精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上专心---专注---专业专心---专注---专业精选优质文档-----倾情为你奉上专心---专注---专业船舶救生消防设备维护须知Shiplife-savingfireequipmentmaintenanceInstruction固定式气体（CO2）灭火系统保养须知Fixedgas(CO2)fire-extinguishingsystemmaintenanceguidelines适用范围：有固定式气体（CO2）灭火系统的船舶。Applicablescope:equippedthefixedgas(CO2)extinguishingsystemonboard.保养负责人：三副。Maintenancesupervisor:3/O保养周期：Maintenanceperiod:每季度常规检查，三副与水手长共同检查，内容为站室钢瓶操纵装置、通风装置、通讯设备及声、光报警装置。Routineexamination,tobecarriedoutby3/Oandbosun,itemsareasfollowcylindercontroldevice,ventilatingdevice,communicationsequipmentandsoundandlightalarmdevice.所有管路每2年用压力0.5Mpa空气作畅通试验；每4～5年进行试验压力至少为0.7Mpa气密试验；瓶头阀至分配阀箱的管段每8～10年进行压力为11.8Mpa的液压试验；管路液压试验后，应将流体排除干净。Allpipingtobecarriedouttheblowingofftestwith0.5Mpacompressedairevery2yearsinterval,airtightnesstesttobecarriedoutwith0.7Mpacompressedairevery4-5yearsinterval,hydraulictestofthepipebetweenthecylinderheadvalvesandthedistributingboxtobecarriedoutwith11.8Mpacompressedairevery4-5yearsinterval,pipinghydraulictest,theresiduesshouldbeexcludedcleanfluid.每五年管系（自分配阀至喷头段）压力试验。由三副负责，注意取得专业机构认可证明。Everyfiveyearsthepiping(fromdistributingvalvetonozzlesection)pressuretested.3/Owillberesponsibleforit,payattentiontoobtainingprofessionalorganizationsrecognizedcertificate.二氧化碳容器在20年后，每隔5年进行一次内部检查。Dointernalexaminationforcarbondioxidecontainersonceevery5yearsafter20years.瓶头阀应经液压试验，试验压力为24.5MPa。Hydrostatictestofthecylindervalveshouldbecarriedout,andthetestpressureis24.5MPa.固定式气体（CO2）灭火系统的保养Fixedgas(CO2)fireextinguishingsystemmaintenance大型（CO2）灭火站：Alarge(CO2)firestation:灭火站应有明显的红色标志，门上加锁，钥匙三副保管，备用钥匙大副保管，应急钥匙在灭火站附近封闭的盒子内，盒子用玻璃盖，便于击碎取出钥匙，该钥匙盒应有明显大红色标志。Thereshouldbeobviousredsigninfirestation,andthedoorshouldbelocked,the3/Okeepsthekey,thechiefofficerkeepsthefalsekey,theemergencykeyisstoredintheclosedboxnearbythefirestation,andtheboxislidedbyglasstotakeoutthekeyeasily,thekeyboxshouldhaveobviousbigredmarks.灭火站内清洁干燥，照明充足并应设有应急照明和船舶电话（无电话时，进入人员应携带对讲机并预先约好联系人），通风良好，温度应在0～45℃之间，注意防冻与降温。Thefirestationshoulebecleananddry,lightingadequateandbeequippedwithemergencylightingandmarinetelephone(personenteredshouldcarryintercomandappointcontactsinadvancewhenthereisnophone),wellventilatedandthetemperatureshouldbetween0-45℃站内不得堆放与本站无关的杂物。Theirrelevantsundryshouldnotbestackedwithinthestation.站内应设有准确的大型（CO2）系统图：各分路阀、总阀、控制阀标牌清楚完好；开关标志明显；施放说明准确、简要；施放手柄与报警器（机舱内声、光报警三分钟）联动有效。Thereshouldbealarge(CO2)systemdiagraminthesttation:eachshuntvalve,mainvalve,controlvalvescutcheonshouldbeclearandintact,switchlogoisobvious;thedischargeintroductionsisaccurateandbriefly,thereleasehandleandalarm(soundandlightkeepalarmingthreeminutesintheengineroom)shouldbelinkageeffective.