/r/n(鲁/r/n政/r/n办字〔/r/n2021/r/n〕/r/n57/r/n号),所指“两高”行业,主要包括国家统/r/n/r/n计局/r/n国/r/n民经济和社会发展统计公报中明确的石油、煤炭及其他燃料/r/n/r/n加工/r/n业/r/n,化学原料和化学制品制造业,非金属矿物制品业,黑色金/r/n/r/n属冶/r/n炼/r/n和压延加工业,有色金属冶炼和压延加工业,电力、热力生/r/n/r/n产和供应/r/n业/r/n等“六大高耗能行业”。“两高”项目,是指“六大高/r/n/r/n耗/r/n能行业”中的钢铁、铁合金、电解铝、水泥、石灰、建筑陶瓷、/r/n/r/n平/r/n板玻璃、煤电、炼化、焦化、甲醇、氮肥、醋酸、氯碱、电石、/r/n/r/n沥青防水材料等/r/n16/r/n个高耗能高排放环节投资项目。本项目为铸造/r/n/r/n生产/r/n线/r/n技改项目,项目改造完成后不新增铸造产能,仅对原有铸造/r/n/r/n车间/r/n生/r/n产线进行技术改造,旨在减少污染物的排放量,因此本项目/r/n不/r/n属于“两高”项目。/r/n4./r/n与《关于严控新增铸造产能的通知》/r/n/r/n(鲁发改工业/r/n[2019]14/r/n3/r/n/r/n号/r/n)/r/n/r/n符合性/r/n根据《关/r/n于严控新增铸造产能的通知》(鲁发改工业/r/n[2019]143/r/n号/r/n),/r/n2018/r/n年/r/n6/r/n月/r/n27/r/n日,国务院印发《打赢蓝天保卫战三年行动/r/n/r/n计划的/r/n通知》(国发/r/n[2018]22/r/n号),要求重点区域严禁新增铸造产/r/n/r/n能。/r/n201/r/n8/r/n/r/n年/r/n8/r/n月/r/n3/r/n日,山东省印发《山东省打赢蓝天保卫战方案暨/r/n/r/n2/r/n0/r/n13-2020/r/n年大气污染防治规划三期行动方案(/r/n2018-2020/r/n年)》/r/n/r/n /r/n(/r/n鲁/r/n政发/r/n[2018]/r/n)/r/n17/r/n号),要求全省范围内严禁新增铸造产能。本/r/n/r/n项目为铸造生产线技改项目,项目改造完成后不新增铸造产能,/r/n近/r/n/r/n对原有铸造/r/n车/r/n间生产线进行技术改造,旨在减少污染物的排放量,/r/n/r/n因此本项目的建设符合该通知要求。/r/n—/r/n/r/n4/r/n—/r/n4/r/n./r/n与铸造行业规范条件符合性/r/n本项目与/r/n《/r/n铸造行业规范条件》(/r/nT/r/n//r/nCFA/r/n0310021-2019/r/n)符合/r/n/r/n性分析见下/r/n表/r/n1-2/r/n。/r/n表/r/n1-2/r/n/r/n项目与铸造行业规范条件符合性分析一览/r/n表/r/n规范要求/r/n项/r/n目情况/r/n符/r/n合性/r/n1/r/n建/r/n设/r/n条/r/n件/r/n与/r/n布/r/n局/r/n企/r/n业的布局及厂址的确定/r/n/r/n应/r/n符合国家相关法律法规、/r/n/r/n产业政策以及各地方政府/r/n/r/n装备制造业和铸造行业的/r/n/r/n总/r/n体规划要求。/r/n项/r/n目符合国家相关/r/n/r/n法律法/r/n规、产业政策/r/n/r/n以及当地政府装/r/n备/r/n/r/n制造业和铸造行/r/n业/r/n/r/n的/r/n总体规划要求。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n企/r/n业生产场所应依法取得/r/n/r/n土地使用权并符合土地/r/n使/r/n/r/n用性质/r/n。/r/n现/r/n有项目用地性质/r/n/r/n为/r/n工业用地,见附/r/n/r/n件/r/n。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n环保重点区域新建或改造/r/n/r/n升级铸造项目建设应严格/r/n/r/n执行工业和信息化部办公/r/n/r/n厅、发展改革委办公厅和/r/n/r/n生态环境部办公厅联合发/r/n/r/n布的《关于重点区/r/n域严禁新/r/n/r/n增铸造产能的通知》/r/n。/r/n/r/n不/r/n新增产能。