6、missible purview on the basis of iso quality management system, and to supervise the implementation after getting the approval. 2. 产品设计改良: product design and improvement: (1) 领导设计团队完成产品研发项目; leading the design team to complete the r (2) 按照安装的项目现场反馈,改进现有些产品设计; improving existing product design accord

7、ing to the feedback from the site of the project; (3) 针对生产、选购环节中的反馈看法,组织人员改进现有些产品结构,提升生产效率,降低成本。 organizing team members to improve existing product mix, production efficiency and lower the cost on the basis of the feedback from manufacturing and purchasing. 3. 新产品以及图纸的发布: releasing new products and

8、 drawings: (1) 组织各个部门完成新产品发布的须要文档; organizing the relevant departments to compiling the necessary documents about new product releasing; (2) 按照spdp管理产品的开发流程; managing the product development process according to spdp; (3) 编写并维护产品的三维、二维以及bom数据库。 compiling and maintaining the three-dimensional databas

9、e, two-dimensional database and bom database of products. 4. 新产品的测实验证: new product testing and verification: (1) 对于新设计的产品,组织人员编制产品测试、验证方案; organizing team members to compiling the plan about new product testing and verification; (2) 协调各个部门参加新产品的测试与验证。 coordination of relevant departments involved in

10、 the new product testing and verification. 5. 项目现场产品技术支持: product technical supporting for project field: (1) 对于项目现场技术人员无法解决的产品技术问题,负责推断问题根本缘由,并与公司相关部门商议后提出切实可行的解决计划; finding the primary causes on the product technical problems which project field technician cant solve, and proposing the effective s

11、olutions after discussing with the relevant departments; (2) 须要时赶赴现场提供产品技术支持; providing product technical support on the site as necessity; 6. 体系优化: optimizing system: (1) 编写软件改良现有些公司流程,提升现有些效率; compiling the software to improve existing companys process and work efficiency; (2) 按照iso19001制度管理体系; ma