钢瓶：Cylinder:钢瓶外观无锈、油漆完好。Appearanceofcylindershouldbenorustandpaintintact.钢瓶水压试验在有效期内，证书有效。Keepthecertificatevalidandcylinderhydrostatictestwithintheperiodofvalidity.钢瓶内灭火剂充装率不应大于0.67kg/l。Thecylinderchargingratiooffireextinguishingagentshouldnotbegreaterthan0.67kg/l.所有二氧化碳钢瓶每二年应进行称重检查（或液面测量）。若每瓶CO2的净重减少原重的10%时，应予填充。总减少量小于最大一个被保护舱室需要量的5%时，可同意暂不充灌；但空瓶一经发现，应拆下试压并充灌。Allcarbondioxidecylindersshouldundertakeweightinginspectioneverytwoyears(orliquidlevelmeasurement).IfeachbottleCO2netweightreducedto10%oftheoriginalweight,itistoberefilled.Whentotalreductionissmallerthan5%ofthemaximumprotectedcabinrequirement,itisallowednotfillingtemporary,buttheemptybottlewasoncefound,itistoberemovedandrefilledafterpressuretest.检测应请专业单位进行，三副监测，证书交船长保管，公司机务部保管副本一份。Weshouldaskprofessionalunittotest,thirdofficermonitoring,certificatekeptbythethecaptain,andcompanymaintenancedepartmentkeepacopyofthecertificate.垂直放置，各瓶铡刀轴高度相等且处于同一垂直平面。Placeinvertical,eachbottlepoleshaftheightisequalandinthesameverticalplane.操纵装置：Operatingdevice:瓶头阀无松动、变形。Bottleheadvalvewithoutloosing,deformation.瓶头阀铰刀无断折缺损，刀处于退足状态，刀头与镀层膜片距离3mm。Bottleheadvalvereamerwithoutbreakanddefects,knifeisfullyfolded,thereamerheadisapart3mmfromthecoatingdiaphragm.瓶头阀手柄：各手柄上拉索固定孔与铰刀铀之间距离相等，与铰刀轴连接牢固，止动螺钉深入铰刀轴且上紧，各手柄与重垂成60°，转动范围不少于120°，各手柄平行。Bottleheadvalvehandle:thedistancebetweenguyfixingholeoneachhandlesandreamershaftisequal,andthefixingholeslinkfirmwiththereamershaft,stopscrewin-depthofthereamershaftistightened,eachhandlewithheavyhangdowninto60°,thetwirlscopeisnotlessthan120°,andeachhandleisparallel.控制钢索：成水平直线，无拼接，无锈蚀、毛刺，连接牢固。Controlthecablewire:keephorizontal,withoutsplice,nocorrosionandburr,beimmobilityconcatenated.导向滑轮：底座牢固，无松动，转动灵活（注意加油）。Leadingpulley:baseisfirm,nolooseness,rotateeasily(noteoilit).驱动气瓶：压力充足，阀头刀活络有效，驱动气缸内活塞密封良好、活络有效。Drivengascylinder:thepressureissufficient,headofvalveknifeactivateeffectively,innerpistonofdrivencylindersealsgoodandmoveseffectively.管系：Pipesystem总阀、分路阀、开关方向标志鲜明，阀开关活络。Signofmainvalve,shuntvalve,switchdirectionshouldbedistinct,valveswitchshouldbeflexible.喷嘴应为黄铜制品，防变形、防堵塞、雾化片完好。Nozzleshouldbebrassproducts,preventdeformationandblocking,atomizationsliceisintact.管道无严重锈蚀，红色油漆鲜明。若须修理，只可用螺纹连接不可焊接，或整根换新。Thereisnoseriouscorrosiononpiping,paintthepipewithbrightredpaint.Ifitneedtoberepaired,shouldonlybethreadedconnectionsorrenewed,.保养记录：Maintenancerecord:三副应记录每个钢瓶的水压试验期限，对不符合要求的，应及时提请换新。