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n2/r/n/r/n规模/r/n新(改、扩/r/n)建企业上一年/r/n/r/n度(或近/r/n三年)铸铁、铸钢/r/n/r/n等销/r/n售/r/n收入不低于/r/n3000/r/n万/r/n/r/n元/r/n。/r/n项/r/n目上一年度(或/r/n/r/n近三年)/r/n铸铁、铸钢/r/n/r/n等销售收入不低/r/n于/r/n/r/n3000/r/n万元/r/n。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n3/r/n/r/n工/r/n艺/r/n企/r/n业应根据生产铸件的材/r/n/r/n质、品种、批量/r/n,合理选择/r/n/r/n低/r/n污染、低排放、低能耗、/r/n/r/n经/r/n济高效的铸造工艺。/r/n项/r/n目铸造工艺为覆/r/n/r/n膜砂铸造。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n企/r/n业不应使用国家明令淘/r/n/r/n汰的生产工艺。不/r/n应釆用粘/r/n/r/n土/r/n砂干型/r/n//r/n芯、油砂制芯、/r/n七/r/n/r/nO/r/n/r/n砂制型/r/n//r/n芯等落后铸造/r/n/r/n工艺;粘土砂批/r/n量铸件生产/r/n/r/n企业不应采用手工/r/n造型;水/r/n/r/n玻璃熔模精密铸造企业/r/n模/r/n/r/n壳硬化不应采用氯化铉/r/n硬/r/n/r/n化工艺;铝合金/r/n、锌合金等/r/n/r/n有色金属熔炼不应米用/r/n六/r/n/r/n氯乙烷等有毒有害的精/r/n炼/r/n剂。/r/n项/r/n目采用覆膜砂铸/r/n造工艺,未/r/n使用国家/r/n明/r/n令淘汰的生产工/r/n艺/r/n符/r/n合/r/n4/r/n生/r/n产/r/n装/r/n备/r/n企业不应使用国家明令/r/n淘/r/n汰的生产装备,如/r/n:无芯工/r/n频感应电炉、/r/n0.25/r/n吨及/r/n以/r/n上无磁轭的铝壳中频感应/r/n将/r/n现有的/r/n2/r/n吨铝壳/r/n/r/n电/r/n炉更换为/r/n2/r/n吨的/r/n/r/n钢/r/n壳中频感应电炉。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n—/r/n/r/n5/r/n—/r/n企业应配备与生产能力/r/n相/r/n/r/n匹/r/n配/r/n的熔炼、保温和精炼设/r/n/r/n备/r/n,/r/n如冲天炉、中频感应电/r/n/r/n/r/n燃/r/n气炉、保温炉等。/r/n2/r/nt/r/n/r/n中频感应电炉三/r/n套。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n熔炼、保温和精炼设备炉/r/n/r/n前应配置必要的化学成分/r/n/r/n分析、金属液温度测量等/r/n/r/n检测仪器/r/n。/r/n配有检测仪器。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n大批量连续生产铸铁件/r/n的/r/n/r/n企业宜采用外热送风水/r/n冷/r/n/r/n长炉龄大吨位(/r/n10/r/n吨/r/n//r/n小时/r/n以上)冲天炉。/r/n不/r/n涉及。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n企/r/n业或所在产业集群(工业/r/n/r/n园/r/n区)应具备与其产能和/r/n/r/n质量保证体系相匹配的/r/n试/r/n/r/n验/r/n室和必要的检测设备。/r/n/r/n符/r/n合/r/n5/r/n质量/r/n控制/r/n企/r/n业应按照/r/nGB/r/n//r/nT/r/n19001/r/n(或/r/nIATF/r/n16949/r/n、/r/nGJB/r/n9/r/n001/r/nB/r/n)等标准要求建立质/r/n量管理体系、通过/r/n认证并持/r/n续有效运行/r/n,/r/n有条件的企业/r/n可/r/n按照/r/nT/CFA0303.1/r/n的标/r/n准要求开展铸造行业的质/r/n/r/n量/r/n管理体系升级版认证。/r/n企/r/n业建立能源管理/r/n/r/n体系、通/r/n过认证并持/r/n/r/n续有效运/r/n行。