1、Book 2 Module 2 No Drugs Reading教学设计 徐钰铮教学内容分析本堂课教学内容为外研版新标准高中英语第二册模块二阅读与词汇学习部分（教材P12P13, 标注为Reading and Vocabulary）。学生在本课时学习毒品、毒品的危害和文章中Adam Rouse染上毒品和因此而做出的违法犯罪行为以及最终成功戒毒而成为了一名在戒毒中心工作帮助那些需要戒毒的人的故事，从而让学生了解毒品对个人、家庭和社会的危害，并思考青少年应该怎么样做才能珍爱生命、远离毒品。学情分析学生现处于高一上的后半学期，正处于刚刚升上高中的兴奋和对新学校、新同学、新的学习内容和新的学习要求的适

2、应中，对新事物有很强的好奇心、接受能力。本课时话题极大地贴近学生的生活、学习实际，学生对此非常感兴趣，也有自己的观点，因此能极大地激发学生的学习热情，让学生充分地表达自己的观点，积极地应对毒品对青少年的危害的问题。三、教学目标（一）语言能力目标词汇：cigarette, tobacco, addictive, drug addict, cannabis, cocaine, crack cocaine, inject, needle, powerful, reduce, blood pressure, break into, drug dealer, heart attack, heart ra

3、te, immediately, anti-social behavior, in terrible pain学生学会表达抽烟、吸毒及其危害的词汇及其他语言表达形式；能在理解文段的基础上提炼吸毒的危害并能思考相应的应对方法。（二）文化品格目标本话题涉及吸毒、抽烟等关于个人健康生活习惯的内容，学生应在了解抽烟、吸毒对人和社会的危害的基础上，提高自我保护意识，自觉地拒绝抽烟、远离毒品，养成良好的生活习惯；同时应对那些染上抽烟、吸毒恶习的人有同情心，热情参与社会公益活动，关爱社会、关爱他人，帮助沾染坏习惯的弱势群体，让自己成为一名有正义感、有同情心、有社会责任感、有担当的新时代社会主义新青年。（三）

4、思维品格目标学生在No drugs话题下谈论毒品对青少年、家庭和社会的危害，以本话题语句和语篇为依托，进一步思考国家、社会和个人怎么样去应对毒品的危害和怎么样去帮助那些遭受毒品伤害的人。教师引导学生在一个话题下，以该主题意义和语篇为起点，不断深入地扩展自己的思维，让学生形成遇到问题-分析问题-思考问题解决方法-对人们的启示，最终让学生达到能够透过现象思考事物的本质，不断地提升自己的思维水平。（四）学习能力目标学生通过本课时两篇文章的学习，去寻找文章和所属段落的关系以及回答问题等方式，培养自己联想、理解、前后联系的能力；根据事实分析、归纳的逻辑能力和表达能力。同时，学生在学习过程中需要自己去寻找

8、铺垫。While-reading (reading for main ideas) (10 mins)Finish Activity 2 and Activity 4 on the textbook and get the main idea of the two articles. After the Ss get the right answers, ask them how they get the right answers. 从Article 1引出learning to learn的学习方法，关注文章的主题句。再从Activity 4中追问学生答案怎么得来的，进一步引导学生学习Ar

And Article 2 mainly gives examples of the dangers of taking drugs.意图：让学生初步了解两篇文章的大意、题材和文章的组织形式。Careful reading Article 1 (reading for details) (10 mins)As we have known Article 1 is organized in the order of time, so now lets find what Adam did at differen

Whats more, we need to make other people know the dangers. Now, look at the pictures

14、 about the prohibition of drugs and design a poster to describe the dangers of drugs and ask people to say “No” to drugs. In class, Ss should think about the dangers of drugs using the words and phrases we have learnt in this class and take some notes on the exercise sheet.