3/Oshallberecordedeachcylinderhydrostatictestperiod,whichisnotinconformitywithrequirements,shouldtimelychangenew.每季度检查记入船舶维护检修记录表。Quarterlyreviewtheshiprepairandmaintenancerecord.每二年CO2瓶称重（液位测量）必须取得相应证明，由三副负责，并将称重报告交船长审核、保存。WeightingCO2bottleseverytwoyears(liquidlevelmeasurement)mustobtaincorrespondingproof,itisinchargeofthirdofficer,andsenttheweightingreporttothecaptainforauditingandfiling.所有检查、试压均由三副负责，结果由大副记入航海日志重大记事栏中，报机务部存档，并应记在船舶维护检修记录表。Allinspection,testingareinthechargeofthirdofficer,theresultsshouldberecordedinthemajorchroniclecolumnoflog,senttothemaintenancedepartmentforfiling,andwritteninshipmaintenancerepairlogsheets.证明：Certification:CO2钢瓶换新时，三副必须检验钢瓶上的钢印，确认三个月内做过压力试验，并有瓶内灭火剂足够数量的证明，否则退瓶。WhenrenewtheCO2steelcylinders,thirdofficermustverifythesteelsealonthecylinder,confirmpressuretestinghasbeendonewithinthreemonths,andhavequantitycertificationofsufficientextinguisherinthecylinder,orrefundit.手提式、推车式灭火器保养须知Portable,carttypeextinguishermaintenanceguidelines保养周期：手提式灭火机（轻水泡沫）、推车式泡沫灭火器每三个月检查一次。修船后大风浪之后和重大节假日之前，以及发生火警之后均应进行一次保养。Maintenanceperiod:checktheportableextinguisher(light-waterfoam),carttypefoamfireextinguishereverythreemonths.Maintainitonceaftership-repair,stormywaves,fireandbeforemajorholidays.保养标准：Maintenancestandard:数量：满足船级社的规定要求。Quantity:meettheprescribedrequirementsofclassificationsociety.存放：位置及其编号应做到，标志清晰，有固定的存放架，防止摇动倾斜和撞击。周围通道畅通，以便提取使用，不应有妨碍提取之物。防止过热或曝晒，泡沫灭火器防晒、防冻。Storage:positionanditsnumbersshouldbemarkedclearly,thereshouldbefixedstorageracktopreventshakentiltingandimpact.Itshouldbecleararoundthechannelinordertoextractanduse,thereshouldnotbeobjectsinterfereextraction.Preventoverheatingorsolarization,freezeandsolarizationshouldbepreventedforfoamfireextinguishersunscreen.清洁：无积灰及油污，外壳无锈斑，标志鲜明。Cleaning:noaccumulationsofdustand,shellwithoutrustyspot,andsignsaredistinct.释放装置：喷嘴畅通，保险销无锈，活络。Releasedevice:nozzleunblocked,Safetypinisflexiblewithoutrust.灭火剂：Extinguishant:CO2灭火器的净重不低于原标准的90%，泡沫液在有效期内。NetweightofCO2fireextinguisherisnotlessthan90%oftheoriginalstandard,foamfluidshouldbewithinthevalidperiod.有压力表者，压力表指针不得低于绿色区域。Forwhichequipmenthaspressuregauges,theshouldnotbelowerthanthegreenarea.使用过的灭火器,不论灭火剂是否用完,均应以新的灭火器替换,或重新填充灭火剂。Theusedfireextinguisher,nomatterwhetherthefire-extinguisherchemicalhasbeenrunout,shouldbereplacedwithnewfireextinguisherorrefilled.保养卡完整，清洁，填写规范。Maintenancecardsshouldbecomplete,clean,fillednormatively.保养记录：Maintenancerecord:每只灭火器上的保养记录卡，记录该灭火器的历次检查日期，剂量及保养人。Maintenancerecordcardoneachfireextinguisher,recordthefireextinguisherallpreviouscheckdates,doseandmaintenancepersononit.