/r/n第一章概况/r/n一、工程概况/r/n淮南矿业(集团)有限责任公司顾桥煤矿行政区划隶属安徽省淮南市凤台县管辖,位于安徽省淮南市凤台县城西北,东距凤台县县城约/r/n20km/r/n。矿门紧靠凤(台)~利(辛)公路,交通方便。顾桥煤矿于/r/n2007年4月28日/r/n投产,20/r/n10/r/n年矿井核定生产能力为9.0Mt/a。为了保证正常采掘接替和解决矿井下山开采、高地温、高地压、高瓦斯等问题而启动顾桥矿安全改建及二水平延深工程项目。/r/n其要紧内容为:中央区新增深部进风井、东区新增进风井及回风井、井底车场及大巷、一水平至二水平延深巷道等相关工程,并配套/r/n“/r/n一通三防/r/n”/r/n、降温及其他辅助设施。/r/n东风井工程位于凤台县丁集乡境内的顾桥矿东区工广内(矿井中央区工业场地向东约3km),由煤炭工业合肥设计研究院设计。设计在工广内布置东进风井和东回风井2个井筒,两井筒中心东西相距90m,南北相距35m。东回风井井口场地自然标高+23.5m,设计标高+25.6m,井筒深度1035.6m,净直径/r/nФ/r/n7.0m,井底水平标高暂定为-1000m,位于13/r/n-1/r/n煤层底板约25m。/r/n为实现井筒安全/r/n、高效/r/n掘/r/n砌,井筒采纳/r/n“/r/n上冻下注/r/n”/r/n法施工,即表土段采纳冻结法施工(冻结深度464m),基岩段采纳地面预注浆加固围岩和封水,可能井筒注浆段剩余漏水量小于6m/r/n3/r/n/h。井筒地面预注浆工程由安徽煤田三队施工,井筒冻结工程由中煤三建淮南工程处施工,监理单位是河南工程咨询监理公司。/r/n东回风井井筒基岩段地面预注浆工程采纳/r/n“内圈直孔+/r/n外圈/r/nY型孔/r/n+L型孔/r/n”/r/n注浆方式,/r/n内圈/r/n直孔直孔段8个,布孔圈径12.5m;/r/n“Y”型/r/n孔4/8个,地面布置4个,注浆段8个,地面布孔圈径暂定40/r/n~/r/n42m,注浆段钻孔落点圈径12.5m;L型孔布孔4个,注浆落点进入车场靶域,利用/r/n“Y”型/r/n孔,在830m处打分叉钻孔,并依照井底车场方向选择所需利用的钻孔。注浆起止深度为443/r/n~/r/n1046.2m,共划分为10个段高(包括岩帽段),总注浆段高为603.2m(含岩帽段)。其中/r/n内圈直孔注浆起止深度为/r/n443/r/n~/r/n670/r/nm/r/n,与冻结段重合21m,划分4个段高(含岩帽段),段高总长227m,分二轮施工/r/n;“Y”型分支孔注浆起止深度为/r/n,660/r/n~10/r/n46.2/r/nm/r/n,/r/n“Y”型分支孔注浆与/r/n与内圈直孔在孔深660m处对接,/r/n注浆段重合10m/r/n,划分为6个段高,段高总长386.2m,分二轮施工;Y孔施工结束后,利用/r/n“Y”型/r/n孔,在/r/n830m/r/n处打L型钻孔,四台钻机各施工1个,一轮施工/r/n。内圈/r/n直孔于2013年6月17日开工,9月底施工结束,随即撤出钻机进行冻结灰土盘施工,10月10日冻结造孔开工,可能12月底施工完毕,2014年元月中旬正式送冷,4月初具备试挖条件。/r/n东回风井井筒为中央区二水平北一、东一采区开采时的回风井。井筒内敷设瓦斯管2趟,防火灌浆管1趟。可能东回风井于2014年4月16日正式开挖。/r/n二、工程内容及工程特点/r/n1、工程内容:/r/n顾桥煤矿东回/r/n风井井筒/r/n及/r/n相关硐室/r/n掘砌/r/n工程/r/n。