开展节/r/n/r/n能评估和/r/n审査。熔炼/r/n/r/n设备满足要求能/r/n耗/r/n/r/n指标。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n企业/r/n应/r/n设有质量管理部门,/r/n/r/n配有专职质量监测/r/n人员,建/r/n/r/n立健全的质量管理制度并/r/n/r/n有效运行/r/n。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n铸/r/n件的外观质量(尺寸精/r/n/r/n度、表面粗糙/r/n度等)、内在/r/n/r/n质量(化学成分/r/n、金相组织/r/n/r/n等/r/n)及力学性能等应符合规/r/n/r/n定/r/n的技术要求。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n5/r/n./r/n项目与/r/n“/r/n三线一单/r/n”/r/n符合性分析/r/n根/r/n据/r/n《关于以改善环境质量为核心加强环境影响评价管理的通/r/n/r/n知》/r/n(环环评/r/n[2016]150/r/n号)等有关精神,为适应以改善环境质量为/r/n/r/n核心/r/n的/r/n环境管理要求,项目建设须落实“生态保护红线、环境质量/r/n/r/n底线/r/n、/r/n资源利用上线和环境准入负面清单”(简称“三线一单”)/r/n/r/n约/r/n束条件,从源头防范环境污染和生态破坏的作用。/r/n(/r/n1/r/n)生态保护红/r/n线/r/n—/r/n/r/n6/r/n—/r/n生/r/n态/r/n红线是指生态空间范围内具有特殊重要生态功能必须实/r/n/r/n行/r/n强制性严格保护的区域。根据《山东省生态保护红线规划》/r/n/r/n /r/n(/r/n由/r/n2015/r/n年的/r/n40927/r/n万吨压减到/r/n36834/r/n万吨以内)。/r/n/r/n制/r/n定实施全省/r/n2018-2020/r/n年煤炭消费减量替代工作方/r/n/r/n案/r/n,/r/n将全省煤炭消费压减任务分解落实到/r/n17/r/n个市。各/r/n/r/n市/r/n要编制煤炭消费总量控制实施方案,明确牵头部/r/n/r/n门和/r/n责/r/n任分工,完善工作机制,协同推进煤炭消费减/r/n/r/n量替/r/n代/r/n工作。严格控制新上耗煤项目审批、核准、备/r/n/r/n案,/r/n鼓/r/n励天然气、电力等清洁能源替代煤炭消费。严/r/n/r/n格控/r/n制/r/n燃煤机组新增装机规模,新增用电量主要依靠/r/n/r/n非化/r/n石/r/n能源发电和外输电满足。完善煤炭替代审查制/r/n/r/n度,/r/n制/r/n定实施山东省耗煤项目煤炭消费减量替代管理/r/n/r/n暂行/r/n办/r/n法,提高煤炭利用效率低行业的煤炭减量替代/r/n/r/n系数/r/n。/r/n所有新、改、扩建耗煤项目均实行煤炭减量替/r/n/r/n代/r/n,严格落实替代源及替代比例。按照煤炭集中使用、/r/n/r/n清洁利用的原则,重点削减非电力用煤,到/r/n2020/r/n年,/r/n/r/n全/r/n省电煤(含热电联产供热用煤)占煤炭消费比重达/r/n到/r/n国家相应目标要求。/r/n本项目不/r/n涉/r/n/r/n及/r/n燃煤指/r/n/r/n标/r/n,符合/r/n强化/r/n/r/n污/r/n染/r/n/r/n综/r/n合/r/n/r/n防/r/n治/r/n工业/r/n污/r/n染源全面达标排放。持续推进工业污染源提标/r/n/r/n改/r/n造。/r/n7/r/n个传输通道城市二氧化硫、氮氧化物、颗粒/r/n/r/n物/r/n、/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n(/r/nVOCs/r/n)全面执行大气污染物特别排放限/r/n/r/n值/r/n。全省推动实施钢铁等行业超低排放改造。/r/n7/r/n个传/r/n/r/n输/r/n通/r/n道城市城市建成区内焦炉要实施炉体加罩封闭,/r/n/r/n并对废气进行收集处理。自/r/n2020/r/n年/r/n1/r/n月/r/n1/r/n日起,全省/r/n全/r/n/r/n面执/r/n行/r/n《山东省区域性大气污染物综合排放标准》第/r/n/r/n四/r/n时段大气污染物排放浓度限值。