2、 the direction of the Director of Food and Beverage or delegate, and within the limits of established InterContinental Hotels Group Policies and Procedures, assists in overseeing and directing all aspects of the Food and Beverage operation. 职能:在洲际酒店集团的政策和程序下,配合和协助餐饮总监的工作,并协助管理餐饮部运作方面的工作。在餐饮总监和行政总厨缺席