保养日期，保养内容（换新，补充灭火剂，称重量等）保养人等情况由三副记入船舶维护检修记录表，作为安全管理记录并妥善保管。Thesituationsofmaintenancedate,maintenancecontent(renew,supplementtheextinguisher,weightitetc.),maintenancepeopleetc.shouldberecordedonshipmaintenancerecordformbythirdofficer,keepitproperlyassecuritymanagementrecord.检查：Inspection:各灭火器的保养由三副监督，并按保养标准检查。Thethirdofficershouldsupervisethefireextinguishermaintenanceandinspectthemaccordingtothemaintenancestandards.清点数量，核对编号及位置。Countquantity,checkthenumberandlocation.统一检查贮存、外观、保养记录卡。Uniformlycheckstorage,appearanceandmaintenancerecordcard.抽查灭火剂量（手提或称量，查看压力表等）。Selectivelyexaminefire-extinguishingdoses(portableorweighing,checkpressuregauge,etc.).检查执行情况及检查结果，列入安全活动日项目之一。Checktheperformanceandtestresults,listitinthesafetyCampaigndayitems.常用消防防护装备保养须知Commonfireprotectionequipmentmaintenanceguidelines消防员装备Fireman’soutfits消防员装备平时应放在干燥、通风处，防止霉变、生锈，每一个月进行一次检查，确保清洁、光亮完好。Fireman’soutfitsusuallymustbekeptindryandventilatedplace,preventmildew,rust,checkiteachmonthtoensureitclean,smooth.安全带、安全钩应三个有拉力载荷检查；如发现破损或受高温、明火、强酸碱等腐蚀，应及时换新；若有污垢应用温水肥皂擦洗，再用清水漂净晾干，但不允许浸入沸水及爆晒火烤。Safetybeltandsafetyhookshouldpassthreetensionloadinspection;Ifdiscoverthedamagedorcorrosioncausedbyhightemperature,flame,strongacidandalkali,weshouldrenewittimely,Ifthereisdirt,weshouldscrubitwithwarmwatersoap,andthenitafterbleachwash,butitisnotallowedtodipitintotheboilingwater,baskit,androastit.空气呼吸器Breathingapparatus空气呼吸器使用后应及时做好清洁、消毒、气密检查等保养工作；Breathingapparatusshouldbecleaned,disinfected,inspectedthegastightnesstimelyafteruse.调换有充足空气的钢瓶；Exchangethecylinderwhichhassufficientair;空气呼吸器不准受压、阳光曝晒和毒气侵蚀；Breathingapparatusshouldnotbapressed,sunlightinsolatedanderodedbypoisongas;每套呼吸器应配有备用空气瓶一只（特殊船舶按特殊规定配备）；Eachbreathingapparatusshouldbeequippedwithasparebottle(equipthespecialshipaccordingtothespecialprovisions);每月应变演习时检查一次：Checkitonetimewhencarryingoutmonthlyemergencyarrangementdrills空气瓶压力应符合要求、有否备用空气瓶；Airbottlespressureshouldcomplywiththerequirements,andthereisanyspareairbottlesornot;呼吸器整洁、呼吸器气密和畅通情况、所有属具完好情况Breathingapparatusiscleanandunblockedornot,allappurtenancesareintactornot.救生艇、筏保养须知Thelifeboat,raftmaintenanceguidelines检查维护标准Inspectionandmaintenancestandards救生艇须处于随时可用状态。平时应注意认真检查和养护。除经常性外观检查外，还应：Thelifeboatsmustbepracticable.Usuallyweshouldpayattentiontotheinspectionandmaintenance.Besidesregularoutsideinspection,stillshould:救生艇及属具应建立专门帐册,对艇的属具要每一个月详细检查一次，短缺补充，不合格者予以换新，并做好记录。Specializedbooksmustbeestablishedforthelifeboatandappurtenances,theappurtenancesshoulddoadetailedexaminationonceeverymonth,complementforthemifshortages,renewtheoneisnotqualified,andmakerecords. 