1、 9/9保险公司新人班岗前培训心得体会 保险公司新人班岗前培训心得体会 我非常荣幸参加了公司组织的 2011 年后备管理干部培训班, 首先要感谢公司给了我这次培训的机会,作为人保公司的一 员,我十分珍惜这次培训的机会,因为它不仅是我职业生涯的 加油站,更是人生道路上实现服务公司、自我价值的重要一 课。 公司对这次培训非常重视,体现了“重视人才、培养人才”的 战略方针,我们都很珍惜这次机会,大家都为培训做了充足的 准备。每个学员都积极参与和投入到培训中,时而聚精会神、 时而点头微笑、时而眉头紧缩、时而振笔疾书、时而陷入沉 思在市公司人事处和综合部的周到安排下,培训组织工作 严谨有序,两天同吃同住

2、的生活给了大伙儿碰撞和讨论的氛围 和机会,给了我们每位兄弟姐妹增进情义的空间,真正实现了 此次培训“增进团结、增长才干”的目的。 参加此次培训的同志都是人保 xx 分公司的精英、人才,都是在 各自岗位上的佼佼者,回顾这两天的课程,培训的目标和思路 非常明确:一是如何带领好一支团队?二是如何提高自身领导 的艺术、才能、管理的方法?三是作为职业人如何性格修炼、 角色转换。这也是我们在日常的管理工作中和未来的岗位上最 需要学习最需要掌握最需要提高的知识,是我们日后在工作道 路上的助跑器、启发器或者说是催化剂,而在跑到终点前,更 重要的是我们脚下的每一步,更需要的是我们每一天的努力、 学习和积累。 在

3、过去一年的工作中,金融风暴施虐,经济环境不景气、保险 市场政策管制越来越严格、承保条件逐步收紧这都给业务发展 带来了很大的阻力,也给公司员工带来了很大的压力,在这样 的环境和压力下,我们基层管理者如何带领班组营造激情而稳 定团队,实现利润指标、降低费用水平,如何为公司保持发展 势头而贡献力量?课程里,老师通过启发了我们对几个问题的 深思,从而让我对上述的现状有了不同的认识和理解: 第一、在管理岗位上,“责任”第一位的、其次才是“权 力”,在越高的岗位上,压力越大,我们应该学会换位思考, 就会更好地理解上司和公司的政策;中层干部对公司而言是承 上启下的中流砥柱,我们需要对下级负责更需要对上级领导

4、负1 责,这样才能提高经营绩效和降低经营风险。 第二、做正确的事情,然后正确地做事情。工作中我们做我们 必须做的,而不是有选择性地挑喜欢做的,一个成熟心态职业 经理人,必须具有较高的情商,具有较高的处理工作中的矛盾 和冲突的能力,这样班组的管理才不会偏离方向,才能与公司 的策略保持一致。 第三、前途是光明的,满怀信心、坚持不懈就必定会迎来美好 的明天。从 xx 进出口的数据显示,我们的经济正逐步走出低迷 走向复苏,我相信 2011 年将是丰收的一年,也是整个保险行业 竞争激烈的一年,信心、决心将是我们到达成功彼岸的双桨。 在日常的工作中,我不断总结班组经验和教训、不断自我学习 和提高,这两天的

5、培训我一直在思考和领悟一个问题:公司对 于中层干部的核心能力的定义是什么?我们又如何才能做一名 称职的职业经理人?我相信两点是我们作为职业经理人需要不 断提高的必备素质: 一是学习能力。学习能力形成了团队和个人的核心竞争力,在 工作和学习中我们需要保持空杯心态、谦虚不自满,这样才能 容纳更多的知识和思想,开阔更高更远的视野和心胸,我的团 队和班组也将会越来越强大。 二是要有责任心、服务心、感恩之心。我们是一家服务型的企 业,对客户、对员工、对上司,对身边的人和事都需要责任 心、服务心、感恩之心,甚至对于我们的竞争对手,我们都需 要怀有感恩之心,行业竞争和竞争对手是企业动力之一,我可 以取精华去