/r/n2、井筒特点:/r/n东回/r/n风井/r/n井筒设计净直径为/r/nΦ/r/n7.0/r/nm,井筒全深/r/n10/r/n35.6/r/nm(含/r/n水窝深度10m/r/n)/r/n,设计表土及风化基岩段为冻结法凿井,/r/n基岩段采纳地面预注浆法施工/r/n,新生界/r/n表土层厚度(地表标高)401.7/r/nm/r/n,基岩风化/r/n底界/r/n面(地表标高)422.2/r/nm/r/n,井筒风化带厚度40.5m,井筒/r/n冻结深度/r/n464/r/nm。/r/n井/r/n筒中心/r/n坐标,X=36/r/n32/r/n330/r/n./r/n0/r/n00,Y=394/r/n6/r/n3370/r/n.000/r/n,/r/n地表自然标高/r/n+2/r/n3.5/r/nm/r/n、设计井口标高/r/n+2/r/n5.6m。/r/n井壁结构为:/r/n冻结段设计为内、外双层钢筋/r/n混凝土/r/n井壁,+/r/n25.6/r/nm~-/r/n1/r/n4/r/n4.4/r/nm段内、外层井壁支护厚度分不为/r/n55/r/n0mm、/r/n55/r/n0mm/r/n,砼标号C30~C/r/n4/r/n0;-/r/n1/r/n4/r/n4.4/r/nm~-/r/n289/r/n.4/r/nm段内、外层井壁支护厚度分不为/r/n75/r/n0mm、/r/n7/r/n0/r/n0mm/r/n,/r/n混凝土/r/n标号C/r/n4/r/n0~C/r/n6/r/n0;-/r/n289.4/r/nm~-/r/n413.4/r/nm/r/n段内、外层井壁支护厚度分不为/r/n95/r/n0mm、/r/n85/r/n0mm/r/n,混凝土标号C/r/n60/r/n~C6/r/n5/r/n;-/r/n413.4/r/nm~-/r/n426.4/r/nm段/r/n为整体浇筑段,井壁支护厚度为/r/n1/r/n8/r/n00/r/nmm,/r/n混凝土/r/n标号C/r/n65/r/n;/r/n-/r/n426/r/n.4m~-/r/n428/r/n.4m为井壁支撑圈,井壁支护厚度为1/r/n1/r/n50mm,混凝土标号C/r/n65/r/n;/r/n冻结段-/r/n14.4/r/nm~-/r/n1/r/n9/r/n4.4/r/nm段外壁外铺设/r/n25/r/nmm/r/n聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板/r/n;-1/r/n9/r/n4.4m~-/r/n377/r/n./r/n9/r/nm段外壁外铺设/r/n50mm/r/n聚苯乙烯泡沫塑料板/r/n。/r/n+/r/n25.6/r/nm~-/r/n413/r/n基岩段设计为单层素混凝土井壁,-/r/n428.4/r/nm~/r/n-/r/n674.4/r/nm/r/n段井壁为单层素混凝土,支护厚度/r/n5/r/n0/r/n0mm,混凝土等级为C40;/r/n-/r/n674.4/r/nm/r/n~-/r/n10/r/n1/r/n0.0/r/nm/r/n段井壁为单层素混凝土,支护厚度/r/n3、相关硐室工程/r/n预留风道口/r/n;/r/n-1000m/r/n井筒连接处(马头门)/r/n施工/r/n暂按/r/n3/r/n5m长度考虑/r/n。