对帆布及纤维制品要常晾晒，防止霉烂。Oftendrycanvasandfibreproductsinairtopreventmildewandrot.每周对救生艇的登乘收放设备目视检查。Close-upinspectionshouldbecarriedoutwiththeembarking,launchrecoveryapplianceofthelifeboatonceaweek.每月更换淡水一次（除密封罐头以外），气温0℃以下时要注意防冻。Monthlyreplacefreshwater(excepttheoutsideofsealedcan),payattentiontoanti-freezingwhenthetemperaturebelow0℃.每半年抽查干粮一次，发现变质及时更换。selectivefordryfoodonceeverysixmonths,timelyrenewitifitwasmetamorphic.每年用橙黄色油漆艇内外。Painttheboatinsideandoutsidewithorangepainteveryyear.吊艇架应做好除锈涂油工作，每季度应检查转动部门的灵活性。Doderustingandgreasingworkforboatdavit,quarterlychecktheflexibilityof.吊艇索每月的检查必须记录在值班日志中，如有变质应及时换新。在不超过5年的使用期内，也必须换新。Boatfallmonthlyinspectionmustberecordedondutylog,promptlyrenewitifitwasmetamorphic.Alsorenewitwithin5yearsofuseperiod.艇壳结构必须水密，验船师认为必要时作水密性试验，玻璃钢艇壳及艇内结构，发现有裂纹及变形时，应及时修理。Boatshellstructuremustbewatertight,watertightnesstestshouldbecarriedoutifthesurveyorsdeemeditisnecessary,timelyrepairtheFRPboatshellandboatinsidestructurewhentherearecracksanddeformations.吊艇架摆出舷外时，应无障碍及卡死现象，每副吊艇架转出舷外时速度应同步，吊艇索通过的滑轮工作应正常。Whenboatdavitisturnedoutoverboard,thereshouldbebarrierfreeandnojammedphenomenon,puteachboatdavitoutboard,thepulleyboatfallpassedshouldworknormally.吊艇机手动制动器制动应有效和可靠。Boathoistingenginehandbrakeshallbeeffectiveandreliable.救生艇降落到水面后，脱钩装置应可靠和迅速。Releasegearmustbereliableandfastafterlifeboatloweredtowatersurface,.吊艇架底座与艇甲板的连接应牢固。Theconnectionbetweeenboatdavitbaseandboatdeckshouldbestable.吊艇架限位器应有效和可靠，以防吊艇索受到过度的应力。Boatdavitlimitswitchesshouldbeeffectiveandreliable,toagainstthewireropeoverload.艇甲板应保持整洁，禁止乱堆其他物品。Boatdeckshouldbeneatandclean,prohibitstacking.不使用时，也应检查艇的固定是否良好，设备是否处于正常状态。Checkthefixationofboatwhennotinuseandkeeptheboatsingoodorder.救生艇机装置Lifeboatengine始终处于立即可用状态。Alwaysbepracticable每周进行启动，正、倒车换向试验并记录。Weeklydostartup,aheadandasterncommutationtestandrecord.及时补充燃油并泄放油柜残水。Refillfueloilanddraintheresidualwaterintheoiltankintime.充电变压器每季测量输出电压，螺丝紧固，无异常声响，充电控制箱水密良好。Quarterlymeasuretheoutputvoltageofchargingtransformer,fastenthescrew,noabnormalsound,andthewatertightofchargingcontrolboxisingoodcondition.救生筏的维护检修Repairandmaintenanceofliferaft经常进行外观检查，特别注意静水压力释放器是否处于正常状态；系筏绳索是否系牢，有无损坏；索具螺旋扣是否旋紧，首缆及薄弱环是否系牢，降落设备是否正常可用。Regularcarryoutclose-upinspection,speciallypayattentiontowhetherthehydrostaticreleaseunitisinnormalcondition;whethertheraftropesarefastenedordamaged;whethertheriggingturnbuckleistighten,headlineandweakringhasbeenfastenedornot,launchingapplianceisnormalavailableornot.注意气胀筏容器水密状况，防止海水、雨水打进并积在容器里，使筏体霉烂、属具损坏。