2.3IfafterPartyA'sdesignatedpersonincharge,afternoticingPartyB’sdesignatedpersonincharge，within5workingdaysdidnotreceivefeedbackinformation，shallimmediatelycontactPartyB’sdesignatedpersonincharge.IfPartyBcannotexplaindelayinsendingbackfeedback，thenPartyBviolatesthecontract;ifbothparty’sdesignatedpersoninchargewithin10workingdaysstillcannotcompleteexchangeofadvertisements，leadingtoPartyA’sloss,thenPartyBviolatesthecontractandneedtocompensatePartyAwithlatefee。2.4、乙方在接到甲方的广告条后的5个工作日，必须将接到的广告条放在本合同中要求的位置。 2.4Within5workingdaysafterPartyBreceivesPartyA’sadvertisements,PartyBmustplacetheadvertisementwithinthepositionrequiredbythisContract。乙方的责任和义务III.PartyB’sDutiesandResponsibilities3。1、乙方在甲方广告投放期间不能访问超过1个小时,则产生的中断时间，乙方应该允许甲方的广告期间进行相应的顺延.3.1PartyB’swebsite,duringPartyA’sadvertisingcampaign，cannotbevisitedformorethan1hour,theresultinginterruptiontime，PartyBshouldallowPartyA’sadvertisingperiodbeextendedforthecorrespondingamountoftime。3.2、乙方不得擅自改变约定发布广告的内容、时间和发布位置。乙方因不可抗力等原因需将甲方广告调整至其他栏目或时段发布的,需在发布日的7个自然日前，书面通甲方，得到甲方书面同意才能更改，否则视为乙方违约。3.2PartyBshallnotarbitrarilychangetheagreedads’content，timeandplacementofpublication。IfPartyBduetoforcemajeureandotherreasonsneedtoadjustthePartyadvertisingtoothercolumnsorperiodoftime,needtowithin7naturaldaysbeforethepublishdate，writtennoticetoPartyA，andcanbechangedafterreceivingPartyA'swrittenconsent,orPartyBbreachthecontract。3.3、乙方承诺不在甲方的广告位置上投放其他公司的广告条或者遮挡甲方的广告条。3。3PartyBpromisestonotplaceothercompaniesadvertisementsorblockPartyA'sadvertisementatPartyA’sadvertisingplacement.3。4、乙方必须提供广告的有效展示量，方便甲方查看。3。4PartyBmustprovidetheadvertisement’svalidimpressions，soPartyAcancheck.3。5、乙方应根据甲方的要求及时对甲方的广告进行更新和维护。3.5PartyBshalltimelychangeandmaintainPartyA’sadvertisementinaccordancetoPartyA’srequirement.3。6

乙方不得随意在甲方所签订广告位的页面上增加其他广告位,需要在征得甲方同意后才能进行相关的广告位新增操作.PartyBshallnotarbitrarilyaddadvertisingplacementonthepageofPartyA’sadvertisingplacement,andshallobtaintheconsentofPartyAtocarryouttherelevantoperationofaddingnewadvertisingplacement。
