fromtouchingtheelectrificationpartsofbusbarvaultAandcablevaultC.releasingthetightenbolt,thelevelclapboardisremoved,convenientforinstallationofcablesealterminal.3.3开关柜内的小室Compartmentsinswitchgear断路器室（见附图3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6）VCBvault(figure3/1，3/3，3/5，3/6showing)断路器手车装在有导轨的断路器室B内，可在运行、试验/隔离两个不同位置之间移动。当手车从运行位置向试验/隔离位置移动时，活门会自动盖住静触头，反向运行则打开。手车能在开关柜门关闭的情况下操作，通过门上的观看窗能够看到手车的位置、手车内的ON（断路器合闸）/OFF（断路器分闸）按钮、合分闸状态指示器和储能/释放状况指示器。VCBtruckisinstalledinVCBvaultBwithtrack,maymoveinthemiddleofthepositiontoserviceandtest/disconnected.Whilethetruckmovefromservicepositiontotest/disconnectedposition,thevalvecancoverun-movecontactinself-motion,openwhenmovingreverse.Thetruckcanbeoperatedwhenthetruckvaultdoorisclosed,whileyoucanwatchthepositionofthetruck,on(VCBtripping)/off(VCBclosing)pushknobinthetruck,closeandopenindicatorandcharging/releasingindicatorbyinspectionwindow.断路器手车VCBtruck手车可采纳手动进行移动。框架由合金钢板拼装而成，上面装断路器和其他设备。具有弹簧触头系统的触臂装在断路器的极柱上，当手车插入到运行位置时起电气联接作用。手车于开关柜之间的信号、爱护和操纵线，用一个操纵线插头联接。手车刚插入开关柜就固定在试验/隔离位置，同时也可靠地联接到开关柜的接地系统。手车的所在位置，能通过观看窗或装在低压室面板上的手车电气位置指示器看到。除真空断路器外，手车可配真空接触器、隔离装置和计量设备等。Thetruckcanbemovedbymanual.Thestructureofthetruckismadeofthesteel,theVCBandotherequipmentsareinstalledontopofit.ThearmofspringbushisinstalledonthepillaroftheVCB，Whenthetruckispushedontheserviceposition,ithastheeffectofelectricalinterlocking.Thesignal、protection、controllinebetweenthetruckandtheswitchgearisconnectionwiththepinofcontrolline.Thetruckisfixedonthetestpositionassoonasitispushedintotheswitchgear,andbeconnectiontotheearthsystemoftheswitchgear.Thepositionoftruckwillbeseenbythelampthatisinstalledonthelookingwindoworthepaneloflow-voltage.BesidetheVCB,theTruckcanbeequippedthevacuumcontactor、isolateddeviceandthemeasuringequipment.母线室Busbarcompartment母线从一个开关柜引至另一个开关柜，通过分支母线和套管固定。矩形的分支母线直接用螺栓联接到主母线上，不需任何联接夹。所有母线和分支母线都用热缩套管覆盖。套管板和套管将柜与柜之间的母线隔离起来，并有支撑作用。对电动应力大的开关柜，一般需要这种支持。Thebusbarfromoneswitchgeartotheotherswitchgearisfixedwiththebushingandtheramusbus.Theramusbusisconnectiontothemainbuswiththebolt,itneedn’tanyclip.Allbusandtheramusbusarecoveredwithpyrocondensationbushing.Thepanelofbushingandbushingareisolatedbetweentheswitchgearandtheswitchgear.Andithastheeffectonsupporting.电缆室（图3/1）Cablecompartment（drawing3/1）电流互感器和接地开关装在电缆室后部。电缆室也可安装避雷器。当电缆室门打开后，有足够的空间供施工人员进入柜内安装电缆（最多可并接6根）。盖在电缆入口处的底板可采纳非导磁的不锈钢板，是开缝的，可拆卸的，便于现场施工。底板中穿越一、二次电缆的变径密封圈开孔应与所装电缆相适应，以防小动物进入。关于湿度较大的电缆沟，建议用防火泥、环氧树脂将开关柜进行密封。