojects.

ThisindividualwillcreateUIsolutionstoenhancetheuserexperienceinordertoachieveahigherconversionrateandgreaterusersatisfaction.Thisdesignpositionwilldesignonlinepromotionalads,provideWireframes,workflows,productmapsanddesignguidelinestosuccessfullyimplementthesesolutions.

DutiesandResponsibilities

Essential

•Degreeingraphicdesign,industrialdesign,webdesign,orapplied-creativedegree.

•Workwithacrossfunctionalteamoneverystageofdesignanddevelopmentfromconcepttocompletion.

•Createvisualdesignsolutionsthataddressbusiness,brand,market,anduserrequirements.

•Createconsumerandconversionsolutionsbasedonevaluationofwebanalyticdata.

•WorkdirectlywiththeDirectorofWebMarketing,ArtDirector,otherDesigners,Projectmanagers,ITandQAgroups.

•Createinnovativeuserexperiencesforcurrentandfuturesitesgroundedinanunderstandingofcustomerneedswhileadheringtocorporatebrandingguidelines.

•Usesegmentationdatatocreateonlinedifferentiatedexperiencesthroughnewinterfacesandconcepts.

•Workwithacrossfunctionalteamoneverystageofdesignanddevelopmentfromconcepttocompletion.

•Beimaginativeanddetailedoriented.

•Abilitytocreatesimple,effectivedesignswhilesolvingcomplexproblems.

•Aleaderincreatingstoryboards,userinteractionmodels,wireframes,prototypes,designbriefs,specsandguidelines.

•Influenceteammembersandleaderstoalwaysseekuser-centricsolutions.

•Expertinusingindustrystandarddesigntools(Photoshop,Illustrator,InDesign)

•Over4years’experienceinwebdesign

•Webdevelopmentexperienceisaplus(HTML5,CSS3,JavaScript,jQuery)

•Developingcross-browserandcross-platformcompatiblesolutions

•Comprehensiveunderstandingofinteractivityontheweb,strengthsandlimitations

•Abilitytomulti-taskandworkefficientlyunderpressurewithcarefulattentiontodetail

•Abilitytoarticulateandpresentconceptualdesignideaswhileadheringtothebrand

•Experienceandunderstandingofsitearchitecture,userexperience,colortheoryandcolormanagementontheweb,properfileformats,compressionmethodsandtechniques,etc.

•Self-motivated,organized,andaccountable

•Indepthknowledgeofcurrentwebtrends,codingtechniques,andbestpractices

•Collaborateseffectivelywithcreativeteamandwebdesignersduringthecreativeprocess

•Mentorlessexperiencedteammembers

•Communicatewithindividualsinpersonandbyphoneinatactfulandcourteousmanner
