3、ndlookforwardtoreceivingafullrefundof.Inviewoftheinconveniencethatthishascaused,Ifeelyoushould.二、详细细节首段:注意客礼貌自我介;引出投内容表示目的要求。主体:张开通投原由、详细原由或结果,注意内容充,符合交。a.明状况,中肯提出;b.提出改建,表示希望怎样解决;拓展目内容,特别要怎样不解决所来的结果。尾段:提出解决方案,不用张开,注意公正公正、礼貌原。a.表达烈梦想,希望上述获得快速适合的解决;b.有可就的解决限制;c.相关人的努力表示感;希望赶快获愉悦答复。文章的整体框架依据上述准行,详细到没一