Payattentiontoinflatableliferaftcontainerwatertightcondition,topreventseawaterandrainwatergetinto,accumulateinthecontainerandmaketheraftandtheattachmentsmildewandrot.使用气胀筏时，乘员只能穿软底鞋。使用刀子、鱼钩、开罐头器等要特别小心，不能割坏浮胎或篷柱，以免漏气。Whenusetheinflatableliferaft,thecrewcanonlywearsoftshoes.Beespeciallycarefultouseknives,hooks,canopener,etc.topreventairleakagebycutingthefloattireorawningspillar.气胀筏及静水压力释放器不超过12个月应由认可的检修站进行检修。Inflatableraftsandhydrostaticreleaseunitshouldbeinspectedandmaintainedbyapprovedfirmsnotmorethan12months.应急消防泵及消防泵保养须知Emergencyfirepumpandfirepumpmaintenanceinstructions始终处于立即可用状态，5分以内可起动，每周效用试验并记录。Alwaysimmediatelypracticable,canbestartedwithin5minutes,anddofunctiontesteveryweekandrecord.效用试验时，在最高位置的消防栓上应能维护两股射程不少于12米的水柱或消防栓处的压力达0.28MPaWhendoingfunctiontest,bothoffirehydrantsatthehighestshouldbeabletomaintaintwoshareswatercolumnsnotlessthan12morthepressureupto0.28Mpaatpositionofthehydrants.应急供电设备保养须知Emergencypowersupplyequipmentandmaintenanceinstructions应急发电机柴油机组：EmergencyGeneratorSet:始终处于立即可用状态，每周效用试验并记录。Alwaysimmediatelypracticable,anddofunctiontesteveryweekandrecord.每周起动试验并记录，及时补充燃油和机油并泄放燃油柜的凝结水。Startingtestandrecordeveryweek,refillfueloilandLO,draintheresidualwaterintheoiltankintime.保证低温起动性能。（在零度时应有冷机起动能力。）Toensurelow-temperaturestartingperformance.(Itshouldhavestartingcapabilityatzero.)30分钟内能够连续起动三次。Itcanstartthreetimesconsecutivelywithin30minutes.人工起动功能正常。Handstartingfunctionnormally.应急情况下，保证船检要求的3小时、18小时有关场所的照明。Undertheemergencysituations,toensurethe3hours,18hourslightingofthepremisesfollowthesurveyorrequiredinemergencysituations.应急情况下，保证以下设备18小时供电：Undertheemergencysituations,toensurethefollowingequipment18hourspowersupply:航行灯、信号灯、船内通讯设备、探火和火灾报警系统、所有应急状态下需要的舱内信号设备和消防泵、白昼信号灯、船舶号笛、手动失火按钮Navigationlights,signallights,shipcommunicationequipment,firedetectionandfirealarmsystem,allrequiredunderemergencysituationscabinsignalequipmentandfirepumps,daytimesignallights,shipswhistle,manualfirebutton航行设备NavigationEquipment应急情况下，供电并保证舵机至少连续30分钟工作。Undertheenmergencysituations,supplypowerandtoensurethatthesteeringgearworkconsecutivelyatleast30minutes.应急配电板：Emergencyswitchboard:板内外清洁，接线正确，螺母无松动。Insideandoutsideoftheswitchboardcleaning,wiringiscorrect,noloosenuts.每月至少实验一次，检查应急起动应符合要求Experimentatleastonceamonthtocheckiftheemergencystartingmeettherequirements.每月进行一次效用试验，检查与主配电板联锁装置动作应正常，并作记录。Dofunctiontesteverymonth,inspectifthemainswitchboardinterlockdeviceoperationnormally,andrecord.充放电板和蓄电池：Charging/dischargingpanelandbattery电池在使用过程中，必须保持清洁。在充电完闭并旋上液孔旋塞后，可用蘸有碳酸钠溶液的抹布擦去电池外壳、盖子和连续的酸液和灰尘。Batteryinus