6、糟粕,不断提升我们的团队和自我,感恩对手为我 们追求卓越提供了压力也营造了动力。 三是追求卓越不断修炼。有人说江山易改本性难移,然而对于 管理者而言,高情商是必备的素质,需要我们不断提高自己的 心胸,包容豁达,因此性格修炼是成为一名称职的职业人所不 能缺少的特质。 虽然是短短的两天课程,但是老师所教导的知识让我受益匪 浅,心里豁然开朗,终身受用。特别是关于修“德”的一个小 故事:一个牧师爸爸把世界地图给撕碎了,让他的小孩重新拼 好,爸爸一开始以为小朋友需要很长的时间才能拼好,但是他 的小孩却用了很短的时间就完成了,当爸爸问原因的时候,小2 朋友说,地图后面是一个人,只要把人拼对,世界就对了。这

7、 个故事给我很大的启发,德高才能望众,我们在追寻自己的梦 想和目标的同时,一定要谨记修炼自己的品德,我始终相信德 有多高能走多远,我个人认为修“德”比一切的梦想和目标来 的更重要,正如那个小故事背后的寓意,人正了,世界就对 了。 通过这次培训学习,使我更加进一步认识到作为一名管理者责 任的重大,任务的艰巨。感谢公司给予我们基层管理者的关心 重视和培养,通过学习我也坚定了信念,铃声虽停,莫怠修 行。在以后的工作中,我会不断加强学习,学以致用,与各位 兄弟姐妹携手把 picc 做的更大更强! 本文为 Word 版资料,可以任意修改编辑。如果你看到我上传的资料这个后缀,请删除后使用。 高效学习方法和

8、技巧 学习需要方法,找到适合自己的方法,学习才能事半功倍。接下来,我结合我自己的学习情况,给大家总结的高效学习五部曲 一、预习是学习的重要环节上课前充分预习,考试前充分地复习,与“打有准备之仗”有同曲之道。预习效果好,听课才能有针对性;听课有针对性,复习才能顺利进行;复习深 刻,作业、考试才能得心应手。所以说预习是学生学习过程中一个必不可少的环节。 二、掌握好高效的听课方法课上集中精力听课,是掌握知识的捷径。听讲时,思想上必须与老师讲解的思路保持一致,听老师对事物是怎样分析、推理;听老师解决问题是用 什么方法、技巧;听老师对问题有哪些提问和解释。这样才能把握住听课的重点。听讲中,要把自己在预习

9、中的理解,和老师讲解的相比较,看自己和老师有哪些相同点和区别 点。 三、合理安排复习时间很多科学家通过研究发现,有几个时间段有利于巩固记忆:一是学习后最初几分钟内,电生理活动引起蛋白质的合成;二是学习后在 48 小时内复习; 三是一周之后脑突触发生永久性变化。根据人在学习过程中这一生理变化,采用复习加强记忆就显得特别重要了。如果我们能够在学习的内容即将忘记时进行复习,那么复习的效 果最好,效率也最高。著名的心理学家艾宾浩斯通过实验发现了人的记忆与遗忘规律。实验证明:在学习仅过了 20 分钟后,就忘记记忆内容的 42%,1 天后忘却量已经达到了 66%,到了第 31 天,忘却量高达 79%。他根

10、据实验结果,画成了著名的遗忘曲线。并表明遗忘的规律是“先快后慢”。这条规律提示我们,定要尽早、及时地对所学知识进行 复习,以便在知识还在大脑内时就加深印记,否则大脑中已经没有痕迹了,只能再费精力重学。合理安排复习时间特别重要并且必要,制定复习计划,严格按精英特计划执行,并 力求形成习惯,是我们每一位学生都应该力求努力做到。 我们为什么要复习呢?因为我们记忆效果没有那么好,不可能过目不忘,所以需要重复、增强记忆。同时,复习的进展 也有利于学习效率的提高。 四、做作业的科学方法这里有七种做作业的技巧: 1、先复习后做作业。复习是做好作业的关键,只有复习得好,作业才能做得好。做作业前先把老师这一节课