CTandearthswitchareinstalledonthebackoftheCableCompartment.TheSurgearresterisalsoinstalledontheCableCompartment.Whenthetruckandthehorizontalpanelaremoved.Thereisenoughroomsothattheworkerinstallthecables(themostis6).Thebottomofpanelthatlieontheincomingofcableinmadeofthestainlesssteelpanel，Itisuncork,disassemblysothatworkingonthelocal.Theairplaneofpanelwhereistogethersecondarycablemakesureassameastheinstalledcablepreventthesmallanimalbeingintoit.Forthecabletrenchinhumidity，Itissuggestedthattheswitchgearisairproofedwithfireproofingmudandepoxideresin.低压室（图3/1、3/2）Low-voltagecompartment(figure3/1、3/2)开关柜的二次元件装在低压室内及门上。操纵线线槽空间宽裕，并有盖板，左侧线槽用来引入和引出柜间连线，右侧线槽用来敷设开关柜内部连线。低压室侧板上有操纵线穿越孔，以便操纵电源的联接。Low-voltagecomponentsofswitchgearareinstalledinlow-voltagecompartmentandondoor.Controlwiringtrunkinghasamplespaceandcoverboard.Nearsidewiringtrunkingisusedtointroduceandeducethewiringbetweenswitchgears,starboardwiringtrunkingisusedtolayintramuralwiringinswitchgear.Traversingholeforcontrolwiringonsideboardinlow-voltagecompartmentisusedtoconnectwithcontrolpowersupply.3.4防止误操作的联锁/爱护Interlocks/protectionsforpreventingmishandling具备一系列的联锁装置，从全然上防止出现危险局面和可能引起严峻后果的误操作，因此有效地爱护了操作人员和开关柜。联锁装置地功能如下：Aseriesofinterlocksareprovidedtopreventmishandling,thusprotectingbothpersonnelandswitchgearitself.Thefunctionofinterlocksisfollowing:断路器和接地开关在分闸位置时，手车能从试验/隔离位置移动到运行位置。在这种分闸状态下，反向移动也行（机械联锁）。VCBandearthswitchintheOPENposition,youcanmovethetruckfromthetest/disconnectedpositiontoserviceposition.Onthisstate,itisbeabletomovereverselyyet(electricinterlock).手车已完全处于试验或运行位置时，断路器才能合闸（机械和电气联锁）。Onlythetruckquiteinthetestorserviceposition,VCBcanbeclosed(machineandelectricinterlock).手车在试验或运行位置而没有操纵电压时，断路器不能合闸，仅能手动分闸（电气联锁）。Thetruckisinthetestorserviceposition,butnogivencontrolvoltage,VCBisnotclosed,onlymanualopen(electricinterlock).手车在运行位置时，操纵线插头被锁定，不能拔出。Thetruckintheserviceposition,controlwiringplughavebeenlocked,don’tbepullout.手车在试验/隔离位置或移开时，接地开关才能合闸（机械联锁）。Onlythetruckhavebeeninthetest/disconnectedpositionormovedout,theearthswitchispermittedtobeclosed(machineinterlock).接地开关关合时，手车不能从试验/隔离位置移向运行位置（机械联锁）。Whenearthswitchhasbeenclosed,thetruckdon’tmovefromthetest/disconnectedpositiontoserviceposition(machineinterlock).可在手车和/或接地开关操动机构上安装附加联锁装置，如闭锁电磁铁，用户在订货时应提出要求。Someadditiveinterlockscanbeassembledonthetruckand/orearthswitchoperatingmechanism,ascaseelectromagnet,usershouldprovidetherequiredinformationwhenordering.隔室：CompartmentA母线室BusbarcompartmentC电缆室CablecompartmentB断路器室TruckcompartmentD低压Low-voltagecompartment要紧部件：Masterparts1母线Busbar2绝缘子Insulator3静触头Fixedcontact4触头盒Bush5电流互感器Currenttransformer6接地开关Earthswitch7电缆终端Cableterminal8 fpackaginghasbeenexceeded,theprotectivefunctionofthepackagingisnolongerguaranteed.Suitableactionmustbetakenifintermediatestorageistocontinue.5开关柜的现场安装Installationofswitchgearsatsite为了保证正确安装程序和最高安装质量，开关柜的现场安装应由经专门培训的专职人员来进行，也可通知我公司派工程师去现场负责指导和监护。