/r/n具体见下表:/r/n序号/r/n井筒部位/r/n高度/r/n井壁形式及厚度/r/n砼标号/r/n1/r/n+25.6m~-144.4/r/nm/r/n170m/r/n内层/r/n(/r/n550mm/r/n)/r/n外层/r/n(/r/n550mm/r/n)/r/nC30、C40/r/n2/r/n-144.4m~-289.4m/r/n145m/r/n内层/r/n(/r/n750mm/r/n)/r/n外层/r/n(/r/n700mm/r/n)/r/nC40、C50、C60/r/n3/r/n-289.4m~-413.4m/r/n124m/r/n内层/r/n(/r/n950mm/r/n)/r/n(/r/n外层800mm/r/n)/r/nC60、C65/r/n4/r/n-413.4m~-426.4m/r/n13m/r/n壁座(1800mm)/r/nC65/r/n5/r/n-426.4m~-428.4m/r/n2m/r/n井壁支撑圈(1150mm)/r/nC65/r/n6/r/n-428.4m~-674.4/r/n246m/r/n单层(500mm)/r/nC40/r/n7/r/n-674.4m~-1010m/r/n335.6m/r/n单层(600mm)/r/nC45/r/n三、井筒地质及水文地质资料/r/n(一)、井筒地质/r/n顾桥矿井位于淮南复向斜之中部,属陈桥背斜东翼与潘集背斜西部衔接带,煤系地层总体形态为一走向近南北,倾向东倾角多为5°~15°的反“S”型单斜构造。煤系地层之上覆盖新生界巨厚松散冲积层,厚在265~/r/n325m/r/n,东南薄,西北厚,要紧由松散的砂、砾、砂质粘土组成。底部有片状分布在基岩面上,岩性为灰白、紫红色砂岩、砾岩,偶夹薄层固结粘土的碎石层。煤系地层要紧为二叠系厚度大于/r/n954m/r/n,划分为七个含煤段。底部以海相泥岩与太原组分界。本区的6-2煤层和8煤层位于二叠系下统下石盒子组;其中8煤层位于下石盒子组第二含煤段上部。本区第二含煤段厚106~/r/n265m/r/n,平均厚/r/n111m/r/n,含煤9层,平均总厚/r/n8.54m/r/n,含煤系数7.69%。底部为中粗砂岩,具冲刷特征,其上有花斑泥岩与铝质泥岩,是煤岩对比的标志。/r/n东回/r/n风井位于顾桥勘探区十线与十线北之间。通过检查孔揭露井筒地质有新生界地层和二叠系上盒子组地层(即淮南煤田的第三、第四、第五、第六和第七含煤段)。/r/n(二)、/r/n煤层/r/n检查孔穿过煤系地层第三、四、五、六、七含煤段的11~25煤,共见煤17层,其中/r/n≥/r/n0.80m/r/n的表明可采煤层6层。和以往勘探成果对比,煤层的厚度、结构、特征均较吻合,层位正常。具体煤质指标及见煤情况见表/r/n要紧煤质指标综合成果表/r/n煤层/r/nMad/r/n(%)/r/nAd/r/n(%)/r/nVdaf/r/n(%)/r/nStd/r/n(%)/r/nQbad/r/n(MJ/kg)/r/nPd/r/n(%)/r/nX/r/n(mm)/r/nY/r/n(mm)/r/nG/r/n煤类/r/n22/r/n1.61/r/n33.27/r/n35.58/r/n0.67/r/n22.15/r/n0.010/r/n49/r/n14/r/n58.16/r/nQM/r/n13-1/r/n1.54/r/n34.56/r/n35.80/r/n0.50/r/n21.59/r/n0.014/r/n50/r/n14/r/n84.66/r/nQM/r/n(三)、构造/r/n本井筒区域地层倾角平缓,近于水平,一般3/r/n°/r/n-5/r/n°/r/n,仅在780/r/n-790m/r/n处出现岩芯较破裂,滑面裂隙发育及挤压揉皱现象。