11、所讲的内容认真地看一看,弄清楚基本原理和概念后再去做作 业,作业才能做得既快又好。 2、认真审题。 做作业最关键的步就是审题,连题都判断错了,作业内容就全错了。首先第步要弄清楚题目的内容,所给的条件,什么要求,需要联系哪些知识等等;其 次是考虑好解题思路、方法、步骤,要善于把道题分成几部分,化大为小、化难为易、分清其中的已知和未知,弄清各部分的联系,设计好整个解题步骤,定要让自己做到不 明白题意不做题,不清楚方法步骤不下笔。 3、细心的做题。 做题是表达思路的全过程,这个过程要求既动脑、又动手。做题的关键是要保证“规范”、“准确”。要做到这两点就要求学生认真的抄好题,书写格式必须正 确、规范,

12、严格按照各类题的解题要求,仔细演算解题的每步,得出正确的结果。只有平时做题认真细致,步骤完整,思路正确,表达严密,准确无误,考试时才能按照这种良 好的习惯进行 五、重视错题积累在学习的过程中,同学们可能遇到过一错再错的现象 究其原因,多数是由于在学习中不求甚解,不注意总结积累所致。那么,该怎么办呢?实践证明,自编一本“易错题集”是避免做题一错再错的最好办法。错题本的复习方法: 1、每周把该周错题本中记录的题目快速浏览一遍;2、每月把该月错题本中记录的题目再快速浏览一遍;3、每个季度把错题本中三个月记录的题目再快速浏览一遍;4、大考前 把该错题本中的所有题目认真复习一遍,确保题不二错¥?¥? ?

Before we attend college, we keep our attention on the grammar, but now college means t

20、he new stage and we should pay attention to practical English. Here are some suggestions.First, it is important to speak out loudly. The purpose of learning English is to communicate with foreigners, so as to get to know more about the world. Grammar is not the only thing we care about. What we shou

21、ld do is to open our mouths and improve our ability to use spoken English. It begins with reading textbooks. Were talking about sand and death,” he said, seemingly contrasting the war-wracked country with Iraq and its vast oil reserves.Iran “can do what they want there, frankly,” he added, a comment likely to unnerve officials in Israel, who have worr

26、ied that a U.S. withdrawal from its positions in eastern Syria would allow Iran to expand its influence there.“Its not my fault,” he said. “I didnt put us there.”Trump offered little further clarity on the U.S. withdrawal from Syria, which he initially said would take place in 30 days, saying now th

On Wednesday, he stepped that up, claiming that he fired Mattis.“Whats he done for m e? How had he done in Afghanistan? Not too go

33、od,” Trump said. “As you know, President Obama fired him, and essentially so did I.”Obama did not fire Mattis, although the general did retire several months early in 2013 from his position as the head of the militarys Central Command after dissenting from Obama administration policy decisions.Tuesd

Trump, in a fit of pique after the resignation letter became public, had moved up Mattis termination dateIn addition to his foreign policy comments, Trump also downplayed Decembers stock market losses, which erased all positive gains for the year, as “a littl

35、e glitch” and asserted wrongly that there are “probably 30-35 million” immigrants in the U.S. illegally. The nonpartisan Pew Research Center estimates that as of 2016, there were 10.7 million unauthorized immigrants living in the country, a number that has declined in recent years.Trump repeated his

36、 call for Democrats to agree to $5.6 billion in funding for a border wall, and expressed surprise not to have received overtures from them over the holidays to negotiate an end to the government shutdown.“I was in the White House all by myself for six or seven days,” he said. “It was very lonely. My

37、 family was down in Florida. I said, Stay there and enjoy yourself. I felt I should be here just in case people wanted to come and negotiate the border security.”Trump, who met later in the day with congressional leaders away from TV cameras, has already dismissed a funding propo sal from House Demo
