1、安全工程专业本科人才培养方案Training Program for the Undergraduates Majoring in Safety Engineering 一、专业简介(Brief Introduction to the Major)安全是人类进行各种活动的客观需要,是人类社会发展的必然趋势。安全工程隶属于安全科学与工程一级学科,主要研究人类在生产和社会活动中面临的共同安全科学理论及技术问题,目的在于揭示安全科学的一般规律,直接指导安全科学与工程技术的研究与发展。西南科技大学安全工程专业于2002年底获得硕士学位授权资格,2003年开始招收本科生和研究生,2010年获得工程领域硕

2、士学位授权资格,2011年正式获批安全科学与工程一级学科授权点,已经形成了从学士到硕士的专业人才培养体系。专业依托非煤矿山安全技术四川省高等学校重点实验室、工程结构冲击与振动四川省重点实验室和力学与工程安全模拟仿真实验教学中心等平台,培养具备较强的综合专业技能,以及分析、解决安全工程及相关领域复杂工程问题的安全工程技术和管理的复合人才。. Brief Introduction to the MajorSafety is the objective need of human activities and the inevitable trend of human social developm

3、ent.Safety engineering belongs to the first-level discipline of safety science and engineering, which mainly studies the common safety science theories and technical problems faced by human beings in production and social activities. The purpose is to reveal the general rules of safety science and d

4、irectly guide the research and development of safety science and engineering technology.The safety engineering in southwest university of science and technology obtained the masters degree authorization qualification at the end of 2002, and began to enroll undergraduates and postgraduates in 2003. I

5、n 2010, the major obtained the masters degree authorization qualification in the field of engineering. In 2011, the program was officially approved as the first-level discipline authorization center of safety science and engineering.The professional based on some center platforms, such as non-coal m

6、ine safety technology key laboratory of sichuan university , Sichuan key laboratory of engineering structure shock and vibrationand mechanics and engineering safety simulation experimental teaching center,to develop comprehensive professional skills, as well as the analysis and solution of safety en

7、gineering and related complex engineering problems of safety engineering technology and management personnel.培养目标(Education Objectives)为适应新时期国家经济建设和技术发展,本专业培养具有扎实的自然科学基础和良好的人文素养,掌握安全工程领域专业基础知识,具有社会责任感和国际交流能力,能够在安全工程相关领域从事安全工程设计、安全风险评估、安全检测与监控、安全管理和事故应急等工作的工程技术和管理复合型人才。要求毕业5年的毕业生具有以下能力:(1)具备良好的职业道德和强

8、烈的社会责任感;(2)能够以重要的法律、伦理、监管、社会、环境和经济等方面宽广的系统视角,综合运用原理、方法和技术手段辨识、分析和解决复杂安全工程问题;(3)组织或协同跨学科团队实现项目目标并能在跨文化环境下有效沟通交流,适应独立和团队工作环境;(4)具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,在专业发展和领导能力上表现出担当和进步;(5)具备注册安全工程师和国家安全评价师的能力,在工业界、学术界、教育界和政府职能部门等成功开展与专业职业相关的工作,成为安全工程及相关行业中的技术骨干或核心管理人才。. Education ObjectivesIn order to adapt to the national

9、 economic construction and technology development in the new period, the major cultivates interdisciplinary engineering and management talents with solid natural science foundation and good humanistic quality, who grasp the basic knowledge of safety engineering specialty and can be engaged in safety

10、 engineering design, safety risk assessment, safety detection and monitoring, safety management and accident emergency response and other work in related fields of safety engineering.Graduates five years after graduation are required to have the following abilities:(1) havegood professional ethics a

11、nd strong sense of social responsibility;(2) able to identify, analyze and solve complex safety engineering problems with comprehensive application of principles, methods and technical means from a broad and systematic perspective of important legal, ethical, regulatory, social, environmental and ec

12、onomic aspects;(3) organize or cooperate with interdisciplinary teams to achieve project goals and be able to communicate effectively in cross-cultural environment, adapt to independent and team working environment;(4) have the awareness of independent learning and lifelong learning, and show respon

13、sibility and progress in professional development and leadership;(5) have the ability to be a registered safety engineer and national safety evaluator, successfully carry out professional and occupational related work in industry, academia, education and government functional departments, and become

14、 the technical backbone or core management talents in safety engineering and related industries.毕业要求(Graduation Requirements)(1)具备自然科学和工程基础知识,熟悉安全相关法律法规和技术规范,掌握事故发生机理、事故预防和控制规律,基本安全工程技术和管理手段。(2)能够将数学、自然科学、工程基础和安全工程专业知识用于解决复杂安全工程科学、技术和管理问题。具备应用数学、自然科学和安全科学的基本原理,识别、表达、并通过文献研究分析复杂安全工程问题,以获得有效结论的能力。(3)具

15、有安全工程技术、安全管理方法的研究、设计和实际运用的能力,具有安全监察能力。掌握事故预防和事故后损失控制的基本工程技术手段和基本管理手段,具有安全工程技术与管理方法的研究、设计、咨询、监察和应用等能力和实践应能力。(4)能够基于安全科学原理并采用科学方法对安全问题进行研究,包括设计实验、分析与解释数据、并通过信息综合得到合理有效的结论。(5)能够针对复杂的安全工程问题,开发、选择与使用恰当的技术、资源、现代工程工具和信息技术工具,包括对复杂工程问题的预测与模拟,并能够理解其局限性。(6)能够基于安全工程相关背景知识进行合理分析,评价安全专业工程实践和复杂安全工程问题解决方案对社会、健康、安全、

16、法律以及文化的影响,并理解应承担的责任。(7)能够理解和评价针对复杂安全工程问题的工程实践对环境、社会可持续发展的影响,具备自愿改善健康、安全和环境质量的责任关怀理念,遵循责任关怀的主要原则。(8)具有人文社会科学素养、社会责任感,能够在安全工程实践中理解并遵守工程职业道德和规范,履行责任。 (9)能够在多学科背景下的团队中承担个体、团队成员以及负责人的角色。(10)能够就复杂安全工程问题与业界同行及社会公众进行有效沟通和交流,包括撰写报告和设计文稿、陈述发言、清晰表达或回应指令。并具备一定的国际视野,能够在跨文化背景下进行沟通和交流。(11)理解并掌握安全工程管理原理与经济决策方法,并能在多

17、学科环境中应用。(12)具有自主学习和终身学习的意识,有不断学习和适应发展的能力。.Skills ProfileThis major is given priority to with the training of specialists in the field of comprehensive, graduation requirements shall be completely covered the following knowledge, ability and quality requirements:(1)master the basic knowledge of mathe

18、matics, natural science and engineering, master of the accident mechanism and regularity of social science and natural science, the statistical rule of master accident, master accident prevention and accident damage control after the basic safety engineering technology and management, master the bas

19、ic knowledge of safety engineering related laws and regulations.(2)to mathematics, natural science, engineering and safety engineering professional knowledge to solve complex Safety engineering science, technology and management issues. Have applied mathematics, natural science and the basic princip

20、le of safety science, recognition, expression, and through the literature research analysis complex Safety engineering problems, to gain the ability to effective conclusions.(3)safety engineering technology, safety management methods of research, design, and the ability of practical application, a s