属构造简单类型、地层层间距正常。/r/n东回风井见煤情况表/r/n序号/r/n煤层/r/n底板深度(m)/r/n厚度(m)/r/n采长(m)/r/n长度/r/n采取率(%)/r/n顶板/r/n底板/r/n夹矸/r/n1/r/n25/r/n621.55/r/n0.25/r/n0.20/r/n80/r/n中粗/r/n砂岩/r/n泥岩/r/n2/r/n24/r/n635.95/r/n0.45/r/n0.00/r/n0/r/n泥岩/r/n泥岩/r/n3/r/n煤/r/n642.05/r/n0.55/r/n0.53/r/n96/r/n砂质/r/n泥岩/r/n砂质/r/n泥岩/r/n4/r/n23/r/n649.15/r/n1.25/r/n1.20/r/n96/r/n砂质/r/n泥岩/r/n砂质/r/n泥岩/r/n5/r/n煤/r/n662.80/r/n0.45/r/n0.00/r/n0/r/n泥岩/r/n炭质/r/n泥岩/r/n6/r/n煤/r/n667.40/r/n0.40/r/n0/r/n0/r/n砂质泥岩/r/n砂质泥岩/r/n7/r/n煤/r/n671.00/r/n0.35/r/n0.35/r/n100/r/n粉砂岩/r/n砂质/r/n泥岩/r/n8/r/ /r/n第四章/r/n施工工艺/r/n施工中以人为本,发挥人才优势,推动技术进步,组织科研攻关小组,积极配合支持院校和科研单位搞好科技攻关,克服施工技术难题。加强治理,采取激励机制,提高劳动者的积极性,提高职工操纵机械设备的熟练程度,确保/r/n施工作业/r/n正规循环,/r/n同时/r/n提高劳动效率,加快施工速度。加强机电设备维护治理,实行定人定岗维修,使设备处于100%完好状态。严把材料进货验收关,杜绝不合格产品入/r/n场/r/n。采纳新工艺、新技术、新设备、新材料,严格按照ISO9001国际质量治理体系、ISO14001环境治理体系及GB/T28001职业健康安全治理体系运行,确保工程施工的每一个时期、每一个环节、每一道工序都处于受控状态,确保工程质量。/r/n一、采纳“四新”加快施工速度/r/n1、新工艺/r/n冻结/r/n及风化基岩/r/n段使用/r/nPC60/r/n挖掘机/r/n挖土装罐/r/n;/r/n基岩段施工采纳/r/nSJZ/r/n-/r/n6/r/n.1/r/n0/r/n型伞钻,/r/nHZ-6/r/n抓岩机/r/n出矸/r/n,使用PC60挖掘机辅助清底/r/n;MJY型整体金属大模板、大吊桶、大绞车、座钩式自动翻矸、自卸汽车排矸等配套的机械化作业新工艺。/r/n2、新技术/r/n3、新材料、新设备/r/n采纳/r/n2JKZ-4.0×2.65/15/r/n、/r/nJKZ-3.2×3/18/r/n新型凿井专用绞车、/r/n6/r/nm/r/n3/r/n大吊桶、/r/nG1/r/n8/r/nt新型钩头,/r/nφ/r/n3.5m新型天轮,/r/n全新设计的/r/n高强度/r/n整体/r/n拼块/r/n模板/r/n套壁/r/n、/r/n新型抗冻早强剂,/r/n二/r/n、临时锁口的施工/r/n及井筒试挖/r/n1、井筒试挖/r/n把井筒施工所必要的临时工程和凿井设备设施安装等工作全部完成后,再依照冻结实际情况,适当选择井筒开挖时机,一般认为在水文观测孔的各层水位均已有规律的上升并冒水,最后一层水位持续溢出水7天后并保持稳定,测温孔温度降至设计要求值,证实冻结壁已全部交圈,且浅部的冻结壁厚度和强度足以抵抗预挖深度的地压以及能保证施工的连续性,即可进行试挖。