Makesureofthecorrectinstallationsequenceandhighestinstallationquality,localinstallationshouldbecarriedoutbyfullytrainedpersonnel,orinformCJECengineerstoguideandwardinlocale.5.1安装现场的一般要求Generalrequestofinstallationlocale配电室的土建工程必须完工通过验收后，并配备照明和安装用电源，通风装置。配电室应干燥、整洁、空气流通，门能上锁，以及事先做好穿墙孔和电缆沟等必要的预备工作。电缆沟应按各地电缆工区的具体要求施工。示意图5/5供参考。配电室的天花板高度不应低于3000mm，必须保证满足IEC规定的户内开关柜工作条件，包括户内温度条件。Civilengineeringinswitchingroomshouldbeequippedwithlighting,powersupplyforinstallationandaeratorafterthatitiscompleteandpassedthroughcheckingandaccepting.Switchingroomshouldbedry,clean,ventilationandthedoorscanbeclosed.Preparethenecessarypreparativeworkssuchasholewhichpullonwall,cabletrenchandsoon.Cabletrenchshouldbeconstructedaccordingofspecificrequestineverycableworkarea.Referencethesketchmap5/5.Theheightofceilinginswitchingroomcannotlessthan3000mm.MakesurethattheindoorworkconditionsofswitchgearssatisfyIEC,includingtheindoortemperatureconditions.5.2配电室平面布置差不多方案BasicprojectofplanecollocationinswitchingroomKYN28-12开关柜有双面维护和单面维护两种方式。KYN28-12开关柜能够靠墙安装，以节约占地面积，但假如条件许可，仍建议设计配电室平面布置时，按双面维护考虑，使开关柜后盖板到隔墙之间以及开关柜两侧到隔墙之间均留出适当的安装维修通道。TheswitchgearsKYN28-12havetwokindsofmaintenancemannersfordoublefacesandsingleface.KYN28-12canbeinstalledalongsidewall,thustosavefloorarea.Whenitispermitted,collocationinswitchingroomisadvisedtobedesignedwithdoublemaintenanceforthatchannelsforinstallationandservicingbetweenthebackcoverboardofswitchgearsandpartition,betweenbothsideofswitchgearsandpartitionarebesetaside.开关柜距墙要留有足够宽的通道，对安装运行和维护都较方便。若开关柜是双排面对面布置，两排开关柜之间距离建议不小于2500mm。Wideenoughchannelsshouldbestaybetweentheswitchgearsandwallforthatinstallationandrunningandservicingaremoreadvantageous.Thedistancebetweendoubleswitchgearsisadvisedtobenotlessthan2500mmwhentheswitchgearsarelaidface-to-facebetweendoublelines.5.3基础Foundation将开关柜安装在配电室地板上的基础框架或升高的辅助地坪上，是比较合适的。当敷设基础时，应遵守GB规定，尤其是直线度和平面度的同意公差，这是开关柜安装完美的先决条件。开关柜基础的施工应符合电力建设施工及验收技术规范中有关条款的规定。Itisrelativesuitabletoinstalltheswitchgearatthefoundationframebuiltinginthefloorofdistributionhouseorelevatedauxiliarylevelground.BuildthefoundationaccordingtoGBregulation,especialthepermissiontolerance,itispreconditionforfullinstallationoftheswitchgears.Theswitchgearsfoundationconstructionmustbeaccordwithrelativeitemtopowerconstructionandtechnicalregulationforcheckingandaccepting.1以配电室地板作为基础Basingonthefloorofdistributionhouse开关柜数量少，重量较轻时，可直接安装在配电室地板上。要求安装处的地板特不平坦并有足够的承载能力。假如需要，在安装调整时可在开关柜下面插入合适的垫片。Fortheamountofswitchgearsisfew,weightisn’theavy,itispermittoinstalldirectlyonthefloorofdistributionhouse.Itisrequestthatthefloorisveryflatandwithenoughcarryingcapacity.Ifneeding,youmayinsertrightshimundertheswitchgearwhileinstallingandadjusting.5.3.2混凝土地坪上的基础框架（图5/5）的安装Installationoffoundationframeatconcretelevelground如图5/5所示，开关柜的基础框架
