职责描述:

GENERALSTATEMENTOFRESPONSIBILITIES:

•AsoneoftheUScompanyrepresentativeintheJV,participatethedirector’smeetingandmanagementmeeting,ensurethecompanyisundergoodcontrol,anddrivethecompanytoachievethefinancialtarget.

•Prepareannualbudget,quarterlyforecastandlocalmonthlybudgetaccordingtotherequirementsofbothUSparentcompanyandtheJVCompany,liaisonwithJVmanagementtodevelopadequateoperationtoachievethegoal.

•ResponsibleforthetimelyUSreportingandLocalreportingandensuretheaccountingprincipaladheretoUSGAAPandlocalGAAP.

•ContinuouslyimproveworkingcapitalviafastARcollection,inventoryreductionandCAPEXcontrol,reducethebaddebtandobsolescencerisk.

•Preparetheboardmeetingmaterialsandreviewrelevanttopicsneededtobepresentedtoinvestors.

•OrganizetheJVmonthlybudgetmeeting,actualperformancemeetingandprovidethedeviationanalysisandguidancesothatmanagementcanmaketherelevantdecisionaboutthecorrectiveplan.

•PreparetheJVoperationreviewreportsandfeedbacktherealperformanceofJVtoparentcompany.

•ReviewtheCAPEXbudgetandmonitoringtheimplementation.

•Setupthemonthlyperformancetarget,measuretherealperformancefromoperationandfeedbacktoJVmanagement.

•ImprovetheinternalcontrolaccordingtotheSOXrequirement,defineactionplansandfollowuptheimplementationtoensurethecontrolisinplace.

•EnsurethecomplianceofPRCtaxlawandotherfiscalrequirements.

•Coordinatewithexternalauditandinternalauditandfollowuptheauditissuetobesolved.

•Reviewthefinancialprocessandprocedureandseektheopportunityofcontinuousimprovement.

•Givecoachtothefinancialteamandimprovethefunctionalcompetence.

•BachelorDegreeofaccounting,financeorrelateddiscipline;

•Atleast8yearsofexperiencesinmanufacturingenvironment,atleast5yearsofrelatedmanagementposition.