通过试挖核实冻结壁已具有一定的厚度和强度,能适应井筒正式施工要求,且凿井设施及地面辅助系统均已预备完毕,方可进行开挖。/r/n井筒试挖时期,掘砌段高不大于2./r/n5/r/nm,以不片帮为原则。/r/n试挖段施工,以挖掘机挖掘为主,人工为辅。在/r/n土层掘进时挖掘由井中向周边扩展,利用在井中挖超前小井,集控静积水,台阶式挖掘以防井帮塌落。/r/n试挖结束前应将大模、刃脚、吊盘、中心回转大抓、压风管等悬吊设备吊挂整齐,/r/n25/r/nm/r/n试挖结束后即可预备正式开挖。/r/n2、锁口施工/r/n在施工预备期内,在凿井井架安装完毕后,将井筒施工用天轮平台、翻矸系统等悬吊设施安装完毕。提升绞车、凿井绞车等井筒施工要紧设备及其它施工辅助系统平行施工,确保在试挖前完成筹备。/r/n吊盘在井筒开挖前即悬吊在/r/n井口/r/n上方,/r/n先期作为爱护盘,/r/n待开挖达到吊盘安装深度后,进行封口盘的铺设工作。然后安装各种悬吊设备、管线及其它凿井设施,转入井筒施工时期。/r/n回风井临时锁口施工时,封口盘钢梁坐于井筒外壁上,外壁上口标高依照封口盘钢梁总高及封口盘上面标高确定。封口盘钢梁/r/n布置好后,在钢梁间隔处用红砖砌实,砖墙厚度与外壁厚度一致。外壁/r/n竖向钢筋留够搭接长度,便于下一步施工时钢筋搭接。/r/n表土挖掘采纳人工配风镐挖掘,用装载机将土石转运至指定堆放场地。临时锁口砌筑混凝土时,采纳/r/n整体金属模板立模/r/n,搭设平台人工翻灰砌壁。安装临时锁口封口盘时,严格按照封口盘设计图施工。/r/n3/r/n、/r/n风道口施工/r/n风道口与临时锁口/r/n、冻结沟槽/r/n一并施工/r/n。/r/n风/r/n道/r/n口上口标高为+24.449m,下口标高为+13.833m,净宽为6000mm,净高1/r/n0.616/r/nmm,预留口采纳槽钢碹骨配5mm厚钢板进行封堵。水平钢碹骨采纳[20槽钢,间距800mm;垂直槽钢采纳[10槽钢,间距500mm,且与水平槽钢满焊;风硐预留口两侧采纳[10槽钢/r/n间距/r/n500mm配5mm厚铁板封堵,并采纳/r/nL/r/n50角钢/r/n间距/r/n600mm作为斜撑与槽钢封堵骨架焊接。/r/n为增强防水性,在钢支撑与岩体间,增加300mm厚素混凝土/r/n井壁/r/n加强支护。/r/n三、井筒冻结段施工/r/n(一)冻结表土段/r/n掘砌/r/n依照井筒穿过的地层地质及井筒技术特征,采取综合措施通过/r/n粘土/r/n层,在保证施工安全、质量的前提下,把握有利时机,组织快速施工。/r/n1、/r/n掘进:冻结土层采纳人工用铁锹、高效风铲、B87型气动破裂机掘进刷帮,/r/nPC60/r/n挖掘机装土,/r/nHZ-6/r/n型中心回转抓岩机装岩。若挖掘时围岩稳定性较差,/r/n掘砌段高严格操纵在/r/n2.5m/r/n内,并减少围岩暴露时刻,/r/n可先在井中挖掘超前小井,再由井中向周边扩展,台阶式挖掘,立模前井壁欠挖部分必需用风镐刷至设计的井帮荒径,并将井壁底部浮矸清理洁净。/r/n开挖时应严格操纵冻结壁径向位移/r/n量/r/n小于或等于/r/n50mm/r/n,循环作业时刻符合规范要求/r/n。