到/r/n2020/r/n年,工业污/r/n染/r/n源全面执行国家和省大气污染物相应时段排放标/r/n/r/n准要/r/n求/r/n。持续推进工业污染源全面达标排放,将烟气/r/n项/r/n目生产过/r/n/r/n程/r/n产生的废/r/n/r/n气/r/n经处理后/r/n/r/n可/r/n以满足相/r/n/r/n应浓度限/r/n值/r/n/r/n要/r/n求,符合/r/n—/r/n/r/n14/r/n—/r/n在线/r/n监/r/n测数据作为执法依据,加大超标处罚和联合惩/r/n/r/n戒力度,未达标排放的企业一律依法停产整治/r/n。/r/n建/r/n立/r/n健全监测监控体系。加强环境质量和污染源排放/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n自/r/n动/r/n监测工作,强化/r/nVOCs/r/n执法能力建设,全面/r/n提/r/n升/r/nVOCs/r/n环保监管能力。省控以上自动监测站点要/r/n增/r/n加/r/n/r/nVOCs/r/n监测指标。排气口高度超过/r/n45/r/n米的高架/r/n源,/r/n以及石化、化工、包装印刷、工业涂装等/r/nVOCs/r/n排放/r/n重/r/n点源,要纳入各市重点排污单位名录。凡列入/r/n各市/r/n重/r/n点排污单位名录的废气企业,要安装烟气排放/r/n自动监控设施,并按规定与环保部门联网,/r/n7/r/n个传/r/n输/r/n通道城/r/n市/r/n2019/r/n年年底前基本完成;其他城市/r/n2020/r/n年年/r/n底/r/n前基本完成。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n综上,/r/n项/r/n目建设符合鲁政发/r/n[2018]17/r/n号要求。/r/n(/r/n4/r/n)与《关于印发/r/n</r/n重点行业/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n综合治理方案/r/n>/r/n的通知》/r/n/r/n(/r/n环大气/r/n[2019]53/r/n号)符合性分析/r/n表/r/n/r/n1-7/r/n/r/n与《关于印发/r/n</r/n重点行业/r/n/r/nVOCs/r/n综合治理方案/r/n>/r/n的通知》符合性分析/r/n控/r/n制思路/r/n/r/n与/r/n要求/r/n规定/r/n本项目情/r/n况/r/n符/r/n合/r/n情况/r/n大/r/n力推进/r/n/r/n源/r/n头替代/r/n通/r/n过使用水性、粉末、高固体分、无/r/n溶/r/n剂/r/n、辐射固化等低/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n含量的涂/r/n料/r/n,水性、辐射固化、植物基等低/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n含量的油墨,水基、热熔、无/r/n溶/r/n剂、辐射固化、改性、生物降解等/r/n低/r/nVOCs/r/n含/r/n量的胶粘剂,以及低/r/nVOCs/r/n含/r/n量、低反应活性的清洗剂等,替代/r/n溶/r/n剂型涂料、油墨、胶粘剂、清洗剂/r/n等,从源头减少/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n产生/r/n。/r/n本项目均采用/r/n/r/n/r/n废/r/n气经收集后/r/n/r/n通/r/n过活性炭吸/r/n附装置处/r/n理/r/n/r/n后,达标排/r/n放。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n加/r/n强设备/r/n与/r/n场所密/r/n闭管理/r/n含/r/n/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n物料应储存于密闭容器、包/r/n/r/n装/r/n袋,高效密封储罐,封闭式储库、/r/n/r/n料/r/n仓/r/n等。含/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n物料转移和输送,/r/n/r/n应采用密闭/r/n管道或密闭容器、罐车等。