岗位职责:

1.负责减震配方混炼开发与指导,解决目前瓶颈问题(如:并用胶共混,工程稳定性提升),快速提升减震材料混炼效果,从而提升减震材料性能并保证材料过程稳定性;

2.日常对材料工艺工程师从工作方法、材料共混机理、工艺验证方法等举行指导,定期赋予材料/材料工艺工程师专项培训。

3.依据公司新配方工艺需求开发适合材料混炼工艺,生产配方性能达成试验配方性能要求;

4.我现有材料混炼效果评价方法举行优化升级。

JobResponsibilities

1.Responsibleforthedevelopmentandprovideguidanceformillingofdampingproductsformulation,solvethecurrentbottleneckproblems(suchas:blendingwithrubber,improvetheengineeringstability),improvetheefficiencyofthemixingeffectofdampingmaterial,therebyimprovingtheperformanceofdampingmaterialsandensuringmaterialprocessstability.

2.Provideguidanceandmanagementofdailymaterialcontrolengineersguidetheworkmethods,materialblendingmechanism,processverificationmethods,etc.,andregularlygivespecialtrainingtomaterials/materialsprocessengineers.

3.Developanewmaterialmixingprocessaccordingtothecompany'snewformulationprocessrequirements,andtheproductionformulaperformancemeetsthetestformulaperformancerequirements;

4.modifyingexistingmaterialmixingandmillingformulation.

3.工作年限及履历:具有15年以上从事减震制品橡胶工艺开发设计阅历,至少5年以上合资企业工作体验。

4.技能要求:

A必要才能:人才培养、问题解决和改善、团队合作及沟通、资源管理;

B岗位技能:

纯熟掌管橡胶材料特性,橡胶混炼特性,熟知各类胶料共混方法。

5.需解决的问题:

(1)橡胶共混工艺研究,提升共混胶料分散。炭黑分散等级≥7级

(2)炼胶工程稳定性研究

(3)炼胶工程优化,品质提升、效率提升