/r/n2、/r/n提升/r/n悬吊装置及/r/n安全/r/n监控/r/n:/r/n东回/r/n风井/r/n井筒施工主提升采纳/r/n2JKZ-/r/n4/r/n×/r/n2.65/15/r/n绞车,副提升采纳/r/nJKZ-3.2×3/18/r/n绞车,/r/n主提/r/n一套单钩/r/n6/r/n.0m/r/n3/r/n吊桶/r/n、副提配一套5.0/r/n/r/nm/r/n3/r/n提升矸石、下放物料。/r/n吊桶将矸石提升至翻矸平台,通过翻矸台主、副溜槽将矸石倒至地面,然后用ZL-50装载机将土石装/r/n入/r/n自卸汽车转运至指定堆放场地。/r/n提升绞车使用PLC/r/n操纵器,车房配备实时显示监控吊盘位置的工控机画面,配备吊桶接近吊盘时的语音提示或报警。上下井口及车房提升信号装置是带有PLC操纵器及数字显示的本质安全型信号装置。/r/n井筒施工做到可视化,井口、绞车房、工作面、翻矸台等重要场所配备监控装置。/r/n提升悬吊装置在天轮平台上配备压力传感器,实时监控悬吊荷载情况,若超过规定值提示报警,防止悬吊稳车提升时发生过载现象。/r/n3、/r/n砌壁:按照设计半径绑扎钢筋,每循环帮扎完后,整体找线并固定牢固,绑扎时必须保证钢筋与井壁之间的混凝土爱护层达到设计值,钢筋绑扎应保证横平竖直且不得出现缺扣松扣,钢筋上有泥土时必须用钢刷清理洁净/r/n,钢筋绑扎时跟班技术员监督检查,确保钢筋按规范绑扎,钢筋间排距、爱护层厚度、搭接长度/r/n均符合规范同意偏差范围。/r/n依照地层条件不同,/r/n井壁采纳2.5m/r/n~/r/n3./r/n6/r/nm/r/n高MJY整体金属模板砌筑/r/n(深厚粘土层施工时段高/r/n严格操纵在/r/n2.5m/r/n内/r/n)/r/n,配以/r/n0.3m/r/n高环形斜面接茬模板浇筑混凝土,采纳底卸式吊桶下放混凝土,经放置在吊盘上的分灰器浇进模板,分层振捣,实行短段掘砌平行混合作业。施工过程中,要严格按照设计、规范要求,选择合理配合比和外加剂品种及掺量,配制出符合设计要求的/r/n混凝土/r/n。/r/n混凝土/r/n浇筑时要按规定留取/r/n混凝土/r/n试块,/r/n同等/r/n条件下养护28天做抗压强度试验,/r/n同时及时按规定做好砂、石、水泥、外加剂等原材料送检工作,/r/n并保存好资料。/r/n混凝土入模温度/r/n应操纵为/r/n不低于/r/n15/r/n℃/r/n,/r/n4、/r/n采取综合措施施工较厚粘土层/r/n关于较厚粘土层,采取综合治理措施,应加强粘土层的冻结;要缩短段高,/r/n段高严格操纵在/r/n2.5m/r/n内,/r/n快速掘砌,/r/n减少粘土暴露时刻,/r/n使用高性能/r/n混凝土/r/n砌壁,并在/r/n混凝土/r/n中掺入抗冻型高效减水早强剂。/r/n在粘土层施工时,先挖超前小井,释放压力,然后沿周边均匀对称开帮。对较厚粘土层应及时测定井帮的位移量。当变形过快或膨胀量较大时,在外壁与井帮间增铺聚苯乙烯泡塑板,或架设/r/n型钢井圈/r/n、背板作临时支护。同时将砌壁模板高度调整/r/n缩短为/r/n2.5m/r/n,/r/n加快掘砌施工进度,把每段高施工循环时刻操纵在20h以内,以缩短粘土暴露时刻,减少粘土膨胀量确保冻结管的安全。为增强井壁早期强度,浇筑/r/n混凝土/r/n时掺入抗冻型高效减水早强剂,增强/r/n混凝土/r/n的早期强度,以抵抗冻胀压力。依照我们在华东地区山东、安徽两省施工的含较厚粘土层的多对井筒的观看,粘土冻胀力一般在三天后开始明显显现,模板刃角处井壁与粘土层中的泡沫塑料板厚度才明显被挤压减少。如此粘土的冻胀力在施工的前三天由泡沫塑料板的被压缩部分“释放”和减速缓,三天后井壁/r/n混凝土/r/n强度达到设计强度,能够抵抗粘土层冻胀力。