/r/n项/r/n目所使用覆/r/n/r/n膜/r/n砂物料存放/r/n/r/n于/r/n仓库内,使/r/n/r/n用时取出。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n推/r/n进使用/r/n先/r/n进生产/r/n工/r/n艺/r/n工/r/n业涂装行业重点推进使用紧凑式涂/r/n/r/n装/r/n工艺,推广采用辊涂、静电喷涂、/r/n/r/n高/r/n压无气喷涂、空气辅助无气喷涂、/r/n/r/n热/r/n喷涂等涂装技术,鼓励企业采用自/r/n/r/n动化、智能化/r/n喷涂设备替代人工喷涂,/r/n减/r/n少使用空气喷涂技术。/r/n项/r/n目采用自动/r/n/r/n化/r/n喷涂设备。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n推/r/n进建设/r/n适/r/n宜高效/r/n的治污设/r/n施/r/n低/r/n浓度、大风量废气,宜采用沸石转/r/n/r/n轮/r/n吸附、活性炭吸附、减风增浓等浓/r/n/r/n缩技术,/r/n提高/r/nVOCs/r/n浓度后净化处理;/r/n高/r/n浓度废气,优先进行溶剂回收,难/r/n/r/n以/r/n回收的,宜采用高温焚烧、催化燃/r/n烧等技术。/r/n废/r/n气处理措施/r/n为/r/n活性炭吸/r/n附/r/n、活性炭吸/r/n附/r/n脱附催化燃/r/n烧/r/n处理装置处/r/n理,废气达/r/n标/r/n排放。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n(/r/n5/r/n)与《山东省工业企业无组织排放分行业管控指导意见》/r/n—/r/n/r/n15/r/n—/r/n鲁/r/n环/r/n发/r/n[2020]30/r/n号符合性分析/r/n表/r/n/r/n1-8/r/n/r/n与《山东省工业企业无组织排放分行业管控指导意见》鲁环发/r/n[2020]3/r/n0/r/n/r/n号/r/n符合性分析/r/n管控要求/r/n项/r/n目符合情况/r/n符/r/n合/r/n情况/r/n一/r/n加/r/n强/r/n物/r/n料/r/n运输、/r/n装/r/n卸/r/n环/r/n节/r/n管控/r/n厂/r/n区道路硬化,平整无破损、无积/r/n/r/n尘,/r/n厂/r/n区无裸露空地,闲置裸露空/r/n/r/n地/r/n及/r/n时绿化或硬化,厂区道路定期/r/n/r/n洒/r/n水/r/n清扫。挥发性有机液体装车采/r/n/r/n用顶/r/n部/r/n浸没式或底部装载,严禁喷/r/n/r/n溅,/r/n运/r/n输相关产品的车辆具备油气/r/n回收接口/r/n。/r/n本/r/n项目不涉及挥/r/n/r/n发/r/n性有机液体物/r/n/r/n料/r/n运输。厂区内/r/n/r/n均为硬化路面,/r/n不/r/n定时洒水降/r/n/r/n。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n二/r/n加/r/n强/r/n物/r/n料/r/n储/r/n存、/r/n输送/r/n环/r/n节/r/n管控/r/n含/r/n/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n(/r/nVOCs/r/n)物料储存于密/r/n/r/n闭/r/n容器、包装袋,高效密封储罐,/r/n/r/n料/r/n仓设置/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n有效收集治理设/r/n施。含/r/n/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n物料输送,采用密闭/r/n/r/n管道或密闭容器、罐车等/r/n。/r/n项/r/n目所使用原料/r/n/r/n存放于密闭车/r/n间/r/n/r/n原料区,使用/r/n时/r/n取/r/n出。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n三/r/n加/r/n强/r/n生/r/n产/r/n环/r/n节/r/n管控/r/n通/r/n过提高工艺自动化和设备密闭/r/n/r/n化/r/n水/r/n平,减少生产过程中的无组织/r/n排/r/n放。