Wine-making industry,农药使用安全操作规程第一条 配比农药前佩带护面罩，戴胶皮手套，必须按照规定的剂量称取药液或药粉。不得随意增加用量，严禁用手拌药，拌种要用工具搅拌。第二条 配药和拌种时应远离饮用水源和居民区，要专人看管，严防农药、药种丢失。配比农药时要小心谨慎，防止农药溅入眼内或口中，必要时请医生治疗。第三条 手动和机动药械不能左右同时喷，大风和

22、中午高温时，应停止喷药.药桶内药液不得装得过满。第四条 喷药前应仔细检查药械的开关、接头、喷头等处螺丝是否拧紧，药桶有无渗漏。喷头如被堵塞，应先用清水冲洗后再排除故障。禁止用嘴吹、吸喷头和滤网。第五条 喷药时应尽量避免与喷雾器接触，切勿吸烟或饮食。使用喷雾器时应戴面罩，覆盖口鼻。第六条 施药工作结束后，要及时将喷雾器清洗干净，连同剩余药剂药瓶一起交回仓库。清洗药器的污水应选在安全地点妥善处理，不准随地泼洒，防止污染饮用水源和养鱼池塘。第七条 施药人员要注意个人防护，穿长袖上衣、长裤和鞋袜。在操作时禁止吸烟、喝水、吃东西，不能用手擦脸、嘴、眼睛，绝对不准互相喷射嬉闹。每日工作后喝水、抽烟、吃东西

23、前要用肥皂洗脸、手并漱口，被农药污染的工作服要及时换洗。第八条 急救措施：药溅入眼内，立即将眼睑翻开用清水冲洗1015分钟，再请医生治疗；如溅入口中，立即喝大量的水，催吐，使胃的东西吐出来，保持安静，并立即携次药瓶或说明书去医院治疗。 成都高新区何朝园艺场 2010年12月25日绿化农药 -园林绿地养护管理过程中农药的科学使用 一、园林养护生产中农药的使用原则 要坚持“预防为主、综合防治”的防治原则，合理使用农药。 严格按照国家制定的农药合理使用准则、农药安全使用规定的要求使用农药， 做到安全、有效、经济三者互为一体。1、合理选用高效、高选择性、低毒、低残留的农药（如代森锰锌、井冈霉素、啶虫脒

26、型（相同的含量)其防效有差别，一般来讲就防治效果看乳油最好，可湿性粉剂最差。2、准确诊断病虫害正确选用防治药剂首先要准确识别病虫害的种类确定重点防治对象并根据发生期、发生程度，选好合适的农药品种和剂型，其次根据防治对象，选用对症农药。不能盲目用药，否则，不仅浪费农药也达不到应有的防治效果严重的还会对园林植物造成药害。三、掌握最佳防治时期适时合理用药根据病虫的消长规律准确把握防治时期，选用适宜的农药，则可收到事半功倍的效果。防控的每种有害生物都有其自身的防治指标r即阈值有害生物造成的损失必须控制在特定的阈值范围内1。当有害生物发生量达到防治指标时。则以监控为主，保护有害生物的天敌，以降低生产成本

27、，减轻对人和环境的污染。同时注意不能单纯强调“洽早、治小”，打“太平药”，也不能错过有利时期，打“事后药”。防治病害要掌握“先保护、后治疗”的原则抓住最佳施药时机四、握有效用药量合理适量用药应在有效浓度范内尽量使用低浓度药液进行防治。防治次数要根据药剂的持效期和病虫害的发生程度来定，即按农药说明书推荐的使用剂量、浓度。准确用药、配药，不能为追求高防效，随意加大用药量。五、讲究施药方法保证施药质量（根据有害生物的发生情况，准确选择施药式使用适合施药的器具。常用的方法有喷雾法、喷粉法、撒粉法、熏蒸法和土壤处理法等。对食叶和刺吸式的害虫可用喷雾、喷粉的方法食根害虫或根病，可用灌根的方式防治，保护地可