/r/n(/r/n二/r/n)/r/n、/r/n过冻结风化基岩段施工/r/n当井筒掘进进入冻结基岩风化带后,风镐风铲挖掘困难时,需采取钻爆法施工。/r/n采纳/r/nSJZ/r/n-/r/n6/r/n.1/r/n0/r/n型伞型钻架打眼,配/r/n6/r/n台YGZ-70型独立回转凿岩机。为防止爆破震动损坏冻结管,可采取操纵装药量、减少装药时刻等措施,爆破采纳/r/n三级水胶炸药/r/n,炮眼深度不得大于/r/n4.0m/r/n。选用B25×/r/n4700mm/r/n中空六角钻杆,/r/nΦ/r/n55mm/r/n十字型合金钢钻头。/r/n8#煤矿许用/r/n毫秒/r/n延期/r/n电/r/n雷管/r/n铜脚线长6.0m(1-5)/r/n段,/r/n专用起爆器/r/n起爆。打眼时要严格按照爆破图表认真找线,分片包干,定/r/n人/r/n定钻,做到“准、直、齐”,坚持光面光底弱冲减震爆破技术。/r/n打周边眼时要依照各段冻结管的偏斜图合理布置炮孔,确保炮孔与冻结管有一定安全距离。/r/n放炮前要通知冻结站,认真观测冻结管路及盐水循环状态。放炮后应先检查盐水箱水位及井帮有无泄漏盐水现象,特不要检查靠近井帮的冻结管情况,当确定无损坏时,再恢复掘进施工。采取钻爆法过冻结基岩风化带施工时,必须专门编制施工安全技术措施、报批后再实施。/r/n外壁砌筑时,当岩石较破裂时,经设计单位及甲方同意后,可适当增加壁厚或采取/r/n架设型钢井圈、背板作临时/r/n支护。/r/n(三)壁座及混凝土支撑圈浇筑/r/n壁座及混凝土支撑圈共1/r/n5/r/nm,永久支护前先采纳锚网喷/r/n一次/r/n支护,锚杆规格Φ/r/n22/r/n×2400/r/nmm/r/n,间排距800×800/r/nmm/r/n,喷厚50/r/nmm/r/n。永久支护采纳/r/n拼块模板砌壁/r/n,砼用DX/r/n-3m/r/n3/r/n(/r/n四/r/n)内壁浇筑/r/n1、施工方案/r/n井筒掘砌施工至累深-/r/n413.4/r/nm停止外壁混凝土浇筑支护,按设计外壁进行锚网喷/r/n一次/r/n支护,一直掘进到累深-/r/n428.4/r/nm(井壁支撑圈底部)找平工作面,绑扎钢筋,依照设计尺寸组装拼块模板。支撑圈(-/r/n428.4/r/nm~-/r/n426.4/r/nm)、壁座段(-/r/n426.4/r/nm~-/r/n413.4/r/nm)及井筒内壁段(-/r/n413.4/r/nm~/r/n+13.833/r/n)施工依次采取钢筋绑扎、模板组装、浇筑混凝土和拆模板等施工工序作业,采纳/r/n1.2m/r/n高强组合式金属模板(模板强度需经验算并符合规范要求),自下而上一次性连续砌筑/r/n。在吊盘上层盘安设分灰器,用于下灰分灰施工,混凝土采纳底卸式吊桶运输,利用凿井吊盘上层盘除去外壁表面冰霜,按设计要求敷设两层/r/n1.5mm/r/n聚乙烯塑料板;在吊盘下层盘绑扎钢筋、组装模板、浇筑振捣混凝土;在吊盘下增加辅助盘用于模板拆除、洒水养护施工。混凝土严格按照配合比进行拌制,坍落度、混凝土初凝、终凝时刻按要求进行试验,并符合规范要求。/r/n2、模板组装/r/n施工中使用凿井吊盘的下层盘做为组装模板的工作盘。每块模板在组装前必须进行涂抹隔离剂,以保证井壁质量及拆卸方便。每浇筑完一套模板后,首先将上沿的混凝土清除洁净,组装模板时,从一个方向按编号顺序组装,要将每一块模板均要用井筒中心线进
