2、k 张淑琴编著,化学工业出版社,2011年课程目的与内容:聚氨酯材料是当今高分子领域用量很大、发展速度最快的聚合物之一。在泡沫塑料、粘合剂、涂料、弹性体、合成皮革以及铺面材料等各个领域得到了广泛应用。针对各行业对聚氨酯材料技术和人才需求的不断增长,开设聚氨酯化学与工艺。课程主要讲授聚氨酯原材料、合成原理、聚氨酯泡沫、弹性体、反应注射成型、喷涂聚脲弹性体等内容,重点介绍合成聚氨酯的主要化学原理、不同种类聚氨酯材料的成型工艺及各自的特点。通过该课程的学习使学生了解聚氨酯材料的发展及现状,熟悉原料种类、合成化学原理、掌握影响聚氨酯材料性能的各种因素,熟悉聚氨酯弹性体、泡沫、反应注射成型及喷涂聚氨酯等
