2、mate/be 20123812:55:55,惠州末站发生主电源回路晃电事件,以下是站控操作 On Mar 8th 2012, at12:55:55 pm, the main inleter loop was dazzling in Huizhou OTS ,it was reported by operator in SCR as below:12:55:55,SCADALVPUPSLVPATS源回路断开(fault 故障灯亮),备用电源回路正常(fault 故障灯灭),配电柜的馈电系统指示灯全部不亮,UPS12:55:55 All of the siightings were shut d

3、own suddenly, LVP&UPS alarm appeared in SCADA system. ATS (Automatic Transfer Switch) indicated the mainer switch washe “off” se(faultlighton),andtheback-uper switch washe “on” se (fault light off).The entire low-voltage switchgear load-indicators werehe“off” e.Atthetime,UPSprovidedtheSCADAersupply(

5、g Jinlong from HSSE, Mr. Pan Dakuang, Mr. Zhang Xizhen, Mr. Zhang Jifeng and Mr.Luan Jing from OPS,Mr.Deng Linfeng from low voltage switchgear manufacture went to site for investigation.一、故障现象FaultPre- dazzling, the 2-way inleters sus:1# mianer was provided by Huizhou Digital Industrial Park City el

6、ectric loop,2#back-uper was provided by Huizhou fengdalantcommonterminal Pre- dazzling, the sionwasrunningnormally,didnotproduceelectricaloverload,overcurrent,phase grounding, which caused the ATS tripfault phenomenon.2. 11、rmanufacturertestedthecircuitbreakertrip normal (i.e. If the load fault case, ATS will not switch to the back-upcircuit-testbutton,showeditwas er loop).t1=2s。经过现场反复测试,ATS2Pre-dazzling,electricdelaytimeofATSerloopwassettoT1=0.1s,aftermendations,0.1stimewastooshort,inordertoerdazzling,adjustedT1=2s.re

12、peatedthetest,ATScanhide2erAfterT1parameterwasadjusted,manufacturer mendederstabilizingmeasuresshouldnot三、原因分析惠州末站 1#主电源回路接在惠州数码工业园市电回路,110KV 都田变电站;2#备用电源接在丰达电厂公用端。12:55,都田变电站发生晃电故障,引起惠州末站主回路电源在瞬时掉电。与此同时,2924vHuizhou OTS: 1# er was provided by Huizhou Digital Industrial Park City electric Dutian ion

13、s. 2#back-er was provided by Huizhou lant common loop.12: 55, Dutian er dazzling fault occurred, causing Huizhou OTS main supply was tripped suddenly. At the same time, er alarm information was appeared in 29 # alsocanproveer Because of the ATS BA module failure, leading to ATS cannot normally trans