生产过程中的产尘点和/r/n/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n产生点密闭、封闭或采取有/r/n/r/n效收集处理措施。生产设备和废气/r/n/r/n收集处理设施同步运行,废气收/r/n集/r/n/r/n处理设施发生故障或检修时,停/r/n止/r/n/r/n运行对应的生产设备,待检修完毕/r/n/r/n后投入使用。生产设备不能停止或/r/n/r/n不能及时停止运行的,设置废气应/r/n/r/n急/r/n处理设施或采取其他替代措施。/r/n生/r/n产车间地面及生产设备表面保/r/n持清/r/n洁,除电子、电气原件外,不/r/n得/r/n采用压缩空气吹扫等易产生扬/r/n尘/r/n的/r/n清理措施。厂内污水收集、输/r/n/r/n危/r/n险废物暂存等产生/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n或恶/r/n/r/n臭/r/n气体的区域加罩或加盖封闭并/r/n/r/n进行收集处理。涉/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n化(试/r/n)/r/n/r/n验室实验平台设置负压集气系统,/r/n对化(试)验室中产生的废气进/r/n行/r/n/r/n集中收集治理。/r/n项/r/n目涉及/r/nVOCs/r/n物/r/n料生产过程中/r/n对/r/n废气进行收/r/n集/r/n、处理。厂区/r/n内生活污水经化/r/n粪/r/n池暂存后经青/r/n州/r/n市弥河污水净/r/n化/r/n有限公司处理/r/n达标后排放,/r/n无/r/n/r/n生产废水排放/r/n。/r/n符/r/n合/r/n四/r/n加/r/n强/r/n精/r/n细/r/n化管/r/n控/r/n针对各无组织排放环节,制定/r/n“/r/n一/r/n厂/r/n一/r/n策/r/n”/r/n深度治理方案。制定无组/r/n织/r/n排/r/n放治理设施操作规程,并建立/r/n管理台账,记录操作人员操作/r/n内/r/n容、运行、维护、检修和含/r/nVOCs/r/n物料/r/n使用回收等情况,记录保存期/r/n项/r/n目车间内加强/r/n/r/n日/r/n常管理,项目/r/n/r/n集/r/n气罩收集减少/r/n/r/n无/r/n组织排放。建/r/n/r/n立含/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n物料/r/n/r/n使/r/n用台账,记录/r/n符/r/n合/r/n—/r/n/r/n16/r/n—/r/n限/r/n不得少于三年。鼓励安装视频、/r/n/r/n空/r/n气微站等监控设施和综合监控/r/n/r/n信/r/n息平台,用于企业日常自我监/r/n督/r/n,逐步实现无组织排放向精细化/r/n/r/n和可量化管理方式转变。/r/n使用回收情况/r/n,/r/n保/r/n存期限至少三/r/n/r/n年以上/r/n。/r/n五/r/n铸造/r/n行业/r/n熔/r/n炼/r/n炉、熔化炉等装置配备有效集/r/n/r/n尘除/r/n尘/r/n设施。硅砂、焦炭、炉渣等/r/n/r/n封/r/n闭储存,煤粉、膨润土、涂料、/r/n/r/n树脂/r/n等/r/n密闭储存。浇注、冷却、造/r/n/r/n型、/r/n制/r/n芯等环节设置有效集尘除尘/r/n/r/n/r/n抛丸/r/n等/r/n环节采取密闭措施,配备有/r/n/r/n效集/r/n尘/r/n除尘设施。需要就地开箱落/r/n/r/n砂的/r/n大/r/n、特大型铸件,采取铸型浇/r/n/r/n水湿/r/n法/r/n落砂、喷雾降尘或其他扬尘/r/n控制措施。采用/r/nV/r/n/r/n法、消失模/r/n等/r/n工/r/n艺产生/r/nVOCs/r/n/r/n的环节配备有效/r/n/r/n收集治理设施。/r/n项/r/n目覆膜砂铸造/r/n过/r/n程中会产生/r/nCs/r/n符/r/n合/r/n(/r/n6/r/n)与《关于“两高”项目管理有关事项的通知》(鲁发改/r/n工业/r/n〔/r/n2022/r/n〕/r/n255/r/n号)符合性分析/r/n根据通知要求,/r/n铸造行业实行产能总量控制,由省发展改革委、/r/n/r/n省/r/n工业和信息化厅、省生态环境厅等部门会同各市,根据“四进”/r/n/r/n核查/r/n情况,履行产能公
